Iconic Santorini

Our 4 days stay at Iconic Santorini for our 20th Anniversary was absolutely perfect. The location, the staff, the spa, the food, the pool - all wonderful. From the time we arrived and were handed a glass of prosecco to enjoy while we waited for our room to our last morning breakfast, every detail is thoughtfully laid out. We loved how we had our our private patio space from which to enjoy the views and we loved the coziness of the room. Thank you all for an amazing experience!

Absolute Perfection. I loved everything about my stay at this hotel. I was welcomed warmly by Sozon. He and the rest of the front desk staff made every moment perfect. I found they could answer every question and need by communicating with them through Iconic Santorini's Whatsapp. Every morning I had a delicious breakfast, every afternoon a yummy lunch, and each night they were able to secure me a dinner reservation in adifferent village on Santorini. I'm so grateful. The room was so cute! I loved having a cute cave room. It was cozy, cool, and beyond spotless. The semi-private sitting area was a gem for relaxing and eating with top-notch views. I took full advantage of all the hotel's amenities including a fantastic massage and their laundry service (pro-tip: the price is reasonable, they take great care of your laundry, and it comes back before the end of the day). Sozon and the staff went above and beyond for my birthday. They helped my spouse arrange a wonderful surprise delivery of flowers. Working with a local florist they selected the most beautiful arrangement that included many of my favorite flowers. If you're looking to deliver a magical experience, they will help create it.

The view of the Caldera was insane. Maybe the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. Service was incredible and loved Santorini.

I cannot say enough of the staff at Iconic Santorini. While the location, views, atmosphere are amazing beautiful, it is the staff that make this place outstanding !!!

Our group booked a mix of facials and massages at Iconic Santorini Spa, relying on their online system to secure our appointments. We submitted our credit card details to lock in our booking, received email notifications stating our appointment was set, and were informed of a strict policy charging us 50% of our booking if we didn’t cancel within 4 hours. Naturally, we assumed our slots were fully confirmed. When one member of our group contacted them to update her reservation details, we were shocked by their response. They casually informed us that our "reservations" were actually just requests because our credit cards hadn't been charged yet. Furthermore, they told us that our original time slots were no longer available for anyone in our group, and that the services we selected were out of date because their treatment menu had been updated. At no point did they send an email notification, follow up about a menu update, or clarify that our bookings were unconfirmed. Had we not reached out to adjust one reservation, our entire group would have arrived at the spa expecting treatments, only to be turned away. It is completely unacceptable to collect full credit card details under the guise of securing a strict reservation with penalty policies, while treating that same booking as a non-binding request on their end. A business should not hold customers financial details accountable while offering zero accountability or clear communication in return. This lack of transparency and poor administration ruined our plans. We canceled our request immediately and went elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and book with a spa that respects your time and practices clear communication. If I could, I’d give no stars at all.
