Andaz Bali

We had a wonderful stay at Andaz Bali. The resort premises, grounds, and location are absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast and concierge team were standouts. While there are a few operational and value adjustments that could elevate the experience—specifically regarding check-in efficiency, spa pricing, and gym facilities—we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would gladly recommend this property to friends and family. Property Aesthetics: The resort grounds are stunning. The lush plants, fountains, and thoughtful design create a serene, beautiful atmosphere throughout the property. Prime Location: The location is fantastic. Having direct access to the beach walk, along with numerous dining and shopping options just steps outside the resort, made exploring effortless. Concierge Services: We booked a guided day tour to Ubud through the hotel concierge, and the experience was exceptional and pricing was competitive. The arrangements were seamless and well executed. The guide was stellar! Breakfast: Phenomenal. The quality, variety, and presentation were outstanding. Check-In Process: The arrival check-in took far too long. After an exhausting long-haul flight, a lengthy check-in is particularly tough. Spa & Wellness (Needs Improvement) Spa Pricing Strategy: The spa pricing felt excessively high—nearly five times the local market rate outside the resort. Pricing at this level ultimately discouraged us from booking treatment services altogether. We got a phenomenal massage at 1/5th the price at an outside spa! Fitness Center: The gym facility is functional, but it could benefit from additional equipment and amenities, particularly for strength and weight training.

Resort is amazing, very green and well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and of high standard. Bathroom and outdoor balcony were top quality. Pool and restaurants were excellent. Would definitely recommend to all traveller groups. The beach out front was very clean.

We had a fantastic experience at Andaz Bali, Sanur. The location is well located and has direct access to the Sanur beach - you can easily walk around the beach promenade to explore various restaurants and bars. The resort itself is beautiful - equipped with modern facilities but still has authentic Balinese feeling. Rooms were very spacious and service was amazing. Staff were very helpful and always smiling. I would visit again!

A new luxurious hotel in the Sanur area of Bali. The hotel is very well kept with very attentive staff. The attention to small details and the excellent room made the stay. Many great eateries are within walking distance along the boardwalk.

Found a new hidden Gem in Bali. The Hotel is in a great location, in walking distance of most main spots of Sanur, even the new Mall is only 20 minutes walk down the beach. Plenty of restaurants and Spas within walking distance. What makes this place great is that they get most things right, rooms are spacious, clean and very cosy. Staff is attentive and overall very friendly. Food is exceptional, starting with an all à la carte breakfast with countless creative options to extremely tasty dishes in the restaurants. The only thing I wish they would do a bit better is the Gym, it’s shared with the Hyatt and as a result just overcrowded. Finally one thing to keep in mind, this is a very family friendly hotel so if you’re coming during school holiday time and don’t want kids running around everywhere this place is not for you. Overall really fabulous new-ish hotel in one of the less known towns that has so much to offer.
