From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a world of elegance, tranquility, and genuine Greek hospitality. This beautiful property perfectly captures the magic of Santorini, combining luxurious accommodations, breathtaking surroundings, and exceptional service that makes you feel truly special. What really sets Katikies Garden apart, however, is its incredible people. Dina at reception is an absolute gem! Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcome from the very beginning. She has a wonderful way of making every guest feel like a VIP, and her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay even more memorable. Jason, who looked after us at the pool and tended bar, was equally outstanding! His friendly personality, attentive service, and wonderful hospitality made every moment by the pool a pleasure. Whether preparing a refreshing cocktail or simply making sure we had everything we needed, Jason brought that extra touch of magic to our Santorini experience. It is people like Dina and Jason who transform a beautiful hotel into a truly unforgettable destination. They are tremendous ambassadors for the Katikies brand, and we hope management recognizes just how exceptional they are! And the best part? Our Katikies experience isn’t over yet! Today, we are moving to another Katikies property in Oia, and we couldn’t be more excited to continue our Santorini adventure. If our experience at Katikies Garden is any indication, we know we have something very special to look forward to. Thank you to the entire Katikies Garden team, and especially Dina and Jason, for making our stay so memorable. We arrived as guests and leave feeling like friends. Five stars simply aren’t enough. Katikies Garden doesn’t just deliver luxury—it creates memories that stay with you long after you’ve checked out!

Staff was amazing and hotel was immaculate. Tranquil oasis steps away from busy Fira. Definitely would recommend and stay at another of these resorts.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful! But make sure you figure out how to get to your room quickly since it is an old monastery and a mini maze of halls, stairs and rooms. I want to make a special shout out to Anastasia, the hotel guest Concierge. It was my daughter‘s birthday during our stay and not only did she find a Bakery to provide a cake within only a few hours notice, deliver it to our room for our catamaran Sunset cruise, where we were celebrating the birthday, but she also paid for the cake as a surprise gesture! I still cannot get over how lucky it was to meet her at check-in. She is quite wonderful and I hope she is recognizing in some way for this over the top memorable experience!! I cannot thank her enough even today!

What a wonderful experience I had at Katikies Garden Santorini! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, exceptional service, and the genuine warmth of the staff. I want to give a very special shout-out to Anastasia, who was absolutely incredible. She was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. From the moment I walked in, she made everything so easy. She helped me arrange my room and even upgraded me to a beautiful room, which was such a wonderful surprise. But what really stood out was the way Anastasia went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. Her kindness and attention to detail went far beyond what her job required, and you could tell that she genuinely cared about creating a great experience for her guests. Anastasia is truly a wonderful person inside and out, and she deserves recognition for the exceptional hospitality she provides. And of course, I have to give a special shout-out to Jason — or, as I jokingly call him, “Dr. Jason.” 😂 He somehow always knew exactly what cocktail prescription I needed! 🍸 Every time I saw him, he seemed to have the perfect remedy ready for me. His personality, service, and sense of humor made my stay even more enjoyable. Katikies Garden is beautiful, but it was the people who made my stay truly memorable. Anastasia, Jason, and the entire team made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. Thank you for an unforgettable time in Santorini. The hospitality - the staff making you feel comfortable is a level I have never seen before… it is a perfect balance… I can’t find the words to describe how professional and sincere they are. The architecture and interior design is incredible - it is unbelievably restored and rebuilt and redecorated. I really don’t want to write more because anything I write does not do justice to the perfect stay we had. To me, Santorini is one of the islands but Katikies Garden is an oasis I will never forget.
