I had a premium room that was large and had a view. The bathroom was very nice. The king bed was a bit too hard for me! Breakfast was wonderful too! Also a good location near the Sky Costanera and an amazing mall. Touring from here was good but you really need an uber or a taxi sometimes. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. The men at the check in desk were very helpful and spoke very good English. I wouldn’t stay in the historic district too many pickpockets! Also looking behind because it’s crowded in this section and the locals stand very close to you.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. Instead of booking one of the cheaper rooms described as "with a view" I booked the more expensive junior suite which automatically included a view. On check-in I was provided a room that had no view and was not as advertised. I was subsequently given another room on on a higher floor - although why this wasn't offered to me in the first place is unclear. Unfortunately the experience did not get better - although the room had air conditioning, it did not work properly and in the middle of summer it did not cool the room down at all (even after maintenance checked it - after having to raise it multiple times in the same day). Similarly, the room key ceased working 3-4 times a day required constantly going back to reception. The make up of the room each day was the bare minimum, and not what you'd expect from a hotel charging these prices. No apology received at any point during my stay. Whilst a great location, for the money spent, I'II certainly be looking elsewhere.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance of Costanera and several restaurants. The room is very bright and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options

I ammdisappointed with my stay at this hotel, which falls far short of the standards, facilities, and service quality one would reasonably expect from its declared category.I booked and paid for a superior room, yet upon arrival I was informed that the room was not available. I was accommodated in an inferior, cheaper room, but no refund or price adjustment was offered for the difference. The front desk staff are inattentive and unhelpful. Phone calls are simply not answered — and this also applies to the restaurant, room service, and housekeeping. If you need anything at all, you are effectively forced to go in person and chase it yourself. The hotel also suffers from serious comfort issues. The lobby has an overpowering and unpleasant smell of insecticide and citronella, while other areas of the hotel have a noticeable sewage odour. The only positive aspect worth mentioning is the excellent location, with good shops and commercial areas nearby. Overall, this is not a 5-star hotel. At best, it offers a 3-star service experience. I do not intend to return, and I would strongly discourage anyone seeking genuine five-star comfort and service from choosing this hotel.

The person who checked me out (Miguel?) was friendly. Other than him, the staff were UNfriendly, many spoke little English, the food in the restaurant was AWFUL, and the rooms had zero character. No art, no rugs, the furniture was all white and a bit worn… I felt like I was in a mental institution, not an upscale hotel.
