Magma Resort Santorini - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Villy and Paulina were amazing!! The service put me right to sleep the spa is so relaxing and clean. 10/10 recommend!!!!

My partner Nick and I stayed at the Magma Hotel for our honeymoon and it certainly was a 5* experience. Staff were always so attentive and welcoming. We had welcome drinks and staff on the reception were so helpful. Rapro in the restaurant, was so kind and helpful with any request. Food was delightful and the views at breakfast were breathtaking over the infinity pool. One of our highlights of the trip was the spa with Villy, Paulina and Eva. We had the King and Queen treatment along with a facial. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing and so enjoyable. The spa was calming and it felt like we had it all to ourself. The massage was 5* and we were treated like a real King and Queen!! The staff were so lovely and I couldn’t thank them enough for making our honeymoon experience the best. I hope to visit them again soon!

After the bustle of Athens, we were ending our trip with the more relaxed setting of Santorini, and chose the Magma Resort. It has an air of peace and calm and the reception teams smiles will instantly destress you. The facilities were amazing, as a group of 7, 5 of which were teens it suited everyone’s needs. The highlight would be the hospitality that all staff showed at all times, helping to solve problems. Going above and beyond to ensure we had the best hotel experience. We actually started referring to it as “ going home” after being out. And did not want to leave. Special shout out to Sarah, whose little chats were like conversations with an old friend. We will only stay here when we come back to Santorini and recommend to all our family and friends.

This hotel was absolute Paradise. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and were forced to relax - I have never felt so at peace. The staff were so attentive and always there to support any requests we had. We were lucky enough to upgrade on arrival to a pool room which made the stay even nicer. The pool area, bar, gym, spa services, restaurant everything was absolutely perfect at the hotel and the WhatsApp service to reception for any requests such as taxis was amazing! All off the staff were absolutely perfection but a special shout out to Ellie at reception, thanos at reception and the young man I can’t remember his name (I think he was only 19) that helped us with our luggage on the golf cart. My favourite part of the trip was the complimentary yoga. The yoga teacher was such a lovely lady and she really really helped me relax. If you want to truly unwind this hotel is for you. I loved everything about it and I can’t wait to come back to the island ! Thanks for making our trip so special.

We had a wonderful time at the Magma. The staff was attentive & responsive. 1st rate service at meals, spa, and pool. We arrived here straight from the US and chose this as our first location in Santorini so we could relax and recover from our jet lag. Our poolside dinner at the Magma Soul restaurant was delightful with excellent service from all the staff. The spa manager Villy was professional and very helpful. Our treatments were equally so. The concierge Sara helped us arrange many activities before we even arrived. She was delightful! In fact, the entire front desk staff was service-minded and professional. They seemed to come to attention every time we walked into the lobby … an art of service that seems to have gone missing in the hospitality industry since Covid. We will absolutely return to the Magma in the future!
