Fabulous resort experience
We recently spent 4 nights at this exceptional hotel. The facilities are amazing with spacious rooms, beautifully maintained grounds, fabulous pools, a relaxing spa and numerous restaurant choices. The food was spectacular at each of the restaurants and we loved the unique architectural features of Nido. However the best part of this resort is the service! The staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful. Our personal concierges Alexis and Israel made our stay absolutely perfect! They assisted us in booking all of our meals, spa reservations, transportation and excursions. They anticipated our every need and were so helpful in making wonderful recommendations. Also a shout out to Oscar and Jesus at Nidito who took care of us during our beach time! We felt like we had made new friendships and hope to return again soon. Definitely the best beach resort we have ever visited!

A Different Mexico Experience
Very modern as opposed to very Mexican. Nine family members, including a baby. Our accommodations in the same building worked well for us. We were on an all-inclusive plan and, unfortunately, there were only 3 dinner restaurants, so we had to repeat. The meals were delicious, but we would have preferred more variety. Israel and Alexis were our "butlers" during the stay. We should have used their services more because, when needed, they were helpful. My daughter lost her new bracelet down the elevator shaft. Israel was able to retrieve it within a very short period of time. We'd thought it lost for good.

Exceptional service and experience at Viceroy Los Cabos
We had the pleasure of having GG as our attendant at the pool/beach multiple days. He was fantastic. We felt like we made a new friend. He was attentive, remembered all our favorite things, and made us feel right at home. The Viceroy is exceptional because of its staff. We can not wait to return and hopefully see GG on our next visit.
