Canaves Oia Epitome

There are not enough words to say how beautiful this resort is. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly staff, given a welcome drink and briefed on the facilities. The room was beyond words - amazing appointments and incredible views. The daily breakfast, ala carte not buffet, was fantastic. The location away from town was a bonus. They had complimentary shuttle cars to take you anywhere local you wanted to go. The concierge helped with our local travel plans prior to arrival and during our stay. And finally, every single person we encountered, including the gardeners, were extremely friendly and courteous. We left at 4am, before breakfast, and they insisted on having a departure meal for us and the coffee that was waiting for us was warm! For a romantic getaway, this is the best place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cavanes Epitome. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. A special thanks goes to Diana, who was incredibly helpful during our stay. She gave us clear information about the island, along with useful recommendations marked on the map. Thanks to her tips, we found some great places to visit and enjoy. One of her best suggestions was a romantic dinner at Elements, which turned out to be a lovely evening with great food and a beautiful setting.

We had an amazing experience there in August. The staff was really great, Dajana helped us a lot. Breakfast was also really good.Totally recommend it!

From the moment we arrived, Canaves Epitome felt like a gem in paradise. The staff was absolutely fantastic, warm, attentive, and always ready to cater to our every need, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. The infinity pool is simply magnificent, probably the most stunning I have ever seen in any hotel. The food was beyond exceptiona. The quality and flavors were unimaginably good, turning every meal into a memorable experience. We were also surprised with a birthday welcome package that exceeded all expectations. The thoughtful touches, combined with one of the best cakes I have ever tasted, made the celebration unforgettable. The service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience at Canaves Epitome were outstanding in every way. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is pure perfection.

My wife and I stayed at Canaves Epitome for two nights to celebrate her birthday, and we were totally blown away by the setting, the food, and the staff. When we arrived, the front desk team generously upgraded our room to one of the Hideaway Pool Suites, and we were both delighted to see our room had celebratory cake and wine compliments of the hotel. (I think I might that tipped them off about this weeks ago, and it totally skipped my mind that I had done so. The staff did not share my forgetfulness.) Highlights included the airy gym, the beautiful rooms, the fantastic breakfast, the delightful pair of drivers running the quick free shuttle into Oia, and the stunning views of the Santorini sunset. 10 out of 10.
