Petit Palace Suites Hotel

The View, The Accommodations, The Staff… all were absolutely amazing! Starting off with the Hotel Manager Kostas who met us at the entrance when we arrived and proceeded to take care of us throughout our stay, like we were his family. The staff, particularly Evie, Stacey and Lori, were all so genuinely friendly and helpful, making sure anything we needed was taken care of. The property is beautiful with spectacular Caldera views. We had a private pool which was a real treat. Location is about 15 minute taxi ride to Fira shopping district and about 25 to Oia. The beaches were about 15 minutes away as well. We will miss waking up to that amazing view and seeing all the smiling faces of the staff. Thank you Petite Palace for a memorable trip.

Really special location and hotel with an amazing group of people running it. From the start Kostas and his team were so very helpful and kind. Lorena was extra kind and special as was everyone else you’d run it. It felt like you were visiting family in the most beautiful peaceful intimate setting. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Petite Palace in Santorini is the kind of stay that feels quietly special from the moment you arrive—more serene than showy, and designed for people who want the romance of the island without the chaos. It’s set in a way that makes you feel tucked away, but still close enough to explore, which is a big win in a place as busy as Santorini can get. The atmosphere is what stood out most. The property has a boutique feel, with thoughtful details that make the space feel curated rather than generic. Rooms feel comfortable and relaxing, and the overall vibe is elegant and calm. Everything is geared toward downtime: slow mornings, long evenings, and that “just one more photo from the balcony” energy. Service was another highlight. The staff came across as genuinely helpful—responsive when needed, but never intrusive. They made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay, whether that meant recommendations or practical tips for getting around. Costas was the most amazing host and made sure all of our transport and outings were arranged! We will be back for sure!!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to help whenever we had a question or request. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. We really appreciated how attentive and helpful everyone was.
