Victor Hugo is simply the best hotel host you could ever ask for he goes above and beyond and I do not think anyone does it better than Victor he is simply outstanding!

We had Victor Hugo as our butler. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind to us. We will be back for another visit in the near future.

Our Stay at Viceroy Was Nothing Short of Perfect! Viceroy was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. We were assigned a personal butler, Victor, who was absolutely wonderful! From recommending experiences to arranging activities, he made everything seamless from relaxing spa treatments to horseback riding along the beach. The property itself is breathtaking, offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down, unwind, and truly enjoy the moment. Every detail contributed to an experience that felt both luxurious and restorative. If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with exceptional service, tranquility, and unforgettable experiences, Viceroy is definitely worth the stay. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Viceroy. Mariana and Victoria at the consierge desk were amazing. They setup a wonderful birthday surprise for my girlfriend and helped immensely when we had a small issue with our room. They were in contact in the mornings and it made it easy for us to plan our day. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom Penthouse. It was beautiful, clean, didn't have a musty smell, and the views were phenomenal! The location was great as we rented a car, went grocery shopping, walked to Starbucks and City Market, and tried different restaurants in the area. The beach was very walkable and we loved the pool area on the beach. Great views and comfy seats to sit in. Two main complaints: Although our room was spotless and in great condition, many of the main areas were not. The elevators, hallways, stairways, and common area bathrooms look rundown and need some work. It's like our room and the hallways didn't match. Very weird. Also, service was almost non-existent. Seriously, we went to the same pool, and sat in the same chair everyday for a week and only 2 days did someone ask us if we wanted a menu or if we needed anything. There were plenty of servers and they all would sit in a huddle and talk to each other, but barely responded to us at all. I've never had such poor service at this type of resort. Very disappointed, it's like we weren't even there. Also, $90 a day for maid service for 2 people is ridiculous and adds up quick.
