This trip was especially meaningful as I chose Grace Hotel as the setting to propose to my fiancée. The team helped create an incredibly romantic and intimate experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Everything was executed flawlessly, and I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to begin this next chapter together. This was undoubtedly the best experience I have had at any resort, anywhere. My wife and I traveled to Santorini with two other couples and we stayed in the Villa. First, it is impossible to appreciate how spectacular the views are in Imerovigli without being there, pictures really can’t capture it. Also, having visited the other two large communities on the caldera, Oia and Fira, Imerovigli was significantly less crowded offering more peace and privacy.. The resort could not be more ideally located. The villa itself is like a resort within the resort, three beautifully, newly renovated, separate suites with all the amenities you would expect from a michelin rated resort. It also features a huge verandah with 2 separate eating areas, a large private pool, and then a smaller verandah with a fire pit ideal for watching the stunning sunsets. The food was also great! All meals were served at the villa. Breakfast featured multiple courses with champagne or mimosas. We had one lunch which featured the best beef gyros I’ve ever eaten. Dinner was amazing and one of the benefits of staying in the Villa is that you can customize your dinners. We wanted fresh lobster our last night and the chef prepared them in this incredible spaghetti. I’m saving the best for last in this review and by far what made Grace and the villa so special were the people. Maria in the lounge was fun, friendly, makes great margaritas, and is a wealth of knowledge on Cycladic island life. George, the butler for the villa, is really who made our trip so memorable and who really made our experience the best I’ve had at any resort. There were six of us in the villa, all of us with different preferences and needs. What made George so extraordinary was that he catered to all of us individually providing a truly unique experience for everyone. George served all our meals at the villa, made trips to the grocery store to get us special food and beverages, and crafted an incredible itinerary that included the best activities, guides, drivers, and restaurants on the island. He insured that when we went to a club or restaurant we had the best tables and seats. I wanted to get the most out my to trip to Santorini, it’s somewhere I have always dreamed of going. George made sure I got that and provided an experience that far exceeded my already sky high expectations. I can’t thank him and Grace resort enough for that!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Grace for our honeymoon in Santorini, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The property itself and the dramatic caldera views are breath taking. Our room with our own jetted pool was such a treat, we made it a point to finish each day with wine in the room pool. The entire staff is highly professional, attentive, warm and gracious. We felt so well taken care of and pampered by the level of hospitality at Grace. I know all Auberge properties are special and differentiated, but the team at Grace really went above and beyond. A special nod to Silvia at the restaurant and Maria at the bar who made us feel extra special each day. I highly recommend Grace to any honey mooners or couples looking for a very special vacation in Santorini. Can’t wait to return one day.

The location, accommodations and staff were as good as it gets. We travelled throughout the islands and this was the best we'd experienced in all categories. The staff within a day knew us and we knew them and we were treated like family (the ones you love!) :-) It was our 30th anniversary and I can't think of better way to celebrate than at The Grace!
