Viceroy Los Cabos

3rd day in. Can’t think of a better place on the planet to be! The quality and service has been stellar across the board. Thank you Double G, Jesus, Giovanni for all the special pool side service and total peace and greetings from all the staff. Alexis and Jennifer as our personally assigned concierge has been so quick to help no matter the time. The fish ceviche, the drinks and all of the things have been exceptional. We have had the best vacation in the first 3 days even compared to some 7-10 days that we’ve taken other places. The cleanliness of the common areas and the room is like they swoop in with a magic wand when we step out. Thank you so much for the ultimate hospitality! Truly from Michael (Miguel) and Nicci

The entire staff was very welcoming and kind for our entire trip. They constantly checked in on me and my fiancé to ensure we were taken care of. Specifically, GG was extremely personable and considerate and we greatly appreciated his attention throughout our stay. Overall 10/10 experience no complaints at all!

Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Viceroy Los Cabos. The property is absolutely stunning, the architecture is beautiful, and the service was generally very good. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. There were a few minor issues. Upon arrival, the floors in our suite were noticeably dusty and dirty, though housekeeping addressed the issue promptly. Before our trip, we also experienced some frustration with confirming our reservation after a credit card authorization issue. It took several days and multiple phone calls to get everything sorted out, which was stressful given the importance of the trip. That said, neither of these issues significantly impacted our vacation, and once we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. My biggest criticism is the value. While the resort is beautiful and delivers a luxury experience, I don’t believe it justifies the extremely high price point. There are many excellent resorts in Cabo that offer a similar experience for considerably less. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if budget is not a concern. However, if you’re looking for the best value for your money, you may want to explore other luxury options in Cabo before booking.

Love everything about this resort-especially cocktails by the pool! Jesus and Ignacio are the absolute best humans and made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The staff from check in to check out is amazing!

This was our first time in San Jose Del Cabo. We typically Vacation is Cabo San Lucas and we will plan our vacations at Viceroy in the future. It was our family summer vacation and our daughter turned six so the room was set up with balloons and HBD lights when we arrived. All the staff knew her name and acknowledged her throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable in every way. The staff were very friendly and professional and our concierge Edin helped us with everything we needed including a reservation at a local restaurant that was “ booked up”. He was really amazing ! The food and drinks are pricey but there are a lot of restaurants nearby that provide many options at reasonable prices if you need to get away for some of your meals.
