As a Globalist I get to experience a number of Hyatt Properties. This is a standout from my perspective in overall service. The hotel and room was excellent, comfortable and great amenities. The Club Lounge one of the best in the Americas. This is Sao Paulo and one must be ready for traffic and overall city smarts with going out at night. However, I walked with a colleague to a major nearby mall so whilst it's not in a walking area per se there are close by options. The hotel is undergoing a lobby renovation and I look forward to seeing the updates on a future trip. I'd be happy to return to this property.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool, the gym, and the sauna are clean and complete. For me, the highlight is the restaurant, not just because of the quality of the food but because of its service. They are all very friendly and patient. Despite the building repairs they are dealing with, the whole team were very professional. I want to highlight, in particular, the following people: Alex and Gabriel from the restaurant, Guillerme bellboy, Ruana and Bruna from the front desk, and all the housekeeping and room service teams. Grand Hyatt is the best option!

Hyatt loyalist here, I've bee to this property multiple times across the last 5-6 years. This one was the worst so far. Breakfast was incredibly bad - the worst hotel breakfast I've had ever, at any kind of property. Minibar without diet alternatives - had to call room service for that, which took half an hour to deliver. Housekeeping service spotty. For a 5-start Grand Hyatt property, I've had much better experiences.

What a great hotel! From the minute I walked in, it was obvious that customer care was at the forefront of the staffs' mind. I was quickly checked in - I had been given an upgraded room for being a Globalist member and the room was lovely. Huge bathroom, and living room suite. The executive lounge was also magnificent - one of the best I have stayed in recently - the choice of food was great - they had cocktails made while you watched and the atmosphere was good. Breakfast was also a treat - a haven of calm! I had a massage at the hotel and it was of good quality - they also had a nice shop. Overall I loved this hotel and I will be back.

We felt incredibly welcomed from the get-go! Every staff member were attentive and despite us not knowing how to speak Portuguese, we didn’t feel like language was a barrier. Everyone were extremely wonderful! They made our Brazil trip an extra special one!
