Modeled after a modern Balinese village, the resort invites guests to discover the fascinating old and new. The beachfront resort is carefully built around existing mature landscape, lending it a homey and lush ambience, much like Sanur itself.

Great Hotel Great Staff. No wonder Hyatt always be our favourite even for a dining. Simple, Neat and Memorable that's what I can say for this property. Good Luck Andaz Bali and keep your feet on right track.

Beautiful Hotel with good food at Village Square. Met Ibu Yunik and she is so helpful, definitely a good asset for Andaz. Other entertainment also refreshing with the Balinese dance (i think its not Kecak) but still can bring a beautiful ambiance for Balinese into current trend. Never wrong to choose the place and see this is Andaz Bali. Congrats Andaz

We have just returned from a week in Andaz Bali and have had the best time. This is a real 5* hotel. The service is great and the staff are lovely, antipating your needs before you know yourself. The setting is beautiful and you feel like you are walking through a tropical oasis each time you go from your room to the beach. The village square is great and gives the hotel a different feel to others. We had originally planned to stay next door at the Hyatt Regency but after having wandered through we are glad we chose Andaz. Whilst also very nice, the regency seemed to be akin to a typical family hotel with bigger pools and more kids (Westin for example) where as Andaz felt more relaxing. Andaz shares the spa with the regency and you can use some of their restaurants too if you like. We stayed in a suite which was beautiful. Great shower, huge bath, lovely toiletries and comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is amazing. Best hotel breakfast we have experienced. It is a la carte and you can order as much as you like. All the dishes are tapas style dishes from around the world and everything we tried was delicious. We also ate in Wok Wok, Blue Oven and Fisherman’s Club and the food was excellent. Our kids (5 and 9) loved the kids club which is unusual for them! It’s lovely building with so much to do in there, including lots of craft which they loved. They asked to go every day and wanted to stay for longer each time. There is a kids parade every day where they get to dress up in Balinese dress and play musical intruments around the hotel which is lovely. Movie night was also a hit, particularly the cookies and popcorn. Our daughter had a reaction to a mosquito bite and we needed to see a doctor. Reception arranged for us the see the doctor at the regency next door immediately, took us over in a buggy and brought us back again, the whole thing was sorted within 15 minutes. When we got back to the room, they had left a ‘get well soon’ gift for her. The Andaz is understated luxury and relaxation for adults whilst also kid friendly with lots to keep them occupied. I would say this hotel is on par with the IKOS/Sani brand in Europe and in some ways, exceeds both. We were very sad to leave and definitely want to go back.

We recently stayed at Andaz Bali as a family of five, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable — a thoughtful gesture that really set the tone for our visit. We did encounter a minor issue during our stay, but it was handled promptly and professionally by the duty manager, Galang. His responsiveness and care were much appreciated, and it's clear the hotel puts a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Breakfast each morning was a highlight — not only for the delicious variety of food but also thanks to the exceptional service from two members of staff who went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Their warmth and attentiveness really made a difference. I did take their names down but sadly I can’t find it. We also made good use of the lounge facilities, which were a lovely touch. We especially enjoyed relaxing there in the afternoons with the complimentary coffee and cookies — a small detail, but one that added to the overall sense of care and hospitality that Andaz Bali does so well. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the design, landscaping, and atmosphere reflect a great deal of thought and attention to detail. Every space feels calm, welcoming, and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a serene, high-quality stay in Sanur. The service sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have stayed in around the world. We’ll definitely be back, and next time for longer. Thank you Andaz!! Mrs Daud and family.

Andaz is easily in top 3 hotels in Sanur, along with its sister the grand Hyatt it has easily the best position in the front in Sanur with the best beach. Rooms are stunning, front of house and welcome is excellent, breakfast superb quality and variety. Ambience - great and v chilled. Free bikes for biking along the boardwalk which I recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed the Andaz. You get use of the full gym and spa facilities which are next door at the Hyatt but easily walkable or they provide you a golf buggy. What could they do better ? Well I have 4 (mini) gripes : 1) there are not enough beds on the beach. When we were there, they had only 12 beds on the beach which was not nearly enough 2) it was hard to get beds around the pool and the staff were not policing the reserving of beds (a challenge across Asia as the people are so lovely they don’t want to upset guests by removing items on beds sat for hours without people using them !) 3) for such an expensive hotel I was shocked that we had to pay extra for sunrise yoga and Pilates. I would have expected that to be included / free (as a result of the fee, it was empty most mornings ) 4) the main pool is quite small but the hotel let all sorts of inflatables in it so it became a bit like a crèche which was annoying as the kids pool was empty most days - would prefer kids stuff in kids pool and main pool to be inflatable free ! All in the hotel is gorgeous - superb location, very relaxed, excellent food and u would certainly have a superb time there if you chose Andaz Bali
