Hotel is nice. The Parking charge it’s is over the top expensive when they have a Huge on Site Parking grounds and I mean it’s Big

Superb experience
Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff, my room was clean and spacious and the pool area was lovely - a great way to unwind after work!

Very nice hotel but lots of up charges and errors in billing
Hotel is very nice but beware of excess charges. I had to call hotel after checkout when I saw Folio. There was an accommodation charge of over $100. They apologized and said it was an error but no comment on how or why. I am still waiting for my refund and the email to confirm I am due the refund they said I am. Also hard to avoid 3rd party initial booking when getting on line, which turned out to be an issue but worked out in the end. Not sure I would stay here again based on all the trouble with the reservation and overcharge.

The Perfect Hotel!
Great stay for work conference. Would likely stay there again for business or personal. Very clean and convenient location.

Sonoma Adjacent
I don't usually think of Santa Rosa as Sonoma, but they're only 30 minutes apart. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown where we ate dinner at Russian River Brewery. The room was ok maybe a little small, but from the ground floor room we could walk out our patio to the pool.
