From the moments we were met at the ferry and greeted at this exceptional hotel, we were warmly embraced and treated like royalty throughout our six-day stay! Our room with spacious and luxurious bath was so beautiful and conducive to the best night’s sleep(you have several pillow options!). Lounging in our plunge pool at end of the day, contemplating what delicacies awaited us at dinner was sublime! Each and every member of the most gracious staff cannot do more to make you feel welcome and at home. From each delectable morning feast of Greek specialties that change daily, to arranging car service to and from the hotel(what did we do before What’sApp?!), to welcoming our daughter and boyfriend who were staying at a less luxurious hotel a few steps away(try not to spoil too much😉), to terrific recommendations, to sublime dinners watching the magnificent sunsets, to finding surprise treats on our turned down beds each night, our stay in Santorini could not have been better! Imerovigli was the perfect location for us, as it’s far from the madding crowd but within walking distance to the action in Fira and Oia. To be able to wake up to the magnificent view of sea and Skaros rock was well worth climbing all those steps—you’ll be in great shape when you leave and you won’t gain a pound from all the deliciousness consumed. Beautiful hotel with many, many stairs (182 to our room) The room was small for the price. Food was good. Getting room service was difficult and took a long time with multiple calls to management.

Absolutely obsessed with this place, this was our second year coming back - last year we stayed for 5 nights, this year 8. My boyfriend recently got a new job so we had to change our Greece trip from late August to June and didn't have as much time to travel to other islands, after not much debate we just decided to stay at Grace again but for the whole trip. Not a single regret with that choice - this place is literally heaven on earth. Those running the hotel truly make the experience so special, from the concierge at check-in to the pool staff to the cleaners, everyone greets you with a smile and will quite literally do anything to make your accommodation more comfortable. We left 2 weeks ago and still say how we miss chatting with the pool boys at breakfast and throughout the day! The hotel is absolutely stunning, the pool is a dream, the rooms are luxurious but also give a homey feeling, and the views are unbeatable. Imerovigli is a more secluded area in Santorini to begin with, but Grace elevates the exclusivity to another level. While Grace is one of the more expensive options in Santorini, it's worth every single dollar to be able to have everything taken care of for you on vacation and truly have the ability to unwind in luxury. We work so much in our day to day lives, it's absolutely worth the premium to be able to fully relax and not worry about a single thing throughout your stay. I can't say enough good about this place and am already looking forward to future stays (hopefully next year)! Thanks to all at Grace, each and every one of the staff contributed to an absolutely amazing vacation for us and I couldn't be more grateful for the hospitality you guys provided. I genuinely have no complaints or feedback and am grateful to be able to experience this type of luxury and quality of people.

The Grace Hotel is like no hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed at Grace 4 nights for our 30th anniversary trip to finish out our vacation and it was the perfect final stop. The hotel staff is top notch with Alex and Theodore serving us delicious breakfast with the most amazing view. They leave the menu on your bed the night before with the breakfast selections. You can customize the breakfast by only choosing parts, or they will make something custom for you if you don't like any of the choice. That was never an issue for us as everything was yummy. At Grace, they literally take care of everything for you. You can book everything from unique tours, car service to Oia or other spots on the island, or spa treatments. We mostly stayed at the hotel and enjoyed our plunge pool and the gorgeous infinity pool but we did have them book a car for us to Oia one day and to the airport. The cost was the same as the car we had set up on our own, so letting them do it and being able to charge to the room was a lot more convenient. The staff is what makes Grace so special. They are all so friendly and make you feel at home. You do have to go down 150 steps (yes I counted) to get to the resort but it was worth it for such a unique property and experience. I got my leg work out everyday but it was part of the unique experience. If you want to stay at the best resort in Santorini, Grace hotel is the one.
