From the moment we arrived at Grace Hotel Santorini, we were completely swept away. Perched high above with panoramic views that seem to defy reality, this luxurious retreat offers an experience unlike any other. Our suite was breathtaking—private plunge pool, crisp white interiors, and a view of the Aegean that made every sunset unforgettable. Service was truly world-class. The staff anticipated our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a personalized and intimate atmosphere. Every detail, from the welcome drinks to the nightly turndown, was executed flawlessly. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight—fresh, locally inspired cuisine. Every bite felt like a celebration. If you’re seeking romance, relaxation, or a once-in-a-lifetime escape, Grace Hotel is the epitome of luxury. We left feeling pampered. An absolute must-stay in Santorini! Pro tip: If you’re not a stair-master champion, ask for a room closer to the top—this place is built into the cliff, and those stairs can be serious cardio. Totally worth it for the views, but fair warning!

If this hotel is in your budget range for your trip, stop looking at others now and book. My husband and I travel a lot and this was the best hotel experience we’ve had. The facilities and views were stunning, the service was flawless, and the location was convenient for activities in Santorini. The team provides special touches throughout that make the experience memorable. Highly recommend!

The Grace Hotel is one of the absolute BEST hotels we have ever been to! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and it is an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. If you are going to Santorini, Grace Hotel is THE BEST place to stay. The viewed from Grace Hotel are simply unparalleled - you get a complete panoramic view of the island, with the most beautiful sunsets (way better than Oia). What stood out most is the attention to detail in every single encounter - whether it had to do with reservation staff, the small gifts left in our rooms each night with turn-down service, the memory box that the hotel provides, the way each staff member greets you and genuinely wants to know about your stay -- or any questions we had regarding touring. Matina & Harris from reservation staff were so sweet & accommodating - they went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. Evi and George from the restaurant staff were some of the friendliest staff and made sure our breakfasts (which were DELICIOUS) were some of the best, ever. And George Arnapoulis (general manager) was always such a delight to speak with -- he would come by every day to check up on us and was wonderful. Every single staff member went above and beyond. In addition, the food was absolutely spectacular (both breakfast & dinner)! Thank you all for the best anniversary trip!!! <3 RUN, don't walk, to stay here. There is a reason Grace Hotel is the best hotel in Greece :) 20/10!!!

The best position in the island to get the best sunset shot! Walking distance to Fira center! Oia two hours nice panoramic view walking distance. All Staff at Grace have been all marvellous and make us feel at home. Finally, probably best time of the year for a visit. In fact we could enjoy Santorini with the feeling it was for alll for us!

After doing lots of research on Santorini, I decided to book the Grace Hotel. Every review website or YouTuber spoke so highly of this hotel, and I can honestly say it didn't disappoint. Yes, you pay a bit more than other hotels, however if you are looking for a romantic setting, exceptional views, world class service and a quiet ambience to let the days drift away on your private deck and pool, then this place is for you. It's a once in a lifetime hotel as is Santorini once in a lifetime island. So, pick the Grace Hotel and you will be assured of truly lasting memory. We can't wait to return....because the Grace is so good, Santorini it back on our bucket list. If you have mobility issues - i.e. can't comfortably climb up and down 100+ stairs then this is not the right location for you. The hotel has porters for your luggage, but you still need to walk up and down many stairs each day. You certainly come away with strong legs ;)
