a dreamlike place
My stay was incredible, I went to celebrate my 63rd birthday with my wife. The hotel is beautiful, its warmth and wonderful people made me want to return, although we had a small issue in the pool, Gustavo took care of giving us attention and we were able to turn something uncomfortable into something great. Without a doubt, we will return.

A wonderful experience staying at Viceroy. All the waiters are very friendly, quick and make you feel seen. The remember you from years ago. Good sign that you see the same employees, after all these year, that says a lot. Eapecially Carlos is a super waiter :) a very kind, friendly, good sense of humor and you can see he loves his job.

Great trip
Stayed at the viceroy over valentines weekend. Resort was great and staff had tremendous service. Particularly the concierge team led by Victor. I highly recommend.
