The service was exceptional, and the entire team made us feel truly welcome. The managers were outstanding—professional, incredibly helpful, and genuinely caring. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of choices, and the location of the hotel is simply perfect for exploring Santorini. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place, possibly among the very best, to stay in the most beautiful area of Santorini. It has two outstanding restaurants, very comfortable and clean rooms with breathtaking sea views, and an excellent gourmet breakfast. Helen, exceptional at offering advice and help at any time, always with the best attitude, stands out for the outstanding service at the front desk alongside Mario and Nikolas. In our particular case, our experience with the staff member assigned to us (Michael) was not good. He put us in touch with the company to rent a car but left before the vehicle was delivered to us. Despite that, Helen and Mario came to our rescue after the rental company's poor and rushed service, handling the situation wonderfully. We never saw Michael again during our three-day stay. "Missing in action" would be the title of the movie. The quality of the à la carte breakfast, prepared with the finest ingredients, deserves special mention. Exquisite, tailored to each guest's preferences. Alex was outstanding, arranging our final breakfast immediately at opening time so we could enjoy it before catching our ferry. Eva, Athena, and Stefano were constantly attentive, making sure our table was perfectly taken care of. A true luxury. Without any doubt, we would choose it again. The meals and breakfasts with the best view in Santorini, along with the kindness of almost the entire staff, made it unforgettable.

Stunning Resort, attentive friendly service and delicious food! The views are stunning from every location at the resort. The staff, from the front desk, housekeeping, pool and bellman was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, all the meals were delicious, even including at the pool. I highly recommend this resort as it will be a memorable visit.

Andronis Luxury Suites far exceeded our expectations. This was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Santorini. The staff was extremely professional and incredibly helpful. The accommodations are beyond beautiful with picturesque views and wonderful grounds. Cannot recommend this place enough!

From start to finish we enjoyed an amazing 7 night stay at this hotel. There are so many different types of room it merits highlighting that we stayed in Ismene, an Exclusive Suite with Infinity Pool. Although we were offered an upgrade to a Sunset Villa on arrival we took the opportunity of viewing both and stuck with our original choice principally because we intended to dine out each evening so would not get the full benefit of the sunset view from the aptly named villa but also because Ismene offered 2 additional benefits which are difficult to appreciate fully until you are there, namely a larger than usual pool and much greater privacy, the last of these being somewhat difficult to find on the hillside. In every respect this cave room was exceptionally comfortable but the downside was that there were 70 steep steps between the room and street level which needed a little care when ascending and descending. The spacious deck and additional balcony facing west offers the most incredible views and, given the usual hustle and bustle of daily tourism in Oia, we were amazed by how peaceful it was at room level. This wonderful experience was complemented by excellent staff. There were so many who contributed to the enjoyment of our stay that it would be impossible to list them all but a shout out to Michael from Reception who was our principal contact to service our requirements. We had breakfast each day at Miltos and dinner there on 2 evenings. The restaurant is reviewed separately but I want to express our appreciation to all of the team there for their warm and welcoming hospitality. Notably, Kris, who took particularly good care of us, and all of his colleagues who were so helpful in making recommendations and offering suggestions as to where we might go during our stay. Overall this was an incredibly good experience which, though not inexpensive, was one which we will savour for a very long time.
