Great resort with lovely pool, good food options and nicely equipped rooms and suites. Beach is a walk as others have shared but staff run you down in a golf cart if you need, food and bev prices are a little steep even for higher end resorts, great breakfast included with most stays, did not try the spa

I had a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and highly professional. The entire team made us feel welcome and cared for at every moment. The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was made with top-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The flavor, freshness, and creativity in every bite reflect an outstanding culinary level. The most remarkable feature is its unmatched location. It’s a hidden paradise: you walk through nature trails alongside a crystal-clear lake, arriving at the stunning Sardinian sea. The dreamlike setting takes the whole experience to another level. Moreover, it’s very family-friendly. There are wide, safe, natural spaces where both children and adults can enjoy themselves, making it a perfect choice for an unforgettable family getaway. Without a doubt, this is a place I will recommend time and time again—perfect for those seeking disconnection, natural beauty, exquisite food, and top-notch service.

We had a fantastic week here and returned home feeling relaxed. It took us a few days to adjust to the quietness of the resort, but mid-day naps under the poolside canopies, walks to the beautiful beach and a dip in the clear blue sea was just what the doctor ordered to recharge the batteries. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the resort gardens were manicured and the staff all amazing (thank you to Niccolo who kept us well stocked with our aperols by the pool). We always tend to stay in the hotel resort, but for one evening decided to go into San Teodoro to break the week up. We were shocked at the prices for car rentals so decided to take a taxi transfer, which the concierge arranged (40 euros one way and it was a 12 minute journey). San T was a nice little town, many restaurants to choose from. You only had a choice of 2 restaurants at the hotel and the pool-bar - one restaurant was Gousto (Michelin star) and the other was an al la carte, which changed the menu often and had daily fresh fish specials on display. The pool area was fantastic, staff were great and took you to your chosen cabana with towels and water. There were only 20 cabanas around the pool but it seemed to work as families only ventured out from 3pm when it got cooler. Our only gripes during the week were - on arrival we were offered water, tea or coffee - which seemed a poor selection for such a quality hotel. When we asked for a cava, we were told it would be chargeable and did we want the bar menu ........this wasn't the welcome we'd hoped for after a day of travelling and delays. Also, the beach area should think about installing some kind of toilet (I appreciate it's public with a section for the hotel residents) as twice we took a leisurely walk to the beach along the path and was greeted by adult men urinating in the bushes. I'm just glad our children weren't with us on the holiday. Our last gripe were the prices of the drinks........21 euros for an aperol (and majority of cocktails were the same price). As the days went on and we relaxed into Sardinian mode, we decided just to forget about the prices until we had a rather big room bill on check out. One tip would be to walk to the beach bar and enjoy their bottles of aperol for 7 euros - it may not have the ice, but what a view!

Fabulous three day break from start to finish everything was fabulous! Friendly and welcoming, room was fabulous and chambermaids outstanding in service. Staff could not do enough for you, food plentiful, great choices and delicious. Outside pool amazing and loved the way the lifeguards controlled use of the pool for everyone, no jumping in or inflatables thank you 🙏 Walk to sea really lovely and sad we did not really use the beach due to short length of stay. Bar fabulous as were snacks and lunch and pool service. Highly recommended we will return for longer.

We loved this wonderful hotel, imagine a stunning beach in front of Tavolara island. The service is very good, smiling people always ready to prepare amazing cocktails and food. Rooms are quite, there is also a good Gym and the ladies at the Spa are well prepared. Ready to come back...maybe already this summer!!
