Our stay here was perfection from start to finish. We arrived before check in and were able to stow our luggage on site so that we could explore Oia. The hotel is located right in the middle of the main shopping thoroughfare. It's on the wider section of the path so it did not feel crowded when we were entering and exiting the premises. The hotel entrance is close to so many great shops and restaurants and the views no matter where you are in the hotel are breathtaking. Once our room was ready, the staff was friendly and efficient during the check in process and the amazing bell staff delivered our bags to our room...which was a Herculean feat. There are a ton of food options but you really don't have to go far. We dined at Miltos' Greek Table for breakfast both mornings of our stay and the staff, food and coffee were incredible. We also dined at Lycabettus. The view was breathtaking and the dining experience was even better. I truly cannot say enough about how helpful every staff member was and how they worked as a team to provide us with a luxury experience. When we plan our next trip to Greece, we will be staying here again! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We stayed 3 nights in May. Weather was cold but there is nothing anyone can do about that. Arrival was a bit scrambled. We arrived, no one seemed to know what to do, then they sorted stuff out apologized and took our luggage to check in. Check in was nice. Pretty room, nice people. They try to sell you on excursions and restaurants. We went to their restaurant the first night, it was ok. We found the food was always cold. Mind you it was cold outside. We had the lobster for 2 to 4 people, it wasn't very fresh. Breakfast the first day I got sick from, I was really sick all day after eating breakfast, I think the meat in the eggs bennie was off . I was really excited about eating greek food and it was ok, not great. Room was beautiful and clean. They only give you one towel each, in a posh hotel it should be more. The hot tub was a warm tub not hot and full of dirt so we did not use it. The shower was never warm water, I froze each shower. The water was luke warm but never warm or hot. In a high end hotel I would expect hot water. Power went out one night for about 3 hours, other hotels beside us had power but not our villas so that was weird. During the day people below us had their music cranked while we tried to relax, I think it should be better monitored. While the hotel tries to be high end it is missing a few details. It's definitely a nice place, but just not on par with other high end hotels I have stayed at. Would I return, no, but was it nice, yes.

I can't speak highly enough about this property. Amazing setting, fantastic rooms and superb service and friendly staff. From the pre arrival communication, to the What's app chat and hotel app for bookings, everything was seamless. Room was an Infinity pool suite overlooking the caldera, which although there were 70 steps down too it, was worth it! food was great and breakfast was an amazing array of items all freshly cooked to order. I would have no hesitation suggesting a visit here to anyone .

Wher do I start. I've traveled around the world and I can without hesitation say the best place I have ever stayed was the Andronis Luxury Suites. Not just the property but every single person that works there were incredible people. Everybody went above and beyond expectations witrh service and personality. I would take up a few pages stating everybody and recognizing all they did for us. I will recognize one person for sure and that was the concierge Chloe! She was the most attentive and helpful young lady on the planet. She did so many extra things that made our trip magical. Not one suggestion was off but was absolutely perfect in so many ways. Thank You to EVERYBODY at the Andronis. WE WILL be back and hope to see each and every one of you again

We booked Andronis Luxury Suites through Luxury Link for our wedding/honeymoon. The accommodations and the staff of Andronis Suites are hard to equal. They treated us like family, took care of our every need and made our stay effortless. The pool suite is like something out of a Greek myth yet warm and comfortable, and the view is stunning. The food was delicious and the hotel itself is a divine masterpiece with beautiful furniture to just lounge around on and soak up the sun. Their masseuse is truly gifted - I felt I might float away! There is no better service in the world. We would never, ever recommend another hotel over Andronis. They are the absolute best in the world! It felt like home. We plan to return for our ten-year anniversary. If we can go sooner, we most definitely will! It's billed as a 6-star hotel, it's more like a perfect 10.
