Did not feel luxury
Everything seemed to go wrong. We were placed in a junior suite at the very bottom with people looking directly into our room at all times. The AC broke for 24 hours and nobody did anything about it. The room reached 27 degrees Celsius. Lastly, Beware of the amount of stairs especially if you’re in one of the 3 suites at the very bottom. It’s almost 200 steps just to get to reception (and then there’s more just to get to the street)

Grace Hotel you were everything and more!
I had the most wonderful stay at Grace Hotel and I truly couldn’t have asked for a more special first experience in Greece. Grace Hotel really is the perfect destination to unplug, slow down and spend a few days in complete relaxation. A very special thank you to Amar, Sylvia, Katrine, George and Maria for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would simply be to have a little more space in the room for luggages. Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect ❤️ Thank you, Grace Hotel Team for making my very first trip to Greece so special. I would absolutely love to return!

Exceptional Service, Breathtaking Views, and an Unforgettable Stay
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is run by an incredibly capable, attentive, and professional team, and the level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. The views are simply breathtaking, in my opinion, some of the very best in Santorini. We stayed in Suite 44, which was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more memorable. The restaurant was another highlight. The staff were extremely professional, warm, and attentive. Silvia and Omar, in particular, were absolute stars and made every dining experience a genuine pleasure. The concierge service is also outstanding. They are available 24 hours a day and stay in close contact via WhatsApp, making everything incredibly easy and ensuring that every request is handled quickly and thoughtfully. All in all, an amazing experience: spectacular views, exceptional service, and truly wonderful people. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Not a 5 star hotel...
Other than the view, there is nothing to this hotel... just no way to justify the excessive daily room rates. rooms also not clean--bugs...swarms of ants on the concrete floors. Hotel folks didnt care...

Dream vacation
We absolutely loved our stay at the Grace hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel management and all of the staff are extremely thoughtful and everyone anticipated all of our needs before we even knew what we would need. From having the porter ready to meet us when we arrived to the personalized outdoor checkin experience, to the Michelin restaurant on-site which was able to accommodate us last minute, custom spa services, and room service, we couldn't have asked for better. And of course, the setting and view are the most incredible - everyone else was walking over to see the sunset when we had the best and most comfortable view from our patio and plunge pool. Absolutely priceless. We will definitely return!
