Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Santorini

Beautiful caldera rooms with serene sea views. The staff were incredibly attentive (very responsive through Whatsapp)and always ready to help with anything—finding the spa, second pool or fitness center. The steps are steep but manageable, definitely let the team help with bags. 5-10 min walk to the main area of Oia, good location away from all the hustle of shops/restaurants. Breakfast and lunch by pool incredible. Made to perfection each day. We really loved the smoothie bowls, Signature egg dish, and Calamari by pool delicious. Did the lymphatic massage and the service was wonderful. Nice and relaxing after long travel days and hiking to Thira. Def recommend, and if possible book a room with a private pool as the main pool is a bit small but always managed to get a sun bed, all beds have umbrellas that provide good shade.

Possibly the most beautiful view in Santorini. Top service, personnel, accommodations. Excellent food.in both restaurants, unique spots in Lure Restaurant. Best moments there. Walkways a bit perilous for the elderly or acrophobic.

Phenomenal location, exceptionally comfortable and well appointed rooms - especially the more quiet spacious choices. Service totally attentive, delightful and not over bearing.

Stayed in an Air of Mystery villa (#39). I point out #39 because I think it offers a tremendous amount of privacy. It is at the end of the path and very few people pass by. The room and amenities were comfortable. The staff was great - very responsive through WhatsApp - anything we needed was just a text away and within minutes it was taken care of. Let the guys carry your bags! There are a lot of steps - it is well worth the tip!! The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Oia which saves fighting traffic/parking.

It’s a beautiful hotel with stupendous views that cannot be beaten. We expected the steps to rooms to be steep/uneven and enjoyed the workout but we are fit 60+ yr olds. They will have you sign a waiver for this. If you aren’t mobile or have issues with walking/knees/mobility, it’s not for you. We had some plumbing issues the first night which the hotel addressed. We need to remember that the whole island has plumbing issues and is not like the plumbing you have back home in the USA or UK. I would’ve taken a point off for this as it really upset my night to have issues with getting clean/being cold the first night but maintenance and management tried very hard to fix what they could. Next morning the water was fine/hot and the service is excellent with friendly faces and a yearning to please. The main pool is not heated during off season so it was very cold but we enjoyed meeting people by the bar pool. I loved the food. The proximity/walk into town was great with lots of tourist shops.
