Incredible stay
This hotel is simply WOW! From beginning to end, everything was perfect. I had read before we arrived that the highlight of this hotel was the staff, and I can now 100% agree. They genuinely couldn’t have done more to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing and completely stress-free. From recommending amazing places to eat and visit, to organising a private sailing experience, and making sure we could get from A to B effortlessly, whether through their shuttle service or private taxis, everything was made so easy. Their WhatsApp service was particularly brilliant; they responded almost immediately every time and were incredibly helpful. My facial at the spa was also one of the best I’ve ever had, so I would absolutely recommend booking a treatment while you’re here. A very special thank you to Sara, who was so warm, friendly and helpful; to our shuttle driver, who always played the best music; to the housekeeping team, who somehow made our room look as perfect on day 11 as it did on day 1; and to the wonderful bar staff, who somehow had a cold Mythos ready for us at 5pm every day. 🍻 We were genuinely sad to leave, which I think says everything. The Aegea Spa experience so relaxing.
It was incredible experience having our massages with Villy, Eua and Paolina. It was extremely relaxing and the care was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend the spa.

Amazing spa experience
The spa at magma is absolutely amazing. The services and ambiance are amazing and relaxing and I highly recommend this for anyone visiting! Paulina and Anna did our scrub and massage and it was top notch!!

Stay at Magma!
This hotel was the best part of staying in Santorini. Beautifully designed, quiet location, and a great place to relax. The staff were incredible. We miss them already.

hospital visit
we had 2 weeks at the Hotel Gran Sol in Cala Bona. My husband was taken to hospital, nothing serious as it turned out. However Tui staff were brilliant, particularly Jan in the sister hotel, Levante Park. Jan contacted the insurance company for me and explained the procedure to me. He helped me and was very calm in a stressful situation for me. We always travel with TUI and definitely will again.
