Probably the worst service I ever experienced at Hyatt.
Staff were not professional, they would rather focus on chatting with other staff than care about guest waiting for check-in. We called many times to house keeping and front desk from our room but nobody answered so we had to go to the lobby - seeing them chatting, nobody answered the phone. Not to mention we stayed at hotel as a trip for anniversary, lady at check-in not even care about our notes, no greeting no introduction of hotel, not even a smile, I felt sorry that we "interrupted" her chatting with coworker during her working hours! Upon at checkout - My daughter and I carried big and small suitcases, none of hotel staff including bellboy offered an assistance when they were not busy with any other work. This hotel has nice design and location, would be a good alternative to visit Napa area, however, with such poor management, I don't recommend. As a loyal Hyatt customer I feel very disappointed.

Clean, Convenient, and Cozy
We enjoy our stay at Hyatt. The location is in the downtown and it's very convenient to go musems and parks of the city. The room and bed are clean. By the way, the TV has free children channels. Kids love it! The whole place is very quiet. I am happy we choose Hyatt for our vacation.

Great experience in wine country
The breakfast employees were Awesome, Sana so helpful!!! Nice rooms , pool and easy parking. Front desk after noon team member so friendly and helpful . We checked in on Thursday. Quick ride to all the best wineries. Great restaurants close by. Try Paradise burgers

Great Place to Stay
This is a great value!!! The grounds were very beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly. Our room was big and peaceful with big windows. It is a great location being downtown - Close to food - Easy to go to the wine country, ocean and redwoods. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredible Experience
This was one of the best Hotel stays I've ever had. The staff went above and beyond for us. Their positivity and helpfulness was so appreciated. The bed was so comfortable. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. The pool was nice as well! And it is close to so many fun downtown shops and places to eat. I will come back again for sure
