The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago

We stayed here both before and after our cruise. The location is very convenient, and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel mainly caters to large groups and cruise travelers, which makes it feel quite busy and impersonal at times. Service at breakfast and in the restaurant can be slow, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. The hotel itself is somewhat dated and could benefit from renovations. I do want to give special mention to Christian and Christopher, the bellhops. They were absolutely outstanding—kind, helpful, and always welcoming. They truly made our long days much better with their warm and friendly service!

A disaster Avoid this hotel. Juste one picture which will be more efficient that all my words. Look at the towel in my bathroom. In additional the guy from the lobby did not answer me because somebody called him on his mobile. A réal disaster. Unfortunately i must stay there till friday

We've stayed in Ritz Carltons all over the world, and this one was absolutely right up there with the best! From the location to the staff (the bellman greeted me by name every time he saw me) to the roof top pool to the lovely accommodations to the excellent buffet, not a thing was missed. And, it was a fraction of the cost of most Ritz Carltons we've stayed in. As my title says, it was simply superb.

A great hotel in Santiago, while the lobby and building are a bit dated, the service is top notch, the breakfast is outstanding, the lobby bar has great food and cocktails, and the location is perfect, walking distance to shopping, dining, and nightlife. I’ve stayed twice and would absolutely stay again

This hotel is located in the neighbourhood of El Golf, where we felt safe walking around. Staff were lovely, particularly Enrique on the front desk, and Sebastian on the Bell desk, who has a great memory for names. We slept well, with the very comfortable bedding being on the firmer side. Robes and slippers are provided. There was also a mini bar, with complimentary bottles of water. We dined at the restaurant for dinner, service from Bastian and Miguel was excellent, and the food superb - highly recommended. The gorgeous rooftop pool area on level 15 includes a gym, sauna, and spa. An attendant showed us to individual lockers, where we found a bathrobe, slippers and shower towel. Would definitely stay again.
