Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

The staff is extraordinary and pays attention to every detail! Check in and check out was easy and accurate. Our rooms were absolutely clean and had every amenity. Noise level was very quiet and service was outstanding. Amenities were excellent. The location is in a very safe area and we even walked along the street on a Sunday morning and saw people moving and smiling.

This was our 6th or 7th stay at the Vanderbilt so we are very familiar with the property but this is my first review of it. This is the spot to stay if you want to be in Condado. Super nice property. It is not new by any means but is clean and well kept. I see mainly adults here, not many kids not that is frowned upon at all, but does not really seem to be set up for a lot of kid activities. Very high level of service all around almost Ritz or Four Seasons type of attention. Pool staff are awesome they will set you up with nicely cushioned chairs and you will always be able to order a drink or two. VC lounge was the spot for nightly glasses of wine or champagne and a special shout out to Anthony behind the bar. He went out of his way to make us feel special with his high level of attention and great personality. We will be back many more times in the future but not soon enough!

Diego at the pool was phenomenal! The hospitality and manners were unmatched. I usually don’t like hotel staff doing stuff for me or asking them but Diego always took initiative and I was set up perfectly by the pool every time. Highly recommend!

Went to PR for the Bad Bunny concert and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Condado. I love this hotel. I stayed in room 454 and I literally did not want to leave. I will definitely stay again when I return to PR. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Located right on the beach I had a spectacular view of the ocean from my room. The room was large, well appointed and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the windows were sound proof which provided for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was large and updated. It had a tub that had a window overlooking the ocean. The room was spectacular. The minibar and fridge were well stocked and the safe was easy to use and attached to the cabinet which I appreciated. The pool area was pretty overlooking the ocean and the heated infinity pool was great. The adult side was my favorite section. It was well designed with lounge chairs in a pool while overlooking the ocean and had a hot tub. The nearby roosters were a nice reminder that we were in PR! I went to the spa and my Bamboo massage was amazing. Jason was knowledgeable and did a great job. Shout out to Damina at the spa she was sweet and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and would encourage anyone thinking of coming to PR to stay here. Loved it!

My husband and just stood this past week at the Condado Vanderbilt and all I can say is WOW! Beautiful hotel and great staff! Manuel in the main pool area was a delight! He used to be a physical education teacher and told us that he switched to the hospitality industry a few years back. You can tell he enjoys his job and makes the guest experience and enjoyable one. Christian at the Taco and Tequila restaurant is another delight and I can't forget to mention Ana and James always making sure your drinks are taken care of. They are both wonderfull! Ashley kept our room extremely tidy and always made sure we had everything we needed. Great vacation! We will be back in the near future. Thank you Condado Vanderbilt for a fabulous experience.
