Their responsiveness was remarkable; they confirmed arrangements promptly, communicated every detail clearly, and proactively followed up to ensure nothing was missed. The requests were specific and personal: embroidered pillowcases with the couple's initials, a private candlelit dinner at La Plaza under the stars, a carefully curated room ambiance complete with a personalized playlist, and a bespoke dessert in place of a discontinued menu item (the chef's Basque cheesecake with red berry compote was a beautiful solution). Every single request was handled gracefully and with genuine enthusiasm. Antonio even sent photos of the room setup before the clients arrived — a small gesture that speaks volumes about the team's dedication. That kind of proactive communication is rare, and it makes an enormous difference for advisors who want to feel confident that their clients are in the very best hands. We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to visit luxury properties and have been to all of the five-star resorts in Cabo, yet there is one that rises above the rest, Las Ventanas. Without hesitation this past week was one of the best vacations we have ever had. This property is so special for so many reasons but this time the highlight was Oscar Hernandez, our butler -- the breakfast spread was exceptional each and every morning. His bartending skills were top notch but the biggest compliment I would like to give is about his innate and genuine kindness and he anticipated our needs before we did effortlessly. I could expound on all things Las Ventanas but it is truly about the service. Luxury at its best.

We had the most incredible stay at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort. This was my first time visiting Mexico, and Las Ventanas had been at the top of my list for over seven years after hearing so many glowing reviews about the experience—somehow, it still exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly unmatched. Every detail felt thoughtful, personalized, and intentional. We stayed in an ocean-view rooftop terrace suite, which was absolutely stunning, and the team went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel extra special with personalized touches throughout our stay. The food was exceptional across the board, and the spa experience was just as incredible—relaxing, luxurious, and beautifully designed. Every interaction with the staff reinforced the level of care and hospitality this property is known for. What stood out most was how effortless everything felt. The team anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, creating an experience that felt both elevated and deeply personal. Las Ventanas is truly in a league of its own. If you’re looking for a luxury experience that delivers on every level, this is it.

We returned again to LVP, one of my favorite resorts in the world. Nothing compares to the combination of personalized, elevated, bespoke service with the luxurious property that has the most beautiful stretch of beach in this area. We stayed over New Year’s Eve this time. The cost is very high during this time but the NYE party is next level and we are glad we experienced it.
