W Santiago

My husband I stayed in W Santiago to wrap up our Chile & Argentina Anniversary trip before returning home. My husband surprised me with Extreme Wow Suite to celebrate and I was very happy with the choice he made. First of all, W hotels are known for the fashionable and unique decors, and this one was nicely designed as well. We arrived late from Easter Island but service was impeccable. A gentleman escorted up to the lobby and another checked us in right away. He was very friendly, yet professional. He made sure that we did not miss the Karai restaurant reservation and remembered us by our name next day. He gave us a great recommendations of near by eateries, also. Suite was so spacious. I suppose it was 1,900 sqft and comes with your own terrace. It took me a while to take pictures! Of course, it was clean and designed with unusual, yet classy decors. Hotel did provide us with a very welcoming note from the staffs congratulating our anniversary. It was very touching and made our stay in Santiago very special. We might comeback to Santiago in near future just to stay here again.

We’ve stayed in room 730 - a large corner room with king sized bed and bathtub next to the bed - for 2 nights. Hotel is in a safe business neighborhood. A rooftopbar & swimming pool with a great view towards the Andes as well. Service is friendly and attentive. Free parking is included in the self-parking garage, which we’ve appreciated a lot! Great hotel to stay if you’re visiting Santiago!

Lovely stay at W Santiago with my daugther. The staff of the hotel made the experience even more special. It is a high-level hotel and very well located.

5/5 From the front desk being so courteous and the Karai restaurant service this stay has been phenomenal. And our amazing amazing room attendant Maria Vergara truly has made it even better. Maria has gone above and beyond leaving our room nice and tidy but it’s the personal touches like, hand written notes and flower pedals and treats to make our anniversary special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Santiago that wants a top notch experience. It’s also located in a great area that is safe and has plenty of restaurants. Don’t forget to go up to the rooftop to see the incredible view. And gym goers, the gym was 10/10. My husband and I take fitness very seriously and couldn’t find a single review on the gym, so this part is for those seeking a great workout on vacay! Sad to leave!

Before we even arrived the W Team was very helpful in any need we had. Upon arrival Ias and Francisca went above and beyond and made my wife and I a very thoughtful anniversary gift. Furthermore, there recommendations for the city, food, bars, etc were great!
