Sensational Santorini!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The location and the incredible views. The service which stood out above any other experience we have ever had. Grace Hotel felt more like a retreat than a hotel. The service was of such a personal level that it felt like home. Outstanding service by all. A special shout out to Alex and George who took care of us every morning. They should be highly commended for the incredible service level.

An Amazing Finale to our Grecian Honeymoon

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

What a lovely and amazing Experience staying at the Grace Hotel in Santorini. It is in the perfect location on the island in Imerovigli, Separate from the hustle and bustle of Oia, Yeah, right in the middle of the gorgeous Caldera. Not only is the view amazing here, but the service is top-notch as well. Everyone from Jerry, the general manager all the way to the servers and housekeeping are exceptional and have left such an amazing experience on me and my wife. If we ever come back to Santorini, we know exactly where we’ll be staying because we’ll have the same amazing hospitality and experience as we did during our glorious honeymoon. This is truly not a hotel to be missed, and so perfect for everything in Santorini. You’re centrally located so you can easily go to the north or south ends of the island or go to the East Coast and experience the coast line. Thank you to everyone at the Grace Hotel for such a memorable and amazing experience, we will always remember our honeymoon fondly because of you!

Beautiful place, special people

Luxury never felt so much like family. From the moment we booked our stay at Grace Hotel the knowledgeable and responsive team helped us to plan an experience-rich five days on the island. When the weather changed our plans Matina, Haris and Angela reconfigured activities to maximize our options. You all run an exceptional operation! We enjoyed a wine tour, fishing with locals (including a concert on the water), historical site visits, a day at the black beach, dinner at the Varoulko, and perfect sunsets. The hotel itself is five star luxury, but the people make it special. From George at breakfast to Evie at dinner, engaging with the team made our stay so personal and memorable. We cannot wait to return. Efcharisto!

World Class Experience at Grace Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Grace Hotel Review: Our stay at the Grace Hotel in Imerovigli, Santorini from September 3rd – 7th, 2025 was nothing short of amazing. We have stayed in world class hotels worldwide, but this was the best experience we’ve ever had. Though I can’t remember the receptionists names (3 of them), they were terrific and catered to every need we had. From the receptionist, the the luggage handlers, to the bar/restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated. The ladies at reception were warm, kind and always responded very promptly to any request needed. We were always greeted/recognized by our name, whether is was a phone call, WhatsApp Message or any in-person interaction. We stayed in the ‘Grace Suite’ and there is no way to put into words the view we had. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the view was truly to die for. When we return to Santorini again, we will again stay in room 43. It had tremendous privacy, but was still very close to the main pool. To all the staff at Grace Hotel, Erika and I (Chris Slovacek) would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so special, all while celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. The only ‘caveat’ we have and this is NOT the fault of the hotel, is that there is a lot of walking from where the transporation drops you off (Astra Square), both downhill and uphill, along with many stairs to get to Grace Hotel and your room. If you have any mobility impairments, this hotel (along with several others near it) would not be the place to stay. We are healthy and do not mind walking and frankly, we enjoy it, but it is one thing to consider if staying here. This would not in any way prevent us from staying here again, but if you have a bad leg, knee, hip, etc, we would recommend you stay somewhere that requires less physical walking to get to the hotel/your room. When we return to Santorini, we will not even look at any other hotel on the island – it will be Room 43 at the Grace Hotel. Thank you again to all the staff at the hotel and in particular the blonde receptionist who has lived in Santorini her whole life. She was kind, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. We cannot wait to return to Santorini for our 3rd time and have already begun researching when it might be feasible to come back. Grace Hotel is not a ‘budget friendly’ place to stay, but let me tell you, if you want one of the best experiences of your life, this is the place to stay and is completely worth it. Until next time – Chris & Erika Slovacek

A Great Week at the Grace Hotel in Santorini!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We just got back from Santorini Greece after staying at the Grace Hotel.Everything was wonderful! Staff were great (no language issues), the location was absolutely spectacular with magnificent views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The property was in great shape and we had beautiful suite with a plunge pool outside the door and a beautiful view. Hotel pool area and its service were superb ( very personalized) and a Michelin restaurant on property and surrounded by some other great restaurants. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. FYI- No beach (you are up over a 1000 ft) and to get to or leave the hotel to visit the rest of Santorini there are 4-5 sets of stairs to go up and down, so mobility is a must I believe. We have traveled to a lot of beautiful places. This stay ranks up there with the best.
