We absolutely loved our stay at Canaves. The location was perfect for walking around Oia, while the hotel itself still felt private and peaceful. Our room was beautiful and we loved the unique cave design. The quality and level of luxury throughout the property were exceptional, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We also thought the food was outstanding—we had both breakfast and lunch during our stay and were very impressed. Overall, a really special experience and one of the highlights of our trip.

This is an amazing hotel in a beautiful location convenient to the shopping in Oia. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The views were amazing. They have a great little gym (although a bit too hot). We stayed in the Pool Suite. The description of an open plan living room was misleading as it is really just the bedroom with a two seat bench built into an alcove. It had a private plunge pool with great views. I would definitely stay there again. You won’t be disappointed.

Canaves Oia Suites went far beyond what we expected. The service is what really sets this place apart — and I mean everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team. Not a single person we crossed paths with was anything less than warm and genuinely helpful. Fay, the Assistant Manager, leads by example and it shows in every corner of the property. And then there’s the view. Honestly, there is nothing comparable on the island — waking up to the caldera from the suite is something we’ll remember for a long time. Thank you, Fay and the entire team, for making our stay in Santorini so special

Canaves OIA Suites made such an impression on us, we plan to return every few years! We had our five daughters with us for our marriage on the balcony. We selected and reserved this site before we were even officially engaged. The property is a postcard at every turn. The service was top notch. We never wanted for anything! Our wedding coordinator was Margarita and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Beyond being such a lovely and warm individual, she made the process run so smoothly. She was right on top of things at each step. Thank you!!! Together we made memories to last our entire lives.
