Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas

We have had an amazing stay in the Ionian Islands suites. What a stunning location, fabulous pools and most importantly wonderful caring and friendly staff. Spiros at breakfast and by the pool has been great and the lovely lady linked to the spa who always welcomes us to breakfast with a friendly smile and then a hand spritz as we leave was great. Shoulder massages by the pool were a welcome surprise. My pregnant daughter had a new life mum massage at the spa that she really enjoyed. Our room was wonderful with a pool, all immaculate. It’s a short walk up the hill to get into Oia via a dedicated path or from our suites we could use the road. The food and cocktails were fabulous in Alios Ilios the Trip to Greece cocktail was my favourite and my son loved the grouper main course dish. There was a tall slim gentleman who worked at Alios Ilios in the evenings He was really helpful too. I failed to catch his name. Everyone that we met however has been lovely and our holiday has been bliss.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Santo Pure in Santorini . The location is absolutely amazing, with stunning views and the perfect setting for experiencing the beauty of Santorini. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay - friendly, attentive and always happy to help. A special mention must go to Themis, who went above and beyond after we had a slight problem with our room He handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, making sure the issue was resolved quickly and, most importantly, ensuring that the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect. It's the little things and the level of personal attention that really make a stay memorable, and Themis is a real credit to to the hotel Overall, Santo Pure provided us with a fantastic experience, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful location, exceptional service and a relaxing stay in Santorini.

Quiet, peaceful resort in a good location for town. A 10 minute uphill stroll.  On the whole it was clean, spacious and the majority of the staff were attentive and welcoming. A massive shout out to Dimitris in reception. He went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate incident. An excellent example of customer care. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. The swimming pools were lovely and clean, as where the surrounding areas. Breakfast was relaxed and plentiful. Whatever you wanted from the buffet. Hot, cold, continental, pancakes, sweet treats were all available in a wonderful setting. The one evening meal we had was expensive, and the worst of the week. The resort needs to address its hot tub policy. Unfortunately we had an arrogant, obsessed guest above our suite who went in to the hot tub late in the evenings. It was above our bebedroomand the plant room underneath us and in the dead of night, it was noisey and vibrating. At 10.30/10.45pm it is too late. The staff agreed and on 2 out of 3 occasions it was turned off at the power, as he did not pick up the phone or answer the door to hotel staff, and continued after being spoken too....hence the pure arrogance of our friend across the pond!  THE RESORT NEEDS AN AUTOMATIC CUT OFF TIME. 9PM, OR 10PM AT THE LATEST! There are too many idiots that spoil it for others! We also had a bout of ants in the kitchenette area, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Tips: If you love your tea, take your own bags! The teabags were not great. Get a suite on the top floor, or a detached one, if you want real peace and quiet

We are leaving shortly but have had a wonderful few days here. The hotel is excellent as are all of the facilities. The staff go above and beyond at all times. The area is beautiful and the sunset is as always amazing. I would highly recommend

Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas sits in a genuinely beautiful spot, and Santorini's natural scenery does a lot of the work. This was our first time on the island, and I'll be upfront that our expectations had been shaped by the reviews and the general consensus around Santorini. Measured against that, the hotel was a little underwhelming. Measured on its own terms, it was still a good stay. The people are the strongest part of the property. The maintenance team, front-of-house staff, and service providers were all excellent and attended to just about every need we had. They were very accommodating in helping us sort out logistics and were happy to shuttle us where we needed to go. We stayed in a suite with a really nice view. That said, the room felt smaller than we expected on walking in, and the private pool was unheated and noticeably cooler than we'd hoped for. The bathroom had a few issues that should have been caught: the shower enclosure even when fully closed, due to its design, water was still leaking out along the bottom due to its design; there was no conditioner among the toiletries, and the shampoo bottle was on the verge of coming off the wall because the adhesive was failing. Breakfast was the other disappointment. There wasn't much in the way of fresh vegetables, and over our four days and three nights the offering was identical every single morning, with no variation at all. A few real pluses worth knowing about. There's free parking on the premises, which is a genuine advantage if you have a car on the island. You can hand your keys to the staff and have them park it for you, with a shuttle to and from the lot when you need the car. The concierge will also make restaurant reservations for you wherever you want to go, which saved us some hassle. There's a solid selection of workout equipment on site. The spa is a paid extra; we didn't use it, but we heard good things from other guests. Santorini itself didn't fully live up to what we'd built it up to be, but the hotel and especially its staff made up some of that difference. Overall, a good stay.
