The staff was incredibly friendly, but I'm seriously disappointed with the recent manicure I got there. Not only did it feel rushed, but the gel is peeling off after only having it on for 2 days - considering it was $97 I definitely expected them to last at least a week. It's just very disappointing that there was also a price discrepancy from emailed invoice $60 (which does not include the 20% gratuity for the service).

I was there with a group of friends for a Beading retreat and everything was wonderful. The staff saw to our every need. The food was excellent and special diets were respected.

We love this place! We live in Santa Fe so we get to go there every year and it’s always such a wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful hotel with a beautiful atmosphere and complements the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The staff is what really makes it special, as they are so wonderful and welcoming. 🙏 thank you
