AMAZING!! GO TO THE SPA
Omg I had the best time here!!! Staff is 10/10! I went to the spa and I had Scarlett ... let me tell you I've been all over the world and I've been to many spas! Scarlett was 100000/10... I woke up wondering where I was lol!! Go to the spa while you are here!!!

Stunning
Our stay at the Viceroy Los Cabos was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing vacation. What really made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Jacob and Victor went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our trip memorable. Their professionalism and willingness to help with anything we needed truly set this resort apart. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, but Jacob and Victor deserve special recognition for delivering five-star hospitality. If you’re looking for a luxury resort with exceptional service, I highly recommend the Viceroy Los Cabos. We can’t wait to come back!

Poolside at the Viceroy
Glerbin was so hospitable and anticipated our every need. He was exceptionally kind and offered personal anecdotes. We had a beautiful experience but really enjoyed his presence poolside. Thank you Glerbin!

Third visit and it’s still great
This was our third visit in as many years visiting the Viceroy Los Cabos. Aside from the location and views our favorite part of the property is the staff. From our hosts Laura and Oscar to Carlos and Karenn at breakfast the staff is warm and welcoming. Laura and Oscar are one of the reasons we will continue to return to the property. From pre-travel communication, arranging dinner reservations, recommending a local taco restaurant to making sure our anniversary was celebrated with bottles of sparkling wine, they made us feel at home. Even more impressively, they remembered some special treats we enjoyed the year before and surprised us with them, completely unprompted. The hotel itself is showing some wear around the pool area and elevators. It certainly is not the newest resort in the area. We were excited to hear about upcoming renovations. But, if you’re looking for a high quality resort with exceptional service, you can’t go wrong with the Viceroy Los Cabos.
