Fabulous Experience

I am adding my 5-star vote to the long list of outstanding reviews for this very special inn. The decor is creative and so interesting, the rooms were very comfortable and all the food in the room was inclusive in the price. The breakfast courtyard was beautiful and we looked forward to eating outside every morning. We even had dinner at the bar in the Dragon Room - delicious margaritas and shrimp tostada! But the best part was the service - every employee had a smile on their face and made us feel welcome.

Really great!

We have been traveling to Santa Fe for 25 years staying at la posada , inn of the governors when our daughter was young and in recent years a lovely Vrbo on canyon rd. Decided to stay at the inn for my wife’s 65th bday . It was really great ( and the room upgrade was very appreciated). For us the service and convenience here is everything we look for in an inn. The pink adobe, breakfast , valet , lovely little pool but most of all without exception all supper nice and helpful staff. Well worth the spend to stay here and look forward to a return visit soon

Good, not great

I don’t understand the rave reviews for this place. We picked it over the Four Seasons (which was actually cheaper!) because people seemed to love it, but to us, it was pretty standard. The location is convenient and nice. The hotel landscaping is beautiful. The rooms are nice and authentic but very dark and quite gloomy. No one at the front desk can help you with any excursions- hikes, hot springs, nothing. If you ask for one of their TWO hotel cars to drive you anywhere more than 3 minutes away, they refuse. If you ask for a car reservation, they say you should have asked yesterday. It’s just not the above and beyond experience you’d expect at this price point. The tiny soaking pool is unheated and in our four days there, we weren’t able to order one pool side drink because there was no staff anywhere. The breakfast staff is lovely, though, the turn down room amenities are nice, and the people in management are very friendly.

Lovely little spot

The Inn of the Five Graces is a very charming little hotel! I was a big fan of my room (Lapis), which was both spacious and cozy, with some complimentary snacks that I greatly appreciated given my late night arrival. Breakfast was also good, although the dinner I had there was a little mixed - the Caesar salad was great, but the enchiladas were a little disappointing. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring town on foot. I’ll likely return here on my next visit to Santa Fe. If you want a more “resort” feel try the Auberge or Four Seasons instead.

An excellent hotel

We had a fabulous one-week stay in the Juniper suite. This hotel is special because of its exceptional customer service and its great location in a historic part of Santa Fe. Beautiful accommodations. Guests are treated with appreciation. Everything from housekeeping to concierge to valet is first-rate. Outstanding breakfast included with room. Easy walks to everything in historic downtown Santa Fe. Top-flight tours/excursions arranged through the hotel. We highly recommend “Five Graces” to anyone wanting a memorable, fun, vacation experience.
