Our stay was made absolutely perfect thanks to our incredible host Jennifer! From the very beginning, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and timely, and she was always happy to help with any questions or requests. Jennifer’s professionalism combined with a personal touch made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed.

We especially enjoyed the on site dining at Nido! The sushi was so fresh and the sauces were exceptional. We also appreciated the excellent service provided by Abraham as well as Carlos and Fernando. Their descriptions were amazing and they were so patient with all our questions. It was so extraordinary we went back twice in our brief 3 night stay. Don’t miss it!

We had a truly exceptional stay — the hotel’s stunning architecture, serene atmosphere, and incredible spa made it feel like a destination in itself. The staff and service were superb at every turn, always thoughtful, warm, and attentive. We were especially lucky to be supported by our butlers, Israel and Alexis, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel effortless and genuinely special. Their care and attention elevated an already beautiful experience into something unforgettable.

This is a beautiful property in so many ways. From the stunning and well-thought-out architecture to the integration with the beach, easy access to town and to highly professional and friendly staff. Facilities are excellent including one of the better hotel gyms that we've experienced. Our quibble is around money. We booked a junior suite which we thought was an upgrade from the the standard rooms. Upon arrival, we were immediately upsold on a "partial view" junior suite which we learned was coded language for privacy. Our junior suite was only available on the ground floor which without blackout curtains would have had as much privacy as pitching a tent. Needless to say, we paid the extra for a higher floor and privacy. We were offered a meal package at what struck us as a fairly exorbitant price and recommend declining this given the array of wonderful restaurants and cafes available outside the hotel. The hotel food is perfectly nice but not exceptional compared with other options. An unfortunate practice is to discretely charge a 15% service fee and still leave space for a tip. I wouldn't mind this if they made it clear that this is a double dip. The partial view suite was lovely in many ways. There is the makings of a kitchen with a high end oven, basic refrigerator and nothing else, which suggested the suite was initially planned as a time-share or something similar. There was also the occasional scraping of furniture from our neighbors above, amplified by the hard-surfaced concrete. Despite the above, the overall experience was very nice and we would return ourselves and recommend to others.

Mariana and Alexander were amazing!!! They took care of us A-Z. They really cared of any problems we had and made sure we are happy. I will definitely come back to this hotel!!! Highly recommended
