Canaves Oia Epitome

We had a wonderful family stay at Canaves Epitome. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate our requests to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The welcome experience was especially memorable for our son. They had a chocolate bear that he got to break open with a little hammer to find candy inside, a thoughtful and fun touch that he absolutely loved. The property itself is beautiful, and the sunset views from our room and pool were truly amazing. Watching the Santorini sunset from the comfort of the hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Canaves Epitome to families and couples visiting Santorini.

Absolutely the best properties in Santorini and even some of the finest in Europe. Service is spectacular and very personalized. You can totally relax but at the same time you are 5 minutes shuttle from Oia town. Definetly recommended if you want to relax. You do not have caldera views but spectacular sunsets.

The hotel is standing and has a resort feel but still being very close to Oia action with their complimentary shuttle. The service is flawless and intuitive. This is the best you can have in Santorini.

We had a wonderful experience at Omnia at Canaves Epitome today. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Executive Chef Mr. Stefatos, as well as Executive Pastry Chef Mr. Kalomoiris. We enjoyed the club chicken sando and the chicken salad, both beautifully prepared with excellent ingredients and a refined yet effortless approach to flavour. The highlight, however, was the hotel’s signature dessert, the Citrus Baba. Fresh, aromatic and perfectly balanced, it was a memorable way to finish our meal and definitely something worth trying. A special mention also goes to the entire service and bar team. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive and professional, making us feel comfortable and genuinely looked after throughout our visit. Beautiful surroundings, excellent food and warm, thoughtful hospitality that perfectly reflect the standards of Canaves. Highly recommended, and we would happily return.

We had such a wonderful time at Epitome Oia. The place has a special atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The views are absolutely beautiful, the setting is peaceful and everything feels very well taken care of. What we enjoyed most was the feeling of being somewhere truly special without it feeling too formal or overwhelming. The team was kind, welcoming and always there when needed, which made the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places where you can simply sit back, enjoy the view, and appreciate the moment. We left with beautiful memories and would definitely love to return.
