I would like to extend my sincere commendation to Luci, Guest Relations Manager at Grand Hyatt São Paulo, for her exceptional service and personal attention to detail. Luci has a remarkable ability to make guests feel genuinely cared for. Her professionalism, warmth, and thoughtful approach reflect the highest standards of hospitality. She takes personal ownership of every detail, ensuring that each guest experience is seamless, comfortable, and memorable. Her impeccable service, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly outstanding. Luci is a wonderful representative of the Grand Hyatt brand, and her commitment to excellence deserves special recognition.

The hotel always go beyond my expectations. I was in a trip with family and friends, so we had several rooms booked for this big group. All guests were very happy with their stays. Rooms are large and well maintained. Quiet, although close to busy streets.Friendly staff ready to help you if any issue. Concierge was very good. Rooms and common areas are always clean. The Club Lounge in the 20th floor offers decent breakfast and light dinner and drinks in the late afternoon. But the hotel also have others good restaurants and bar in the reception area, with a good vibe and lively. Definitely, I will return there. It is my second home!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, on a business trip to South America. Having just arrived from Rio de Janeiro, I was really not impressed with this hotel. The rooms and decor are very tired, sockets falling off the wall etc. The staff, whilst polite, were not exactly friendly. The breakfast, for a 5* hotel, was nothing special and overpriced! The restaurant staff were overwhelmed and I had to wave several times to get a coffee and again for a refill.

This was the best customer experience we ever had with our Hyatt stays. Everyone who helped us was extremely courteous. Daniela at the Club Access, Nathalia and Estela went above and beyond with our requests and that made our experience even better.

We were a little nervous about out trip when the hotel asked if we needed an armored car for airport transfer. The driver was waiting for us and it took about 50 minutes to get to the hotel at 10 pm at night, check in was smooth. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was huge and had all luxury amenities. We ordered room service that night since it was 11 pm when we checked in. The food was great and came within 30 mins. Next morning we had a very nice breakfast at the club lounge (included in the room we booked). We also enjoyed the Happy Hour and evening snacks at the club lounge. Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We had requested late check out-we got till 2pm and upon request we got to hang out in the club lounge till 5pm (our flight was at 10 pm). The hotel concierge helped get a taxi for us. Food was excellent at the cafe too. Overall, a wonderful stay.
