Felt Like Family!
My husband and I just wrapped up a 4-day stay at the Viceroy, and it was exactly the vibe we were looking for as we needed a central, yet elevated home base while we visited all of our LA friends. Edith & Alex made us feel like family when we checked in… seamless + champagne, so fun. Our room had an ocean view and everything we needed. PJ helped us with renting bikes and grabbing our bags - a total breeze! A major highlight of our trip was Saturday when we had our group of friends join us ALL day at the pool cabana- Ruth, Vanessa, and Kim, were seriously incredible! Warren was a sweetheart during the entire stay as well. What really sets this place apart, is the staff. They are genuinely some of the friendliest people we’ve encountered. Cant wait to come back!

My wife and I had a terrific 8 nights at the Viceroy, Santa Monica. It had a great location with the beach, bars and restaurants all with in easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and polite. The valet, Edgar Medina was outstanding for any of our queries or just generally.

The Viceroy is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoy the atmosphere our rooms and the entire staff today we met Jon and Ruth were sofabulous at their positions. Pedro was most helpful all week in the dining room and Daniel and Alex were most helpful out in the. Valet area thanks again for a great day.
