Not up to expectations
No draws in room or bathroom to unpack my belongings. Closet was extremely small. Hall carpet worn. Was not told about resort fee.

Valet was really nice.
David from valet was really nice, attentive and super helpful. Made my experience at the hotel a whole lot better. I’ve never experienced such helpful valet staff until I met David.

Wonderful experience in Santa Rosa!
Everyone was extraordinarily kind, professional and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and the electronic phone key system was very easy to use. Ethan was amazing and went out of his way to help us when we arrived. He is a super star!

Ethan greeted us at the door. He is friendly, courteous, polite, professional. We started well. The hotel is clean and quiet.

We loved the room pool and the service. Shout out to the bartenders at the Sonoma cafe and David the valet. Great stay
Had a wonderful time the Sonoma Café bartenders were brilliant David the valet was attentive and kind. We enjoyed the pool and the fire.
