This was my third stay at Andronis Boutique Hotel during my three visits to Oia. I keep returning because of its spectacular Caldera views, central location, and reputation as one of Oia’s premier luxury hotels. My first stay was in a suite with a private jacuzzi named Aias, my second was in Nestor with my fiancé, and this time I splurged on a Two-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Jacuzzis for my family and we were placed in Nireas. Unfortunately, despite being my most expensive stay, it was also the one that left me most conflicted. Nireas is spacious and beautifully designed, with jacuzzis for both bedrooms and a private pool comfortably sized for four with a gorgeous direct Caldera view. However, the villa is separated from the main Andronis property, requiring considerable stairs, and is situated between Kaleidoscope Suites and Armeni Village. The shared passageway below, neighboring hotels, and main street only meters above the balcony made it much noisier and less private than I expected from a luxury villa at this price. At times, it almost felt like an extension of the neighboring properties rather than part of Andronis. The upstairs bedroom also had minimal air conditioning and became warm at night, while the outdoor jacuzzi had no lighting, making it difficult to enjoy after dark. These are relatively small details, but at this price point, they matter. The staff, however, remains one of Andronis’ greatest strengths. Keti, our villa housekeeper, was exceptional—our rooms were always immaculate after breakfast and again before bed, and she thoughtfully provided desserts and kept us hydrated daily. Vicky and Mohammed at Lauda Restaurant were wonderful, taking excellent care of us every morning at the impressive breakfast and even while we used the main pool. George and Pavlos were pleasant and helpful, and Magda and Kim at the front desk were very nice. Special recognition also goes to the gentleman who handles the luggage. I have seen him during my visits over several years and unfortunately still do not know his name. Carrying luggage through Oia’s endless stairs is incredibly demanding, and his hard work and dedication deserve recognition. Overall, Andronis remains a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views, an excellent breakfast, a prime location, and some truly outstanding employees—which is why I have returned three times. However, Nireas Villa did not deliver the privacy and exclusivity I expected from such a significant splurge. Ironically, my previous, less expensive stays felt more like the cohesive luxury Andronis experience I remembered. I would return to Andronis, but next time I would choose a suite within the main hotel area rather than Nireas Villa.

Everything from the room booking to the airport transfers were incredibly smooth. The staff were very helpful, reliable, and friendly, helping with bookings and ensuring our stay was effortless. They offered great suggestions and helped with our restaurant reservations. Giorgio, our guest service manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for beautiful scenery and great location in proximity to wonderful restaurants, this is the place. However, if you are looking for complete privacy in your villa, this is lacking. This seems very common for the area of Oia where all hotels are on the cliff sides, so keep that in mind when looking.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Everything was spotlessly clean (10/10). The staff in the hotel restaurant were exceptional, and Magda at the reception was absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You simply can't go wrong by choosing this hotel. We highly recommend it

We had an incredible stay at Andronis and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are beautiful, the views are unbelievable and the whole place feels really peaceful and private. It’s one of those hotels where the photos look amazing online, but it’s somehow even better when you’re actually there. Waking up to the view every morning and watching the sunset from the hotel was a real highlight. What made the stay truly special, though, was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was warm, friendly and genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. The service was extremely attentive, but never felt forced or overly formal. They remembered the small details, were always happy to help and made us feel really looked after throughout the stay. We were visiting for a special romantic occasion, and the team went above and beyond to help make it memorable. They helped with the arrangements, added thoughtful touches and clearly put a lot of care into making everything feel special. It made a huge difference and turned an already amazing trip into something we’ll always remember. The food, drinks and overall atmosphere were also excellent. Everything felt luxurious and high end, but still relaxed enough that you could properly switch off and enjoy yourself. Andronis is obviously a beautiful hotel in an amazing location, but it’s the people and the level of service that really set it apart. We left feeling like the team had genuinely cared about our experience, rather than us just being another booking. One of the best hotel stays we’ve had, and somewhere we would absolutely return to - if you're on the fence, do it!

I understand why this is the #1 hotel in Oia when looking at reviews, because it is beyond amazing!! Not only the view, but the staff is too. They are at your beckon call, literally. I was constantly texting them on WhatsApp for transportation and restaurant recommendations and within 5 minutes or less they responded. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is a view wherever you go. We were able to stay in a few rooms and let me tell you if you are traveling with your significant other request Paris. Their is no hot tub, but a large infinity pool, daybed and just perfect and you get the "cave" room too. We brought our kids and well be cautious it isn't really a family hotel as bathrooms don't have doors. The toilets due, but we had a small issue since we have 3 teenagers and one is a girl. However, the hotel fixed it right away. Kim the Front Desk manager is amazing and so helpful. We were so sad to leave. It is truly magical. The location is great, but really you don't need to leave the hotel. My wife and I cannot wait to go back alone and just relax!
