Hyatt Vineyard Creek

Stayed here for company party. The food for the event was actually yummy. The staff was very friendly. They also accommodated my early check-in & didn't charge me since I was part of the company event. Overll, nice, clean & close to downtown. Was able to walk a block over for dinner & breakfast :).

The food was great. The front desk staff were not helpful despite there being no lines. Just unwilling to help. The wait staff were not very well trained in the food industry. Rooms had no views and rooms had no information on anything available at the hotel or nearby to the hotel which is customary.

I have stayed here many times before and before this visit had seen some negative reviews. This was not the case. I was welcomed very nicely and the property is nice. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are very clean and the location is great and convenient for Sonoma wine country. The breakfast is very fresh and good with wonderful service. I highly recommend.

It's a nice place in the sense that it does what you want the basic hotel experience to do. You get a clean room to stay. We didn't realize that we had to ask for housekeeping if we were staying for 2 nights. After a day out, we expected to return to a fresh room, which wasn't our experience. The thing we enjoyed was Santa Rosa, not the hotel. After our meal the first night (I ordered short ribs which were dry), we didn't trust how breakfast would work. Breakfast is not automatically included, which was surprising for the price, as well as having add another $42 for parking. We found a couple of great places for breakfast in touch, for less money than what the hostess quoted us.

Great experience, excellent customer service from staff. Property could be much better if they add more EV charging stations
