Viceroy Los Cabos

Alexander and Mariana were wonderful casita hosts! They were attentive and helped with anything we needed. Arranging outside activities, reservations and fun on site resort things! The food at the resort was spectacular and we loved the multiple pools. We had some rain and the resort accommodated the storm and created wonderful spaces to relax in the rain! We loved our stay and will be back. The casita was a must for our family of 5. Perfect layout and privacy. We had breakfast in the room each day and movies at night!!

After an amazing experience in 2023, i returned with my wife in 2025 to redo the same trip. The resort is beautiful and our dedicated concierge Laura and Oscar went above and beyond each time we reached out to them whether securing hard to get reservations or transportation to and from. All the staff are always smiling and eager to help and make you feel like you're at home. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and the views are breathtaking. Also the general manager Raul was extremely attentive and helpful when we had a slight issue with our room the first day, and resolved the issue completely and with a smile on his face. This trip was nothing less than perfect and we will be back in the future!

I had an unforgettable solo birthday celebration at the Viceroy Los Cabos in Mexico. From the moment I booked, the service was impeccable. The team helped coordinate transportation from the airport and secured my dinner reservations in advance. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Esperanza at the front desk, followed by Javier, who escorted me to my room and assisted with a beautiful upgrade to a suite. Special thanks to Edin and Jennifer, who went above and beyond by decorating my room and surprising me with fresh flowers, cake, and champagne. I dined at all four on-site restaurants — every meal was absolutely delicious. I also visited the Sun Club, where I enjoyed a bottle of Veuve Clicquot while being cared for by the amazing duo, Gabriel and Gabriel. Every member of the staff was gracious and genuinely hospitable. And a heartfelt thank you to Tania, who serviced my room each day and provided thoughtful turn-down service each evening. The Viceroy made my birthday celebration truly magical. I can’t wait to return!
