Great hotel
Great hotel with a very charismatic and attentive service. Delicious coffee and a very clean and organized hotel. I certainly will return to stay with family.

Everyone needs to stay at a W Hotel at least once!
Amazing hotel! Everything from the cleanliness from the moment you walk in, to the amazing scent diffusers in the hotel. Staff were extremely attentive and very friendly. The onsite restaurants are very good. However, Karai is on another level of amazing! I would suggest (and will return for) the "Omakase" aka the tasting menu. I heard from local friends that Karai can be difficult to get reservations for, however as a hotel guest, I had no trouble. I honestly can't wait to return to the W Santiago, its a beautiful hotel and city!

Whatever/Whenever, Really!
W Santiago will forever hold special place in my heart. The entire staff at the property was amazing and very considerate. We arrived as a party of 14 and the hotel was more than accommodating. They assisted in coordination of our city tour prior to our arrival. Ensured we could dine as a group no matter the restaurant (with or without reservations). They also went above and beyond to ensure the children in our reservation felt welcomed and special. I cannot say it enough but this W experience reminded me of what the W brand was in 2000-2010's. I was impressed with the level of service and attention. Note: There is some construction/renovations taking place currently and that can cause some minor issues (hot water). That being said, not enough to say not stay. The property is great, the staff is great, the location is great.

Best hotel Santiago
This is a fantastic hotel - one of the best W experiences I have ever had. The staff are amazing and morning is to much trouble . As someone that travels a lot especially for work there is no way I would stay anywhere else in Santiago

Overpriced. Too many lifts to take to access They had a huge ventilation problem (food smel from restaurant in the room) and they acted as surprised.
