Petit Palace Suites Hotel

It is a wonderful place! Our stay there was above our expectations. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is always availabe to meet your needs, very kind. Hotel services are simply excellent! The sunsets we saw from our room were the best we saw in our life!

What a beautiful overnight we had at Petite Palace. All the feels…clean, airy, bright, scenic, romantic, serene. Elia restaurant was the perfect venue for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is practically in the middle of Santorini Island, offering a privileged and stunning view of the caldera! Far from the hustle and bustle of Oia! The rooms are huge, very comfortable, and clean. The staff is a class apart: they go out of their way to meet not only your needs but also your desires!

WOW this hotel, not only is the hotel lovely and clean with the most stunning views, it also has the nicest staff I have ever experianced at a hotel. To name a few Orea, Tina, Costas & Bill (aka George haha) did absoloutley everything possible to make our stay maigical. (sorry if i missed anyones names, there were other lovely staff) Me and my wife attended last week for our belated honeymoon and also our first wedding anniversary, the minute we arrived the views were just outstanding, we were greated with drinks and information for our stay with Orea. The hotel took our bags to our room and we were upgraded to the higher priced room free of charged as a lovely gesture, the only downside was the fridge was upstairs and we would have to go upstairs for every new drink, I made a joke and 2 minutes later 2 men came and moved the fridge downstairs, so it was nearer to the pool haha now thats service. I communicated with this hotel from the moment we booked until we arrived and nothing was too much trouble, they remembered every request to help make this trip special and even went above my ideas. Breakfast in the pool, private candle dinner with our own waiter watching the sunset and decorating our room for our anniversary. The food was lovely, the service was with a smile EVERYTIME and it was just an absolute pleasure to make such memories with this lovely team. We and my wife cant wait to return. We had an amazing relaxing getaway at Petit Palace! We were looking for a place to simply RELAX after a difficult time, and it was perfect for us. We booked a "honeymoon suite with heated pool" room and on a non-windy day we didn't even want to leave the premises because between our STUNNING view of the Caldera, our large porch facing it, and the in-ground heated pool also facing the view- why would one go anywhere? The views from the breakfast (and dinner) area is spectacular - incredible sunset views- unobstructed. The staff was so friendly and helpful in every way. A few suggestions for the room - better lighting in the bathroom, perhaps a larger closet or more spaces to unpack. For the balcony an additional shade umbrella would be a nice addition. Note that there are LOTS of steps on the property, to get to our particular room around 50+ steps - was no problem at all for us but just be aware if you have any physical limitations. Overall we absolutely LOVED our stay and hope to be back!!
