Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

Matthew Johan Armando who helped me valet my car was courteous and attentive. Great way to be greeted at the hotel. Greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful

When you’re greeted with legendary customer service, it truly sets the tone for an amazing experience. In real estate, we call that role a “Director of First Impressions”—the person who clients meet first, who makes them feel welcome and sets everything in motion. Ethan did exactly that. From the very beginning, his warmth, energy, and clear communication shined through. He was not only helpful but also genuinely joyful in the way he connected with us, and it made all the difference. We are so grateful for the way he started our experience on such a positive note.

Had very high expectations but I arrived and the hotel had been overbooked and were sent to another hotel for the night . We were compensated with a $150 for the next days . There is no ramp only stairs to take our suitcases to the area of the elevators . The food was very expensive and not worth the cost . The service was very good specially Maricela at the Restaurant. The location is fantastic but look for another option next time .

Ethan was very informative and extremely helpful during my check in at Fairmont. He provided me with the tour of the hotel and its many amenities.

Everything was perfect. The location is just right for the beach, restaurants, Convenience Stores and parking if you don’t use the crazy $70 US daily hotel parking charge! Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. Pool a little small but plenty of excellent loungers and endless towels on offer laid out by pool staff. Unfortunately they allow children in the Jacuzzi which they used as a hot play SCREAMING area throughout our 4 days stay with parents too busy taking in either food, drinks or the sun to take any notice Rooms are big and everything to hand with a lovely bed, Robes and a fabulous view of the beach
