I booked the Cretan massage and added a moisturizing facial treatment and both were wonderful. The check in process was smooth and the whole team (Ully, Anna, Eva, and Carolyne) were very helpful in explaining the treatment options. The massage was relaxing and she checked in frequently to make sure the pressure was right. Overall very happy with the experience and recommend a visit to the spa!

Villa, Anna, Eua and Carolyne were all incredible and made our experience one to remember. They suggested the Crete massage as their specialty since the company is based in Crete and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Overall it was fantastic

The rooms. My goodness they are small and not intuitive. My biggest pet peeve are the curtains. The curtains are controlled by a button and there’s a door behind them leading to the pool, which, is also underwhelming. The door is the major issue, it opens inwards. So if you’re not careful, you’ll find yourself opening the door and hitting the track the curtain is on, which, is why the curtain is partially broken. It doesn’t look good at all, especially considering this is apart of the Fine Hotel & Resorts Collection. It reminds me of an extended stay.

The resort is amazing, and specifically the spa team is above and beyond outstanding! Anna, Paulina, Villy, and Carol at the Lava Spa made our spa retreat so memorable with their expertise and incredible service. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug, relax, and pamper themself!

We came here on our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful and the pool fantastic. They organized a scuba excursion for us which was incredible. We finished up with a lovely massage with Paolina and Eva. We really had the best time!
