Since it's been over a month since I visited, and I'm still writing a review that should tell you everything you need to know. I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful our experience was, but I'll do my best to give you the highlights. I have stayed at the Four Seasons, but their service pales by comparison to the service I received at the Petite Palace. The second you walk in the door, you are personally met by an employee who sits down with you to plan your entire visit. They not only tell you everything you need to know about the hotel, they make suggestions for excursions, meals, and drivers to take you there. Then they book everything you want and provide you with an itinerary, location information, and suggestions on other things to see while you're at that location. Our EVERY NEED was met and EXCEEDED. The rooms are extraordinary, and the view of the Caldera is unmatched. You'll want to spend at least one full day of your visit at the hotel itself. The view from the pool is breathtaking. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. We were so lucky to have been given Orea (I'm not sure I spelled it correctly but it sounds like Oreo with an a) She checked in with us EVERY DAY to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed, and made sure our drivers were ALWAYS on time. I plan to go back to Santorini JUST to spend time at this hotel again.

The staff, who do their best to make their guests 100% satisfied, truly deserve no less than five stars. An amazing hotel with a delicious menu and a sublime view of the caldera

I highly recommend Petit Palace for a leisurely stay overlooking the gorgeous caldera of Santorini. Watching the sunset is magical from this location. Accommodations are pristine and comfortable. The hotel is one of few that has an elevator making access to rooms on the cliff side much easier though traversing stairs is still required. The staff are genuinely nice, committed to good service and very attentive. Concierge Vagos made extremely helpful recommendations for a tour of the island and helped with dinner reservations and transportation from the airport and to the ferry. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given refreshing drinks to savor while being introduced to the hotel, shuttle service to downtown Fira, and tour options. Ala cart breakfasts were varied and delicious. Dinner entrees, appetizers, desserts, wine and cocktails were all great. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Petit Palace.

This place is all around amazing. We you first enter, you're greeted by a staff with the up most care and detail, next you'll be welcomed to a view that is surreal. The rooms are cozy, clean, comfortable, and picturesque. The food was delicious down to the last bite. I loved it here and will be back.

Exemplary treatment and service by the Petite Palace staff. The restaurant provided meals of very high quality and the facility itself leaves nothing to be desired. Finally, the views from the hotel are breathtaking. Although we enjoyed several Santorini tours and climbed to the volcano peak, I could have been satisfied to simply stare and wonder at the views.
