Great Location, Over Priced on beverages and drinks
Great location, wonderful property, great room, however, service is average. Beds require an upgrade, be prepared to be fleeced with hotel prices. EG Coffee $15, Water $31. Hotel restaurants serve wonderful food, however, very over priced. It’s not the Four Seasons

Very disappointing!
I’ve stayed at a number of resorts and this place is unfortunately not even comparable to those and its league. Stay at Las Ventanas over this resort. Our butlers were great and made our stay. Otherwise, the remaining staff were rude and inconsistent in their services— on top of that prices here are extreme versus other high-end resorts, such as Esperanza and Las Ventanas!

The most memorable, special trip!
My daughter and I had the most incredible 5 days at The One&Only Palmilla. Every employee went above and beyond for us. There were so many extra special touches throughout the trip, like little gifts in our room every evening and even an adorable teepee set up with balloons for my daughter on our last night! Wow, wow, wow! The food was delicious as well! The team at the pool made sure to have our area set up for us every morning, even setting aside floaties and toys for the kiddos. Ruben was wonderful at breakfast and always had our orders ready to go before we even had to ask. This is one of the most beautiful resorts we have been lucky enough to stay at, and we will definitely be back!

Truly is the one and only
From the very beginning when you arrive to the end of your stay the staff take great care of you. The scene, the beach, the pools and the food all were above expectations.

Fancy but expensive
Very nice luxury hotel. Food prices are more than triple what you can find in California SF. For example, kids meal chicken nuggets and fries are $60! Also not family friendly, for younger kids. Not much for them to do other than pool and beach but even then, they didn't have any beach toys and kids floaties.
