Grand Hotel Miramare

We had a fantastic experience visiting with our family. Accommodations were superb. Staff went above and beyond. Facilities were top tier. Miramare is one of the best.

My decision to stay in Grand Hotel Miramare without having any prior referrals was a bit risky but eventually I didn’t regret it not for a single moment! For myself, true luxury is not just the facilities and the amenities being offered but most importantly the people receiving you and the specialization that comes for each department of this unique hotel. The service is so personalized and the attention to detail is in another level, I genuinely feel I am in my own house. My heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Toni Maida, Resident Manager whom I owe my complete gratitude for making my stay so rewarding and exceptional. Above all, extremely professional but without being distant to the guests and always willing to do the extra mile. His passion for hospitality and is evident in every aspect when interacting not only with the guests but also with the staff. See you soon my friend and thank you! Grazie di cuore, a presto!

My husband and I ended our honeymoon at this hotel and truly felt like we saved the best for last. The service, location, and amenities were all top notch. We felt extremely taken care of from check in to check out. We looked forward to the breakfasts every morning (the scrambled eggs are to die for) and always enjoyed chatting with the servers. The views are ones we will dream about until we hopefully return soon :) The hotel was clean, spacious, and smelled amazing. We bought both the candle and the diffuser to remind us of our wonderful time there. The gym set up was also a huge perk for us! It is a shared crossfit style gym, which could be challenging if there was a class going on, but we loved having access to all of the weight lifting equipment that isn't normally available at a standard hotel gym. The hotel's beach club is right across the street and was a wonderful, no-frills way to enjoy the sea. The staff will set you up with a lounger and towel but there is not lounger food/drink service like your typical European beach club. There is a restaurant within the beach club that you can sit down and eat lunch at. You can also order drinks at the bar to bring back to your lounger. There are clean bathrooms and changing rooms at the beach club also. You can easily walk into the town for shopping and restaurants. We really only needed a car service for dinner one night and when we tried a different beach club, otherwise, we were able to walk everywhere. PS Order the GHM Americano cocktail at the bar and thank me later!! It has ruined all other cocktails for me, it was so delicious :) There was also live piano music each night at the bar which was so lovely! 10/10 hotel! You won't regret staying here!

Breathtaking views, incredible suites, unbelievably delicious food and, as always, impeccable service.

This hotel does not disappoint on any level! Our 5 day stay was magical. We felt very spoilt, without feeling overly pampered. We struggled to leave and cannot wait to return. Every member of staff was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Dinner in the main restaurant was excellent, so was the breakfast. It is of a very high standard and obviously the staff work incredibly hard to achieve perfection which isn’t overlooked by us. Everywhere is clean and tidy, the pool is one of the best we have ever swam in surrounded by the beautiful views. The garden is very well kept and it was a joy to see the vegetable garden, also looking immaculate. Our room overlooked the garden and the views from our balcony were lovely. The room was very comfortable, the bed & pillows were perfect, we had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also of a high standard and super clean! I did ask for an ironing board which apparently due to safety isn’t issued. We prefer to iron our own clothes when travelling , not send them off for someone else to do. We left the hotel with heavy hearts, it was an unforgettable stay. We will return and have already been singing this outstanding hotel’s praises.
