Excellent Hotel everyone was friendly and service was great!. We ate in the Restaurant railroad stop and the waitress named China was Amazing she was kind and courteous and was empathetic to the situation of us attending a Funeral later that day. Please thank her again for her kindness. Barbara Giglio

Excellent accomodation, friendly staff. Convention arrangements spot on. Great place for a small convention. Easy access to wine touring for those not attending the convention.

Relaxing and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency. We were there for our honeymoon and enjoyed the wine provided at check in. We also enjoyed the smores every evening we were there. It was fun to roast the marshmallows by the fire pit.

Clean room but poor guest service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

First the good: check-in was efficient, courteous. Room was clean, bathroom was clean with some minor loose fixtures. This was at least our 2nd stay here and possibly our last patronage of this place. Everything went well until we needed some help because we left an item inside the refrigerator. Luckily it was not of significant value as the hotel's handling of lost & found is abysmal to put it lightly. The initial call was already very painful as the phone system has an option to Lost & Found option where no one ever picked up the phone. Eventually a less than sympathetic gentleman at the front desk answered and quickly directed us to the 3rd party website without caring to listen to our plea to pick it up as we were still in the area. We filled the form at the website. Next morning tried to follow up at the hotel front desk and was directed again to the never-answered Lost & Found. Again to front desk, then told they have no access to Lost & Found. I didn't ask for access to Lost & Found item itself, I just asked to have access to someone who answered the Lost & Found. Reluctantly was put on hold and after some back-and-forth, was told that Housekeeping didn't find anything. Really hard to believe. Probably because they've had enough with my persistent effort to get my item back that saying the items is not there is the quickest way to handle this. Was given 2 email addresses to write - one to the Manager and 2nd to the Housekeeping Mgr. None ever replied. CC:ed also that email to Mr. Bailey who frequently responded here. No reply. CC:ed to the name who signed the Survey I received after the stay ("Head of Classics, Essentials, and Luxury, Americas") - no reply. Truly, truly disappointed with this type of guest services from Hyatt. To be fair, this is not a reflection of the whole Hyatt line as when we needed attention on a Hyatt stay in Asia, the GM graciously stepped in an resolved the issue. Since then, I've sent a few friends over to that same Hyatt Asia hotel and they have gained my trust back. Any business can have a 'glitch' - but, it is what business do to resolve it is what wins customers' business and trust over and over again.
