Iconic Santorini

Our family of three had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iconic Santorini, and it was the perfect way to end our two-week journey through Greece. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen something special. The property is impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and the views are simply breathtaking. Our room exceeded every expectation—it was spacious, luxurious, and one of the most memorable hotel rooms we've ever experienced. One of our favorite parts of each day was returning to the hotel for dinner. We chose to dine by the pool every evening, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. What truly sets Iconic Santorini apart, however, is the people. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our vacation effortless and relaxing. I especially want to recognize Jon, who went above and beyond for us. On the morning of our departure, he was there at 5:30 AM to help with our luggage and personally made sure our transportation to the airport was ready for our early flight. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly reflected the exceptional level of service we experienced throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Iconic Santorini for creating such an unforgettable experience. We left with incredible memories and hope to return again someday. I have never left a hotel review before, but this team absolutely deserves it. Without a doubt, hands-down, Iconic Santorini deserves to be the #1 place to stay in all of Santorini. Yes, the views are the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen, but what truly makes this place extraordinary is the people. The front desk staff is simply unmatched. A special thank you to Sozon, Aristea, Shedeline, and Front Office Manager Eva. They don’t just work the front desk 24 hours a day—they genuinely take care of you. Every single time we walked past their office, they greeted us by name with the biggest smiles and made us feel like family. They anticipated our needs, answered every question, and went above and beyond in every possible way. I unfortunately got sick during part of our stay, and I cannot say enough about how much they cared. They guided me to the right places for medical care, checked in on me throughout my recovery, and made sure I had everything I needed. That level of genuine compassion is something you rarely experience while traveling. Every single member of the staff was exceptional. The housekeeping team kept everything absolutely spotless TWICE A DAY, while being incredibly kind, and every person at the restaurant and bar made us feel so welcomed. Hospitality isn’t just something they do here—it’s who they are! Whatever you want and whatever time you need it, 24/7, they respond within minutes on Whatsapp. The location is absolutely perfect. We visited during peak season when everyone warned us Santorini would be overwhelmingly crowded, but because Iconic is in Imerovigli, perfectly between Fira and Oia, it felt peaceful, quiet, and relaxing while still being close to everything. In my opinion, it has the most spectacular views on the entire island. Do yourself a favor and include breakfast. For reference we stayed in the Caldera Suite wth Sea View and outdoor jetted pool. Every evening you send them your breakfast choices on Whatsapp , and each morning it’s beautifully set up outside your suite overlooking the jaw-dropping caldera cliffs. Make sure to get several “pies of the day” cheeses, their dessert bread and French toast omg, Green Detox, mimosas.. soaking in what is truly the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen in my life, became one of the highlights of our entire trip. I honestly wish I could wake up to that view every single day. Luxury hotels can offer beautiful rooms and incredible scenery, but Iconic Santorini offers people who truly care. The entire team made this one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we cannot wait to come back!! I say that with every fiber of my being!

We absolutely loved it here. The views from our patio were the best during our 2 week stay all over Greece. And the bed!!! Omg!!! Incredibly comfortable. And the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. John carried our extremely heavy luggage at 4 am to head the airport up the stairs. No way we could have done it without him. Thank you John!!!

We loved everything about this hotel! First the staff of the hotel are really exceptional ! They really made our stay unique. The location is perfect and the view is amazing! We got a loft room which was very convenient. The place is very clean And breakfasts are simply so fresh and delicious! Every staff member we encountered was remarkably friendly, warm, and accommodating, going completely above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect and that we felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our entire trip. The included breakfast with our room was absolutely delicious! Waking up to fresh, high-quality, and flavorful food every morning made our days in paradise even better. We already know we will be returning to Santorini in the future, and Iconic Santorini will easily be our absolute top choice for accommodations moving forward.
