Where to even start, this place is like a magical oasis tucked into the streets of Fira, hidden to the outside world, but when you enter the gates, you are taken back in time to an architecturally compelling, historical feeling, hospitality driven, finely appointed boutique hotel experience. The views from the pool, the rooftops and the surrounding area are simply breathtaking. And the courtyard restaurant for morning breakfast is beautiful, serene, and entirely unique. Physically speaking, this hotel is spectacular, so many nooks and crannies, substantial room and patio sizes, and wonderful amenities. But the best part - on top of all this - is the staff, the service, and the committment to making you sure you have the best Santorini experience you can possibly have. Anastasia, the guest relations manager, was a total rock star, and every staff member, every server, every bar tender, every cleaning staff member... they were all on point with their kind and considerate attitude. They made exceptions on the menu for our 8 yr old fussy eating daughter, they gave us a complimentary drink at the pool on our first day, they offered to iron some clothing for us that we needed for a photo shoot the next day... Just completely and totally on top of their game. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I simply cannot fathom a better place to stay when visiting Santorini.

We are currently staying at this beautiful hotel. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Service is superb. Rooms spotless. Staff can’t do enough. The Manager, Dimitris, welcomed us on arrival with a welcome drink. The pool is amazing, what a view! Breakfast is delicious and so fresh. We have a few more days in beautiful Santorini and this hotel, truly a magical place and our hotel is so centrally located. Many thanks to Dimitris and his team!

Katikies Garden Santorini is hands-down one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever seen in my life. The pool has a truly stunning view, and the restaurant, Selene, is absolutely wonderful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We weren’t familiar with the Katikies brand going in, so we didn’t quite know what to expect — but we left with what is probably the best experience we’ve ever had together. The staff were some of the kindest, most gracious people we’ve ever encountered at a hotel; they truly go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and cared for at every turn. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone, especially honeymooners visiting the beautiful island of Santorini. We can’t wait to come back.

We had such a great stay at Katikies Garden. The staff was incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The food by the pool was amazing, and breakfast was just as good. Everyone made us feel so welcome and really helped make our stay special. Highly recommend!

This is a truly wonderful hotel. Well located in Fira, a quiet calm in a popular resort. Everything in the hotel is done well, as you might expect. The staff though went the extra mile from the moment we arrived and met Anastasia and the reception staff, who were both welcoming and incredibly helpful with good suggestions for places to visit and organising bookings. The pool is beautiful and Jason and Alex really stepped up to make sure our holiday was perfect.
