Petit Palace Suites Hotel

The hotel is great but the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extraordinary.

We really enjoyed our stay at Petit Palace. We could not have asked for more. The facilities, the staff including Vagos who gave us a warm welcoming, the guys that served us both at the bar and breakfast were all amazing. The location is perfect, not only to watch the sunset peacefully, bust also to explore the rest of the island. Really 5 🌟 ***** Strongly recommend.

We visited Santorini this October and stayed at Petit Palace for several nights. This was our favorite hotel during our two week tour of Greece. The view of the sunset was perfect each night from the bar, restaurant, or our hot tub! Our suite was spacious and clean. The food at the hotel was wonderful. What is most remarkable to me was the staff. They were so attentive and helpful in everything from helping with tours, communicating with travel agencies, ordering taxis to recommending places to dine. Vagos was an absolute gem! This hotel is the perfect location to get to different areas of the island. Santorini was beautiful but very crowded. This hotel is near the port and gives some space from the bus loads of tourists getting off the cruise ships. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay on this beautiful island!

Since it's been over a month since I visited, and I'm still writing a review that should tell you everything you need to know. I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful our experience was, but I'll do my best to give you the highlights. I have stayed at the Four Seasons, but their service pales by comparison to the service I received at the Petite Palace. The second you walk in the door, you are personally met by an employee who sits down with you to plan your entire visit. They not only tell you everything you need to know about the hotel, they make suggestions for excursions, meals, and drivers to take you there. Then they book everything you want and provide you with an itinerary, location information, and suggestions on other things to see while you're at that location. Our EVERY NEED was met and EXCEEDED. The rooms are extraordinary, and the view of the Caldera is unmatched. You'll want to spend at least one full day of your visit at the hotel itself. The view from the pool is breathtaking. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. We were so lucky to have been given Orea (I'm not sure I spelled it correctly but it sounds like Oreo with an a) She checked in with us EVERY DAY to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed, and made sure our drivers were ALWAYS on time. I plan to go back to Santorini JUST to spend time at this hotel again.
