Eric Jesus David and the entire crew
I’ve stayed at many resorts, but the experience I had with Eric Jesuus David was on a completely different level. From the moment I arrived, he brought an energy, professionalism, and genuine care that you just don’t come across often he didn’t just park my car, he elevated my entire stay. Every interaction felt intentional, warm, and above and beyond what anyone would expect. Eric is truly the kind of person who defines what exceptional service looks like. Because of him, this wasn’t just a great stay it became a memorable experience I’ll talk about and come back for. I can honestly say I’ll be returning to this resort specifically because of the way he made me feel. Absolute legend.

Loved my stay!
I absolutely loved my stay at Sandbourne. Everyone I met there was incredibly kind and welcoming, it’s the people who truly make this hotel stand out. Valet attendant Diego was amazing, as was the entire front desk staff. I hope to come back soon!

Diego and Jorge where great as well as the entire hotel staff where amazing The restaurant and pool were amazing. The room was clean and nice and it was in walking distance to everything we wanted To do
