Hotel Valencia Santana Row

Hotel Valencia in San Jose continues to be my go-to-spot, and for good reason - every stay is an absolute pleasure. The service, comfort, and convenience are consistently top tier, making it feel like a home away from home. This time around, I was especially impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. Scott Dolan, the Director of Rooms, personally checked in with me both before and after my stay to ensure everything was perfect - such a thoughtful touch that stood out. At the front desk, I was warmly welcomed and thoroughly taken care of by RJ and Maria. Their professionalism and hospitality set the tone for a seamless experience. From the clean, well-maintained rooms to the beautifully designed spaces throughout the property, Hotel Valencia truly nails both form and function. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait for the next stay - highly recommend!

My fiance and I couldn't have been happier with our stay at Hotel Valencia. The location was VERY centrally located. The rooms were spacious and nice. The service was great. Loved our stay and would recommend. We celebrated our 2 year anniversary on Santana Row and it was perfect.

I came into town for my Grandma’s 80th birthday. Unexpectedly I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view of Santana Row, and next to the pool. The noise level is perfect and I slept like a baby. A huge thanks to Richard Bartoni he took care of my sister and I when we arrived and directed us to the restaurant where I had his special, the short rib scramble and it was honestly the best! The meat was perfectly slow cooked it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back for a summer stay and have a pool day, the staff is wonderful and again a huge shout out to Richard he went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect.

I stayed at Hotel Valencia with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and it was Amazing! Erica helped us get our room and provided the most outstanding hospitality! We will definitely be staying here again. Our room was so spacious and gave us that relaxing and romantic vibe we were looking for!

Location is fantastic and hotel bar is swanky. Service is amazing, including a Paloma cocktail at check in. Only odd thing is the old school shower/tub in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms are roomy and great. Room service is fast and food is good.
