Awesome experience
Great experience. Gg and Jesus always take great care of us on the beach. Karen is the best at the main restaurant. Always an amazing stay! We have been 10+ times and will continue to come 6 times a year.

Gigi - poolside service
We went to Cabo for a family wedding. We stayed at the Viceroy. Gigi was amazing an amazing sever at the lower pool. He was attentive, friendly, fun and made us feel right at home. What ever we needed , he was right there! Couldn’t have had a better experience! Thanks Gigi!!

This was easily one of the most beautiful and memorable trips I’ve taken in a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and warmth, setting the tone for an incredible stay. The resort truly offers everything you could possibly need in one place, making it effortless to relax and enjoy every moment. A huge part of what made our experience exceptional was Victor, who was in charge of our villa. He went above and beyond in every way—arranging transportation, planning unforgettable nightlife experiences, and setting up amazing daytime activities like ATV rides and snorkeling. Thanks to him, we were able to skip lines and enjoy a seamless, VIP-level experience everywhere we went. This trip holds a very special place in my heart for both me and my family. It completely changed how I feel about Cabo and Mexico—we absolutely fell in love. I can’t recommend this resort enough and would return in a heartbeat.

An Amazing Experience Thanks to Victor & Jacob
Our family stay at the Viceroy Los Cabos was an absolutely, amazing adventure. The resort, the patrons, the facility amenities were above and beyond. I must say, though, the experience I had with our hosts, Victor and Jacob, is truly what made the stay above and beyond valued!! From booking adventures, to private VIP dinners, clubs, and facilitating every need we had, each step of the way, both Victor and Jacob were amazing & accommodating!! Thank you guys, my family was truly blessed to have you both assist us. The Youssef family will most definitely be back!!!
