Great experience! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. It was a quick stay and the front desk staff helped us check in and out easily with our phones.

Great location, staff and base for the Sonoma wine country and downtown shopping. One of my travel favorites when going to the wine country. Fun organized activities at the hotel nightly. And of course wine tastings.

Location makes this a great gateway to wine country. It’s close enough to the major airports yet only a short walk to two of our favorite restaurants, Spinsters Sisters and Grossman’s Deli. The staff can also help plan a wine tasting itinerary, Nadier was very insightful and recommended a “winery partner” Ledson that we particularly enjoyed. Thanks!

Came here to celebrate our anniversary and attended a concert at the nearby Graton Casino. Stay at an upgraded suite as Globalist and my friend who came also got upgraded to a courtyard upgraded room using our Guest of Honour award. Had a fabulous time and staff were friendly and courteous. Will come again

DO NOT stay here. This is not a Hyatt Regency caliber hotel. More like a Hampton Inn, and that's with apologies to the Hampton Inn line. The lobby is unimpressive. The elevator smelled, the hallways were dark and dingy. The carpets were dirty. The room smelled like marijuana, the furniture was discolored and damaged. The bathroom was one of the worse I've seen, and I stay at hotels 200+ nights a year (flight attendant). We left and found other accommodations. To add insult to injury they continued to charge me for parking even though we had left, which caused another 20 minutes loss while I called to get reimbursed.
