Nice, but disappointing in the end.
This hotel is very nice and has a modern look on the outside. But the rooms are dated and could use some major renovations. It seemed the hotel is in energy conservation mode. Most of the floors were a little dark. The pool was great and quite spacious. We had breakfast included with the room, but it was very disappointing. Not enough of the main staples. They actually had hard-boiled eggs, but no scrambled eggs. The sad part, the restaurant is very beautiful, you would think you were in a high-class restaurant. But, I guess there's not enough food in Cuba to go around. There may be a better choice in Santiago.

Pedro is the best bellboy experience you can have in that city. The others are nice, but nothing like him. Thank you for your attention.

Wonderful Buffet Service!
I had a wonderful experience at he buffet with Leanne Rodriguez and her coworkers. Would highly recommend . Don’t miss out when visiting.

Pleasant stay & friendly staff
Friendly and helpful staff. The beds are very comfortable and well maintained. The welcoming received from staff, including the camarera, was incredibly, making my stay there truly enjoyable.
