Very nice experience overall and the staff treats you greatly. View of the building to the mountains is wonderful. Recommended!

My experience was very good thanks to the excellent welcome from the MO team of employees and the beautiful structure of the hotel.

I truly believe this is the best hotel in central Santiago. What impressed me first was the private entrance, which is spacious enough to accommodate many vehicles. Compared to other five-star hotels that often have just a small, narrow facade, Mandarin Oriental Santiago has an expansive area in front that feels exclusive and grand. From the bellboys to the front desk staff, everyone remembered my name. They recognized me as an MO Fan from the very beginning, even though it was my first time staying at this hotel. That level of recognition made me feel genuinely valued and reminded me why I’ve always loved the Mandarin Oriental brand. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking care of every detail of my stay. For example, the concierge team followed up multiple times with my travel agency to confirm my schedule, which made me feel safe and especially well cared for. I visited during the Chilean winter, and as someone coming from the Northern Hemisphere, I didn’t expect it to be that cold. But I was touched when the team even offered me a winter coat—a small gesture that warmed me up more than just physically. The restaurant served some fantastic local dishes—I highly recommend trying them. There’s also a Moai inside the hotel, which adds a unique cultural charm. The design of the hotel is elegant and luxurious. From my room, I had a stunning view of the snowy Andes and the cityscape. This was a truly perfect experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. 我真的认为这是圣地亚哥市中心最棒的酒店。首先让我印象最深的是它的私人入口，非常宽敞，能容纳多辆车。相比之下，其他五星级酒店往往只有一个很小的门面，而文华东方门前的专属区域显得格外气派和尊贵。 从行李员到前台接待，每一位员工都能叫出我的名字。让我特别感动的是，即使这是我第一次入住这家酒店，他们一开始就认出了我是 MO Fan 会员，让我感受到宾至如归的尊重和温暖，也再次确认了我对文华东方品牌的喜爱。 酒店的服务非常贴心周到，他们真的会留意并照顾到你的每一个细节。比如礼宾部为了确认我的行程，多次主动联系我的旅行社，这让我感到特别安心和被重视。 我是在智利的冬天来到这里，作为一个来自北半球的人，我原本没有意识到这里会有多冷。但让我十分感动的是，工作人员甚至主动借给我一件冬季外套，这样的细节服务让我由衷感到温暖。 酒店的餐厅提供很多美味的当地菜肴，非常值得一试。酒店内还有一座真正的摩艾石像，增添了一种独特的文化魅力。 整个酒店的设计高雅大气，我房间的窗户可以看到安第斯雪山和城市的景色，每一眼都是惊艳。 这真的是一次完美的入住体验，我会毫不犹豫地推荐给任何来圣地亚哥旅行的人。

It was really hard to leave the amazing A+ staff , beautiful landscape and overall magnificent experience. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at both restaurants. We loved and appreciated all the personal touches like the welcome note, the glasses cleaner, the turn down chocolates. We enjoyed meeting and conversing with the team. Shout out to Martin, Miguel, Florencia, Sofia, Raisa, Phillipe and the super housekeeping team and the whole bell man team. Thank you for truly unforgettable memories.

Amazing in every way. The rooms are beautiful , This is one of the few time that the house keeping staff even stood out. The staff is a 10 the check-in was seamless, The food selection top tier. Breakfast had some specialty desires and without hesitation the staff moved to make it happen. Literally nothing to find negative here. Makes me want to find a Mandarin Hotel everywhere I travel. No I'm not affiliated in anyway just a new fan of this level of service.
