Dos Casas

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Dos Casas to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, extremely clean, and intimate. Our room was absolutely incredible — huge, beautifully designed, with three showers and its own private jacuzzi tub. When we arrived, the staff had made it even more special with rose petals, a beautiful bouquet of roses and flowers, dessert, Mezcalito, and even a framed photo of us. Those personal touches immediately made us feel like they truly cared about making our anniversary unforgettable. There was also a beautiful upstairs area with another jacuzzi where we could relax, and breakfast was served in that same space. Being able to enjoy the jacuzzi and then have breakfast right there was such a relaxing and memorable way to start the day. But what truly separates Dos Casas from other luxury hotels is the staff and their extraordinary level of service. The front desk essentially planned our entire three-day anniversary trip for us. They arranged a private driver and helped coordinate our itinerary from beginning to end. They planned a couples massage and steam room experience, an amazing chef’s table dinner at the restaurant within the same property, and a private tour the following day. Throughout our stay, they continued providing excellent recommendations and arranging places for us to have lunch and dinner. We barely had to think about logistics — they took care of everything and allowed us to simply enjoy our time together. What impressed us most was how personal the experience felt. Nothing seemed generic or transactional. From the rose petals and framed photo waiting in our room to the private driver, spa experience, dinners, tours, and recommendations, there was an incredible amount of thought behind our stay. The property is gorgeous, quiet, exceptionally clean, romantic, and private, but the people are what make Hotel Dos Casas truly special. If you are visiting San Miguel de Allende — especially for an anniversary, honeymoon, or another special occasion — I cannot recommend Hotel Dos Casas highly enough. They didn’t simply give us a beautiful room; they helped create an entire experience around our 10th anniversary. Thank you to the entire Dos Casas team for making such an important milestone in our lives so memorable. We left feeling incredibly grateful and with memories we will keep for many years. An exceptional hotel, an amazing team, and without question a 5-star experience. We will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Dos Casas. The location is ideal central yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a quiet retreat. The rooms were beautifully maintained spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed and the city views were a real highlight. The amenities were excellent and added to the overall sense of ease and comfort throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the staff: everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience feel personal and special. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Came to this hotel with no expectations. To my surprise everything was perfect. The beds were nice, the service was top notch and it’s located in a perfect spot (not to far from all the tourist activities). Samatha, the office manager, couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The only thing that was not great was the breakfast but still was a good one, just not great.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to assist with anything we needed. We were upgraded to a top-floor room upon arrival, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that botched the trip was the theft of a sweatshirt from our room. If you see anyone walking around with a blue sweatshirt with “Andover” in yellow lettering, that’s my hoodie sweatshirt.
