Andronis Luxury Suites

We are 70 year-old couple and I have a knee replacement. After walking down 75 steps to our room, I asked for a room change which they would not accommodate and stay offering me a free breakfast. lol. I don’t understand as I mentioned to her about on booking for my age and my issues and they didn’t seem to care. In fact I paid for an upgrade. We almost checked out and found a different place, but we stuck it out. The room was beautiful. The staff was terrific. Management was disappointing that caring about my condition. Upon leaving with severe knee problems, making it difficult the rest of my trip. So finally, I recommend the place if you can handle steps. The other major issue was the rip off Restaurant. It cost us €800 per couple. In my entire life and I’ve been all over the world I’ve ever paid for such expensive meal. In fact, we paid an upgrade €80 for sirloin and lobster tail and received 2 inch pieces of each. Talk about a lesson learned so we quickly canceled all the reservations made by the hotel to any restaurants and plotted our own path to some terrific traditional restaurants. We’re not snobs we can afford pricey restaurants, but this was ridiculous.

We stayed here for two days. Wonderful location just at the beginning of the town of Oia. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing with absolutely spectacular view of the sea. The restaurant was amazing and I wish I remembered the name of the young lady who served us because she was fantastic (but honestly, all the staff was wonderful). I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Andronis Luxury Suites for part of our honeymoon, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely incredible. The property was immaculate, the staff went above and beyond at every turn, the restaurants and food were phenomenal, the spa was amazing, and the amenities were top-notch. And THE VIEW!!! 😍 Pictures honestly do not do it justice. Waking up every morning overlooking the caldera felt like an absolute dream. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the level of service. Every single person we encountered made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, and they helped make our honeymoon even more special than we could have imagined. The entire experience was truly chef’s kiss 🤌🏼💋. There is not one thing we would change about our stay. We will 100% be back and will be recommending Andronis Luxury Suites to literally everyone and anyone traveling to Santorini. If you’re considering staying here, DO IT. You will not regret it! Our stay at Andronis Luxury Suites in Santorini was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere very special. This was for our 10th wedding anniversary! We stayed in the beautiful Athena suite, which is there Deluxe Suite with outdoor hot tub was absolutely stunning. The views were breathtaking, and the whole experience felt incredibly luxurious and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the views from your private veranda. We had a lovely welcome bottle of fizzy and delicious treats. The only thing I would mention is that this room is next to a very small staff room, but not as close as you think. There room has a small window near/above the hot tub. This didn’t bother us at all, as the window is positioned quite high up and isn’t at eye level, so staff would have to deliberately look out of it to see you. The staff also didn’t make their presence noticeable, so we never felt that our privacy was compromised. Our room was exceptionally clean, which is one of our highest priorities whenever we stay at a hotel. A huge thank you to our housekeeper, Irena, who always made sure our room was absolutely immaculate. Loved the evening chocolates! One of the highlights of our stay was dining at one of the hotel restaurant called Miltos. The food was exceptional, with an amazing choice available for both breakfast and dinner that we came here for. Everything was of such high quality, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. We looked forward to every meal! But what really made Miltos so special was the wonderful team. Every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, warm, kind, and welcoming. They made us feel so comfortable from the very beginning, and over the course of our stay we built such a lovely rapport with many of them. Their genuine warmth and kindness made every visit feel personal rather than simply being another hotel dining experience. A shout out to Alex the manager, Evagelia, Athina, Jason and Jeremiah. We also dined at their other restaurant, Lycabettus, twice during our stay. This really is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The food was lovely, and the views are simply incredible. Sitting out on the cliff, surrounded by the stunning scenery, is an experience in itself and something we will never forget. That said, we did feel that the service wasn’t quite consistent with the amount of money we spent on our two visits here. Although all of the staff were friendly, on our first visit we were moved to the bar almost immediately after finishing our courses. As it was our wedding anniversary, we had hoped to sit and enjoy the incredible scenery and atmosphere for a little longer, so we found this disappointing. On our second visit, the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, and the service felt more rushed and less consistent than on our first visit. Given the price of the experience, we expected the service to match the exceptional setting and food. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Lycabettus, particularly for a special occasion. The location, views and overall experience are truly stunning and something everyone should experience at least once. The service throughout Andronis Luxury Suites was exceptional, with so much care and attention to detail. The staff truly understand how to make guests feel valued and looked after. They were incredibly professional, giving you complete privacy and space while somehow always being there when you needed them. They never made their presence intrusive, but were always nearby, friendly and more than happy to help with anything we needed or any issues that arose. It really was a level of service that made our stay feel special. The pool area was a really good size for the number of rooms at the resort, so it never felt overly crowded. Having a bar right by the pool was also a great touch, and once again, the staff were amazing. They even provided complimentary sun lotion and after-sun, which was such a thoughtful detail and really showed the level of care throughout the resort. A special shout-out to Laura, who worked at the pool/bar. She was fantastic and always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She regularly checked that everything was okay and was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. She really went above and beyond A huge thank you to the entire team. We genuinely felt like we had made friends during our stay, which is something we will always remember. We absolutely loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat. Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary here made the experience even more meaningful, and it is a time we will always look back on with such happy memories.

Rooms are unique, but comfortable and spacious. Breakfast served on our own terrace in the morning is pretty special and we had our own hot tub...steps are an issue, but it's Santorini...the suites are also well located near the bus station and other highlights of the island.
