NH Collection Plaza Santiago

NH Collection Plaza Our stay here from start to finish was excellent; we stayed one day prior to flying out to Rapa Nui and returned for a further 10 days in Santiago as our base for further afield visits. What was nice was the 3 days on Rapa Nui we did not need all our luggage the hotel stored the excess until our return The staff were all excellent and very accommodating to our requests The breakfast was varied and of good quality and selection and included local delicacies The location was great as the Sky Tower was a 2-minute walk and the Costanna Centre again 2 mins away. The area has a large choice of restaurants to choose from. The hotel restaurant was a good choice with a varied menu the meals we had there were good quality The Hotel provides great location, great spacious rooms, attentive and friendly staff, Andres A was very helpful. All together it was Fantastic Value for money Well Recommended

I have nothing but great things to stay about my stay here. I stayed here through the AMEX Hotel Collection program and was extremely pleased with the upgrade to a junior suite room. The room was spacious, clean, and had all expected complimentary amenities of a water heater, espresso pod machine with pods, tea, robe & slippers, iron and ironing board. The property itself overall was extremely clean, modern, and the staff is extremely hospitable. I used my AMEX property credit towards breakfast, and various food and beverage charges. The breakfast is ample and filled with a variety of buffet options--something for everything to enjoy. In addition to these items, I utilized the gym with is fully equipped with a pair of treadmills, a stationary bike, free weights, and weight machines. The hotel itself is also very well-located in an area with lots of restaurants, as metro station, and a large shopping mall with a supermarket. Overall, it was perfect for my time exploring Santiago. I totally recommend and will absolutely look to stay here again on future visits.

Food can be better. Card Keys got desconfigured several times. Guest support is very poor, tried to contact them by phone and e-mail, never got an answer until today.
