Great five star hotel
We were only there for one night and I wish we’d stayed longer. Beautiful Hotel. lovely rooms and a great breakfast. All the staff were amazing. Sadly, I was not feeling well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Ricardo is truly a legend at the Hotel and was such a pleasure to deal with. Juliana on reception was really helpful. Would definitely stay again when in São Paulo.
