Not recommendable at all.
First day no hot water in the shower. Second day the fridge wasn’t refilled as promised. Third day there was a leak in the room with drops making awfull noises that kept me up all night. The hotel is in a awfull neighborhood and walking outside is not very safe and surrounded with in unfortunate state.

One of the best hotels in the world!
I have traveled to 54 countries and this has to be at the top of all hotels. Beautiful facilities, warmly and creatively decorated and a great location. But above all, the staff was fabulous. They each took care to remember our names, and preferences. We felt as if we made friends. The fitness facility was great and the food at the rooftop bar (unlilke many hotel restaurants) was really great. We ate there numerous times. This is a world class hotel that you must visit!

Excellent choice in Santiago in a lovely neighborhood
Really lovely property in a special neighborhood. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast is buffet à la carte (quite fancy) and the service outstanding. They will do anything to help make the stay better. Fantastic rooftop bar with lovely drinks and excellent food.
