Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Santos pure. We were a little disappointed with the view of our first room but the staff couldnt do enough to assist and even though the hotel was full they managed to move us swiftly to a much better room. Food was excellent, breakfast a real highlight. Staff attentive and kind. Location is perfect, very peaceful but a short walk to busy Oia. We will definitely be back. A true 5* gem. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Stunning hotel in beautiful Oia

Santo Pure is a stunning hotel. Everything about it was fantastic. It is clean, stylish, big and gorgeous to stay in. We had a room with a hot tub and a sea view and we could watch the sunset from it which was incredible. We felt our hot tub was quite private although some rooms could be overlooked. There are a number of pools and they come round with complimentary drinks. They give you bottled still water in your room constantly and they bring you gifts such as biscuits and soap. There was a bottle of wine in the room when we arrived and they come and clean your room and turn down the bed in the evening each day. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they pick you up in a golf buggy and help you with your luggage. The drinks at the bar and pool are a little expensive so we went to the mini market at the top of the hill and got drinks for our room in addition to having pool and bar drinks. We had dinner at the restaurant one night it was stunning, the food was very delicious and high quality. Again the food is a little expensive so if you’re planning to eat there everyday and around the pool be aware of this. We got a takeaway pizza from the place at the top of hill one day and took it to the pool which was only €15 euros. The path to Oia is about a 5-10 minute walk. Ladies heels are no good in Oia or Fira due to the steps, cobbles and hills. It is lit at night and is super easy. We ate at a neighbouring hotel one night at Beef Bar. The food there was amazing, the service was brilliant and you can watch the sunset. We also got the bus to Fira which is €2.20 each! Much cheaper than a taxi. Taxis in Santorini are around €40 for anywhere you want to go. In Fira we watched MamaMia at Volkan on the Rocks at sunset which I highly recommend and we ate pizza with a stunning view at Volkan Pizza which was very well priced and delicious. We also found a hidden gem for traditional Greek for where you can watch the sunset. It is off the beaten track and well priced. It is called Kyprida and well worth a visit. In terms of Oia it is crazy busy in the town. We got up at 6am and went for photos. Even at this time we had to queue for about 30 minutes for the blue dome photo. The town was much quieter early in the morning so I would recommend doing this. We only did 4 days as island hopping but could have spend a week here!

Perfect stay

My friend and I had a wonderful time here - everything was perfect. The location is exceptional: an oasis of calm but a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Oia. We were blown away by the sunset views from the bar, just perfect. All the staff were wonderful but a special mention goes to Katerina our friendly, gorgeous and talented yoga instructor. Would totally recommend! The outdoor studio overlooking the sea was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything we hoped for an more

My husband and I stayed at Santo Pure in Santorini for four nights at the end of June, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from Oia, but it still feels incredibly peaceful and secluded. The uninterrupted sunset views from the restaurant are absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in a Sunset View Jacuzzi Suite, which was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Watching the sunset from our private jacuzzi was unforgettable. We're so glad we chose the jacuzzi suite rather than a private pool, as the evenings were cool enough that we probably wouldn't have used a pool. The hotel also has several lovely pools to choose from, with the main pool being our favourite. It's right next to the bar and restaurant, and the staff happily serve drinks straight to your sunbed. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of choice. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The service throughout the hotel really stood out. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to want to do everything they could to make our stay special. We were welcomed with fruit and a bottle of wine on arrival, bottled water was replenished in our room every day, and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch. We also loved the little extras, such as the complimentary shoulder and neck massage offered by the on-site spa while we were relaxing by the pool. During our stay, the hotel arranged a taxi for us to visit Fira, which was much busier than Oia but great for exploring the shops and stopping for lunch. We walked to down to Amoudi Bay in Oia, which is absolutely beautiful and well worth the visit. The blue domes are also lovely to see and have a photo taken in front of. One tip for anyone visiting Santorini: definitely wear comfortable trainers, as many of the paths are uneven and can be quite slippery. We saw several people struggling in flip-flops and sliders. A handy tip for future guests: pool towels are already provided in your room, but there are also fresh towels rolled up on the sunbeds by the main pool, so there's no need to carry them around with you. Overall, Santo Pure exceeded all of our expectations. The combination of stunning views, exceptional service, beautiful accommodation, fantastic food, and a peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would love to return.
