Pegasus Suites & Spa

Went there with my wife to celebrate our 15 years anniversary, had a wonderful time! Great service from the staff, room was spacious and attractive, breakfast was your typical continental thing with high quality, and the views from the room were simply beathtaking! I recommend the Anor restaurant and also the Aegean restaurant, which are just a short walk away.

We booked Pegasus Suites for my 40th birthday trip. We had an amazing stay. We were delighted with the warm welcome from Charis (hotel manager), who led us to reception and we were given champayne on arrival. To our surprise all our bags were taken straight to our rooms. There were a lot of steps so it would have been a struggle, so this was a relief. The manager introduced us to the lovely receptionist Maria who was also warm and welcoming. They both ensured we had a comfortable stay by checking on us regularly. The manager was around at breakfast each morning to check everything was ok, which was nice touch. The breakfast was lovely- great selection and different daily. The staff were warm and friendly and greeted us with smiles throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, clean and had breathtaking views. The stone cave-like feel was unique and what we were looking for for our stay in Santorini. The balcony area was stunning and the hot tub was lovely and warm. The service was fabulous. The location was convenient with a 15 minute walk to Fira and also on the way to the stunning hike up to Oia. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. From the first moment We were like “wow really?” Heart suite is huge! From photos You can not imagine the real size. Very extraordinary in Santorini. Views amazing. Heart pool where You can swim is also a gem. 32deg is prefect tempereture for it. Day and night. Staff is really amazing. Atlantis the Royal set last year the staff benchmark quite high, but this is almost the same, just more like at home. Breakfast is good, but dinner, especially chicken gyros is out of this world! Best! Every member of staff knows you. No need of saying the room number. Smiling, asking, doing exactly the right thing. Housekeeping is perfect. They know You go for breakfast and then after return everything is cleaned refilled - perfection. Location of hotel at the end of the village is the best. Here in Santorini privacy is not the main thing, but in Pegasus You simply get it. After several walks through the village I am even more happier choosing this place.

We have had the most amazing honeymoon here in santorini at the Pegasus Hotel Suites and Spa! Hotel is just perfect and the staff can’t do enough for you and are so friendly, we felt like VIPs! The rooms are so clean and the views are absolutely amazing! We stayed in the junior suite with a jacuzzi and cant recommend it enough Special thank you to Christos, Behzad and John for going above and beyond, Maria and Charis for being really welcoming, friendly and for all of your help! Champagne welcome drink on arrival, bottle of wine in the room and champagne breakfast every morning if you want Highly recommend a massage on your balcony with Maya Memories to last a lifetime and we would love to return again Thank you again everyone at Pegasus! The room (a junior suite) was large and comfortable. The view of the caldera was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant menu is limited but there are plenty of great restaurants within 5 minutes walk (and the hotel breakfast was great). Highly recommended. Be aware that the hotel is built into the side of the cliff so there are a lot of steps. Also, if driving, you can’t get to the entrance. There’s a free public car park by the basilica 5 minutes down the (steep) hill, so aim for that on satnav, not the hotel itself
