Exquisite experience staying at Sandbourne Santa Monica
The hotels offers the most desirable location in the popular Santa Monica...the back door opens right on to the beach. On one hand, it provides the comfort, cleanliness and the standard look and feel of a high-end Marriott property and on the other it provides the bespoke feel of a boutique hotel...best of both worlds. The room furnishings are custom and designer-looking...even the elevator walls have a colorful and creative design and not just a monotonous textured steel look! The hotel lobby and restaurants provide exclusive, calm and quiet atmosphere! The entire staff from the parking attendants at the door, to the bell boy and the staff at the front desk were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The front desk (especially Eliu) most politely accommodated custom requests to upgrade to a partial ocean view from the city view, a rollaway bed in one of the two rooms. They were the most courteous and patient in answering questions about local attractions. I would stay again with them when I am back in town!

Beautiful hotel with ocean views
Excellent location with ocean views and an easy walk across the street to the beach. A few blocks from Santa Monica pier. Lovely pool but no service at the pool. The bellman, valets (Jorge) and housekeeping were outstanding. All staff were pleasant and happy.

Lovely Stay
We loved our stay here! A special shout out to David and Jorge at valet who were always so helpful. They were so kind in helping me in and out of the car with my broken foot! We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
