WOW! This was one of the best vacation stays I've ever had. We walked in and immediately your eyes are slapped with the most beautiful view. I'll start with the architecture here...beyond unique and stunning. Probably the coolest hotel I've stayed in so far in Mexico. Upon arrival, the service was incredible and extended throughout the entirety of the trip. Angel and Alexis were phenomenal hosts (they even sent me a bottle of champagne and strawberries on my last night for my birthday!!!!). The service at every single restaurant was outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Glerbin, Jesus, Jose and Gabriel at the pool were so much fun and made the days so special, I never wanted it to end! The rooms are stunning and sparkling clean. I believe the value is on par for everything I experienced here. I cannot wait to come back someday.

Viceroy is a gorgeous place, and the staff, concierge and the hosts are the stars of the resort! Truly a 5 star experience. Excellent service from the front desk to the bar and restraunt staff. Special thanks to Laura and Oscar, who were available and responsive throughout our entire stay for anything we needed. We look forward to returning again very soon.

My husband and I are blown away by our stay at Viceroy, truly, honestly, the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced!! Fernando and Ramon went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. They even brought a couple of surprises to our room to help us celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s birthday. They were so kind and incredibly accommodating. We are beyond thankful and so impressed with the service staff throughout Viceroy, every employee went out of their way to make us feel special. Hands down our favorite experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. Thank you Viceroy for making our trip so special and memorable! Can’t wait to visit again!!

I loved my experience in the modern chic Viceroy Resort. The service and amenities from the time I arrived to when I left was exceptional. Einar was kind and thorough at check in and allowed us to tour an upgraded room before signing us up; making the choice to do so so easy! Our butler service with Victoria, Israel and Miguel made moving around and arranging things we needed was so smooth that I can say that they made the trip top notch. They even added special touches such a birthday Ballons and cakes to make my bday even more special. I’ve never spent 3 hours at the spa but here you will want to take advantage of all the services and facilities. Lisset will make sure you feel cared for. Finally, I’m the most impressed with Guadalupe in room maintenance for her ninja like cleaning and tidying of our space. My sister and I always found it cool the care she took in keeping our space clean every day and night but so quick in between the times we weren’t there. Overall the Viceroy in vibe, food, and service was 10 out of 10.
