Beautiful Hotel and Restaurents
Beautiful hotel, lovely large rooms. Breakfast Buffett variety was excellent with menu options one 1️⃣ f the restaurants behind the bar area was exceptional. Customer service was excellent. Hotel was situated 15 minute walk from Miraflowers where most activities, restaurants and shopping were located.

Amazing family experience at a (theoretically) business-focused hotel
I come here very often for work, solo. This time I decided to bring my family with me (wife + two sons: 5 & 2) to also spend some days in Lima. At first I thought the hotel wouldn't be able to provide a comfortable experience for families, considering its prominence in business travel. But since our arrival, the hotel staff has proved me completely wrong. They've been some of the friendliest hotel staff we've met. Some examples: - We got to the hotel at 10pm, both kids asleep. They ran and offered us a key to our room for my wife to lay the kids down while I finished checking in. The front desk lady even offered to bring one of my sons up to the room. - They have provided us with enough towels to let the children take showers and baths during the day. - Lisset, Daniel and André have been the kindest and most patient at the breakfast buffet. Lisset even brought them coloring books and colors. - The breakfast buffet is unbelievable. My kids have loved it even more than I do. Which is a lot. Thanks, Westin, for an unforgettable week with my family!
