The staff, was amazing. I met this guy name Davis and his Manager Johnathan. Both very helpful make sure my experience was amazing. My favorite food spot on this trip was the PinkHouse and I want to visit Forsyth park again.

I don’t even know where to start, so much was subpar. Check in was a total mess, lobby is pretty but no amenities for guests - not even water, room was ok - a bit run down, windows were filthy, furniture needs a refresh. But, the real deal breaker is there is no soundproofing. I thought it was odd the room included a white noise machine, but it all made sense at 10 pm when the club across the street started cranking the music. I’ve stayed in Vegas and Nashville and never had this issue. On the positive, sheets were comfortable and the hotel’s restaurants/bars were nice. To sum it up, if you want to party until 2AM, this is your place. But if you want a hotel to sleep, choose somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Alida in Savannah. The location is excellent — the hotel is adjacent to the JW Marriott and directly across from the river, with great restaurants, bars, and the River Walk all within easy walking distance. It’s a great location for exploring both the riverfront and downtown Savannah. The hotel itself is chic, modern, and upscale, with a lot more character than your typical hotel. Our room was large and beautifully laid out, with a very cool and unique floor plan that made the space feel both comfortable and luxurious. Another big plus is the value. The Alida offers an upscale experience and a fantastic location at a very reasonable rate compared with many of the other hotels in the immediate area. Overall, The Alida exceeded our expectations. Great location, beautiful property, spacious and stylish rooms, and excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.
