Katikies Garden

This is a truly wonderful hotel. Well located in Fira, a quiet calm in a popular resort. Everything in the hotel is done well, as you might expect. The staff though went the extra mile from the moment we arrived and met Anastasia and the reception staff, who were both welcoming and incredibly helpful with good suggestions for places to visit and organising bookings. The pool is beautiful and Jason and Alex really stepped up to make sure our holiday was perfect.

Amazing property and incredible staff! The service was top notch, everyone was so very pleasant, kind and accommodating. Shout to Jason and Alex for doing an awesome job from a bar and breakfast service perspective, they brought the energy and fun every day. Anastasia and Dimitris went above and beyond when we forgot somthing at the hotel and got it to us the same day at a different island we traveled to. In summary stay here and be prepared to have a great time !

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of hospitality is outstanding , professional, attentive and always delivered with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. This beautifully restored historic monastery is just so peaceful in the heart of Fira, just steps from all the restaurants and shops while still being incredibly quiet and relaxing. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast deserves a special mention , it was fresh, beautifully presented and easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. What really makes Katikies Garden special is its people. Their kindness, attention to detail and genuine care turned a wonderful stay into an unforgettable one. If you’re looking for tranquility and world-class hospitality in Santorini, I cannot recommend Katikies Garden highly enough. We will definitely be back.

First off, Alix (sp) and Jason are both amazing bartenders. But, that is just the start. They are so nice to everyone they encounter and made us feel like we were leaving family upon checkout. They are welcoming and amazing at what they do not only as bartenders but waiting on your every need to make your stay exceptional. I would go back and recommend this hotel highly! The grounds and building are absolutely beautiful. The food is great and with Alix and Jason around it is easily 5 stars!!

This hotel is simply incredible. From the moment we arrived until we left every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth, kindness and attention to every detail were unlike anything I've experienced. I truly appreciated seeing the general manager Dimitris so accessible and involved across the property. Our room was stunning and stylish with a beautiful private pool which felt like our own little paradise. Every space of the property is thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and calming. A special thank you to the guest relations manager Anastasia who anticipated our every need and made our stay truly exceptional. Looking forward to return.
