The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan

Stayed here a few years ago while waiting to embark on a Caribbean cruise--it was a good choice. Close proximity to airport, beach front and beautiful facility with all the amenities one might expect at a Ritz or other luxury class hotels. Professional service, spacious and elegant rooms/common areas and excellent on site restaurants. This hotel has it all!

Excellent food, lovely wine and the best service! Shout out to Pradeep who was a wonderul host! Definitey recommend the tiramisu and the seafood pasta. Went on Thursday for the pizza pasta night! Amazing!

Family and I stayed here prior to the devastating hurricanes that damaged so much of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Service was impeccable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were extraordinary. Definitely a place to revisit to be pampered and treated like royalty. After major renovations I believe this hotel is set to reopen in October 2018. We returned to Puerto Rico for vacation in July 2018 and they were still working on this property so we had to stay at a comparable hotel nearby. Can’t wait to return and enjoy ourselves again.

I've stayed at a handful of Ritz Carlton locations, this location is very beautiful but not up to Ritz standards in my opinion.. Compared to the service Grand Cayman, Aruba and Cancun this place doesn't meet up to their standards, but it is a nice property.

We had a Family Reunion celebrating my father's 88th Birthday. The rooms and service was great and we loved BLT Restaurant. The pool was great but the ocean rocky and not like the Caribbean sea in the US VI
