Amazing hotel. The Staff couldn’t have been any more helpful, all of them were brilliant. Always there when you needed anything and always very friendly. Whole hotel was always very clean. We got upgraded to a room with private pool on arrival which was amazing, also had a bottle of wine in the room and a free 15min massage. The greeting on arrival was very warm and welcoming and made us feel special. They have a WhatsApp number that you can message for any of your needs and to book any excursions and the free shuttle service and private transfers. Sara couldn’t have been any more helpful with us and all the questions we had regarding things we wanted to do. The food was really nice. The hotel pretty quiet most of the time which made it nice and relaxing. Our only downsides were how expensive the taxis and the food and drinks were, however this was generally the norm for the whole of Santorini so not entirely a problem with the hotel. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely return if we ever come back to Santorini. Would highly recommend.

This resort is exactly what they promote online - a relaxing, luxurious experience with staff who treated us like royalty. If you want to feel pampered, come to this resort. We took a king and queen massage at the lava spa and loved it! The spa staff are professional, polite, and they offered a free 15 minute extension of the treatment at no additional charge as a gift. When we arrived we were greeted with orange juice and cool blankets and they used a golf cart to show us around. Very friendly and helpful people on the resort who corresponded with me a week in advance to arrange our excursions here. Facilities here are clean and the price makes sense. Definitely will recommend to friends.

We hosted our event off-site at Magma Resort Santorini and had an incredible experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with top-tier hotel facilities, several team members said it was the best room they’ve ever stayed in! The staff was warm and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The activities we booked through the hotel, like the cooking class and sunset cruise, were so much fun and really memorable. Highly recommend Magma for a small retreat, off-site, or a holiday, it’s truly a special place.

Eva and Villy from the spa were amazing , the Crete massage with Olive oil was fantastic!! And their service outstanding. The hotel is no brainer!!!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at Magma Resort. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and our suite was incredibly relaxing, with beautifully considered interiors that made it a pleasure to spend time in. However, what stood out the most was the staff. Consistently kind, attentive and thoughtful, with a real focus on detail. Their calm professionalism and efficiency made a real difference throughout our stay. A huge thanks to Sara and the whole team for making our holiday extremely relaxing and special. The spa was also a highlight of our stay. A peaceful with well-curated treatments, we were truly looked after by Villy, Pauline, and Eva, and have left feeling res and refreshed.
