Had a great stay. Staff was very accommodating. Service with a smile. Also close to Chez Jay, my favorite bar. I created an accounting mixup for myself and was professionally rescued by a young man in that department . I anticipated having to unscramble an egg and Santi made it a breeze.many thanks to him. I’ll probably need him again.

First and foremost Eric and Ruben who we met at the door, helped my family with a complete itinerary for our trip due to this being our first trip to the west coast. They went over and beyond helping our family plan and find safe areas to travel and suit the needs for every age group. These young men displayed professionalism and amazing energy and are the main reason we will be back in December. They helped make this trip an all timer . Appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Amazing location and easy access to the beach and pier. Def recommend

The service and the atmosphere of this hotel are too notch and it feels luxurious without being pretentious. Eddie at the front desk did an amazing job making me feel welcomed, accommodating my luggage, and getting me the best room available. There’s a very good energy about this place and it resonates through all aspects of the stay.

The worst experience of my life! The staff was totally unreasonable. I'll never consider staying at this place in the future.

My husband booked an ocean view for my birthday, and we loved it! I wasn’t expecting much since all hotels treat us like guests, but the staff made us feel like extended family. Valet was very attentive when we arrived. Sad to say, I didn’t ask for the man’s name, but he pulled out our luggage and gave us water bottles. Then we got introduced to Alex, the guest agent. He did an amazing job at checking us in and even provided a complimentary champagne for my special occasion. He made our check-in process welcoming, smooth, and quick! Their restaurant is very cute & food is a 10/10, I recommend their frittata!!!
