Best hotel in Santiago
Efficient and friendly check in. Great room and food. Lovely ambiance by the pool. Executive suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. We could not have been any happier.

Mix of great restaurant service and extremely bad service same restaurant by some personnel
Bad rap for those seeking vegetarian choices. There were exceptions in service personnel who went out of the way to accommodate. There were also bad apples who had strange racist vibes leading to ignoring service requests

Great hotel, good service
Great hotel. Unfortunately, we were treated differently on the night we paid for privately and the night we paid for as part of Silversea expedition group (the price was the same so someone took a large chunk of the profit)

Less than satisfactory stay for the price
The hotel room on the first night was less than satisfactory while showering. The water would stop mid shower and was woken up every 30 minutes by a loud screeching noise from the plumbing.

You can’t go wrong
Beautiful room very spacious and excellent views. Staff are ever attentive and quality restaurants. For a short stay, it is exceptionally good service. Distance may be an issue for some who Want to experience Santiago but not an issue for those who prepare well. Quiet and. Lean. Nothing was too difficult to accommodate. Well done e
