For a Luxury hotel, some mistakes in reception and lack of experience should not happen. The attendent in concierge did not make effort In helping me with my reservation, and I missed an experience as I was in a luxury hotel.

The Hotel is overall great, must go for breakfast and/or a drink on the RoofTop best view and quality!

Best part of the stay are interconnecting rooms, spacious rooms, food, gym and Concierge. But improvements should be made to maintenance of the bathrooms, better communications about noise from elevator upgrade, pool closure and issues reported with excessive mini-bar charge.

I had minor issues at checkin with room config and layout not matching what was shown at reservation and construction noisy and dirt in some floors throughout the stay. However, the worst issue was a arty with 5-6 people in the room next door during the entire last night of our stay. It surprised me that a large number of people was let in to come up to one single room at 3:00 am, generating security concerns. Loud conversation, yelling, cursing, music, sex and lots of room service knock on doors went on all night until morning, making it impossible to rest and sleep. Front desk was called but not much was done to get make it stop or reduce the number of people in the room. A complaint was also made at checkout but it did not seem to bother the hotel agent too much!

Great location. Breakfast was wonderful. Very clean modern rooms. Comfy bed. Nice outdoor area by pool has nice restaurant and bar named Must. On top floor there is restaurant named Seen. Good food, incredible views. Try to get a room with view of city. Would recommend and would stay there again.
