Amazing service from the moment I stepped out of my taxi to the moment I left. Honestly they set the standard of service in not just the hotel industry but in every industry. I have never felt so well treated in any experience of staying in any hotel my life - better than Ritz Carlton, Bourbon, Four Seasons….

The manager Chantel was amazing. Could not be any better. Even though the property was a little old ( elevators made a noise) this was one of the best Mandarin experiences I have had.

Our trip took a 180° turn thanks to the excellent service from the staff, and especially from Javier Santana. We had an awful experience with Airbnb that left us out on the street, and thanks to Javier and his team—who welcomed us that same day with great empathy—we were able to recover. They even offered us complimentary services to help turn around what had started as a very bad vacation. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the hotel and its team.

I was in town for a surgery my father had scheduled at a nearby hospital. Due to a slower than expected recovery process, my six night stay turned into a fifteen night stay. I was a former front office manager for a five-star Ritz-Carlton hotel several years ago, and must admit I have very high standards when I travel. Your hotel exceeded them. I cannot say enough nice things about your amazing staff. After long days of helping take care of my father, your staff was always there to welcome me, help me feel at home, and genuinely ask how my father was recovering. A special thanks to Juan in the Atrium Cafe, Gonzalo in Senso during breakfast, and Claudia in Senso during the evenings. These individuals plus many more helped make my stay spectacular. The guest room was also luxurious, with beautiful finishes, luxury furnishings and a beautiful bathroom with a wonderful shower. You have created a culture of service excellence and it shows. Thank you again for being such an amazing home away from home!
