Great stay
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. I was there for business and the hotel had everything I needed. The views from top floors are nice as you get to see the famous bridge in SP. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I really liked the pool and sauna. The gym also had everything you needed despite the weight room being very small and crowded. I would stay here again.

Better think i was not luck that day
loud repairs during my stay on carnaval in brasil . Poor quality of japanese food . Bad Service at the pool bar . No precise and imediate decison to solve a disturbant moment during my stay

Business Trip at Grand Hyatt São Paulo: great hotel
I really like this hotel, the view from my room was incredible, it was very close to a shopping mall, the restaurant´s food was really good! pool, spa, gym, all areas were very nice and well taken care of.
