Perfection!! From the moment you arrive you receive a warm welcome from Maria! You are taken to your room by Effey who is an absolute ray of sunshine! We enjoyed accommodations with an in room hot tub and private outdoor soaking pool on the balcony and a view that will be etched in our memories forever! If all of that wasn’t enough, the food offered for breakfast was amazing and John was always there on the ready to ensure you relaxed and enjoyed your breakfast and the beautiful surroundings! We also enjoyed a special dinner one evening on our balcony that was the perfect ending to our first night in Santorini. The location is perfect, right in the middle of it all but offers a privacy that many other properties don’t have. To wake every morning and see the cruise ships below was neat and the sunset from our balcony, wow!! We enjoyed the steps getting to and from our room as it helped burn off some of the calories from the delicious food in the area! We can’t say enough about our stay at Pegasus and the staff that hosted us for our five night stay!! Amazing stay!!

The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views that really stand out. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a very disappointing experience. Two pieces of my jewellery went missing from my room, which I belive to have been stolen, and when I raised this, I was told the manager was not on the island and would call me back. When she finally did, the response I received was incredibly unprofessional and extremely dismissive before the phone was put down on me. Not only was this rude and inconsiderate but it left me feeling completely unsupported. I was also told I must have simply lost the jewellery, which was insulting and unhelpful. I do understand that valuables should be placed in the safe, and on this occasion I didn’t use it, but I still expected a respectful and constructive response. It’s such a shame, as the hotel itself has so much potential, but this incident has left a lasting negative impression. Be mindful if you decide to stay here. On a better note Maria and John were lovely and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa—truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome, stunning ambiance, delicious food, and thoughtful attention to detail made all the difference. Maria at the front desk, along with her amazing team, were exceptional hosts who ensured our comfort and satisfaction throughout. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful place.

Amazing hotel set in the cliff, great facilities and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a free ugrade on arrival to an amazing cave room with plunge pool outside and hot tub inside. There was also a hairdryer, coffee maker and kettle, plus a mini-bar fridge which we used for our own purchases. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Thank you to John for getting our coffees each morning, he knew our order after day 1! We only used the main pool once and that was good, although there wasn't any shady areas around the pool and bar, so we couldn't stay there very long in the heat. We had cocktails a couple of times in the evening but had to sit in the restaurant as the pool bar had no shade. Felt like a nice indoor bar was the only thing missing to make our experience even better. Cleaning was spot on, and fresh towels including pool towels, we provided every day. The reception staff were great and helped us a couple of times with the trips we had organised as well as our return transfer as I had not got an email from our holiday provider. I would highly recommend Pegasus Suites and Spa!

Hotel people and staff are lovely. Most important person that helped the most is effie she has been super great. This hotel should be proud of this women at the desk otherwise I would not choose this hotel she made it easy and smooth not like other hotels!
