Located on the banks of the Savannah River in Georgia is a hip hideaway that epitomizes Southern charm. Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront, with its maritime overtones and modern sensibilities, houses just 75 fascinating rooms in the town's scenic historic district. The public rooms feature a textured ambiance, with driftwood, aged brick and original works of art working in concert to create an eye-catching motif. Guest rooms, which have a modern maritime feel, are also rich with fine materials that include grained wood, worn brass and smooth leather. The entire hotel experience rests on the absence of ordinary, where unexpected pleasures and pleasing palettes of color reveal themselves at impromptu moments.

We like to stay at Bohemian hotels as they are a little funkier in design. While this hotel was nice, we did experience quite a few issues. The QR codes (on paper and on the hotel tv) for room service were not working. We notified the hotel of this on our first and second day and it was still not fixed by our third (last) day there. It just made it hard to order room service as we had to call the front desk and ask them what was available and we could not see prices. On the first day we ordered eggs, bacon and drinks. The food and drinks arrived with no cutlery, P&S or any condiments. It had taken so long that we just ate the scrambled eggs by hand (not ideal). The handle on our balcony door was loose when we arrived and fell off when we opened it. I tried to fix it, but it didn't stay, so we couldn't fully close the door thus essentially leaving the door unlocked. We were on the 5th floor so it wasn't too worrisome, but still not ideal. The bathroom & shower door design is a mess, not sure who came up with that layout. The staff were great however and very nice. When they learned it was our 50th birthdays, they sang to us on arrival. The location of the hotel is very good for walking around.

This hotel and staff are amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, Mr. Cedric and Ms. JB took excellent care of us! Myself, my mom and aunt share a birthday. The staff made sure our birthday was amazing and we were taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and room service was on top of cleaning the rooms. This hotel is on the river and has direct access to walk along the river. The rooftop bar was also amazing! Shout out to Demi the bartender. She was so attentive and amazing. The DJ was on spot as well! If you're looking for something low key or to party this hotel is the one for you! I'll definitely be booking again!

The good- Arrived early and was met with the nicest gentleman at valet offering cold water. Valet is pricey but not outrageous. Front desk personnel were accommodating and we were offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Room was clean and comfortable. A bit eccentric but whatever. The bad - the problem comes later when the staff dismiss an issue. The couple next door proceed to make what sounded like an X rated video from the sounds through the wall. Called the desk and asked them to request the next door acrobats to please quiet down from a roar at 0300 in the morning. Their “video” is over and has now gone to a loud commentary conversation. Fast forward another 30 minutes, still loud conversation from next door and we call and request to move to a different room. After 10 minutes, a gentleman slowly proceeds to open another room so we can attempt to sleep. Only problem was the air conditioner was set to Econ mode and the room was sweltering. When we checked out the young lady was cordial and understanding. In response for no sleep …an apology and a credit of a whopping $46.90. The take- Save your money and look elsewhere. Very disappointing for a boutique hotel.

As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I’ve stayed at countless properties around the world, but the Bohemian Hotel in Savannah, GA truly stood out in the best possible way. The room was immaculate and clearly newly renovated. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. All amenities were in perfect working order – from the silent, powerful air conditioning to the well-stocked mini-fridge and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The bedding was incredibly soft and luxurious, making for one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The room was also impressively quiet – I couldn’t hear a sound from the hallway or neighboring rooms. What really sets this property apart is the consistency of excellence across the board – housekeeping, front desk, management, all working in sync to deliver an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you’re an elite member or not, you’ll feel genuinely valued here. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next visit. Excellent customer service. Great room with a view of the river. Everything was easily accessible/very walkable location in the heart of Savannah. The hotel had a gothic vibe, but very tastefully done. The restaurant was great, too. Would highly recommend.

We found the Bohemian Hotel in Savannah to be a great hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast came with our package. We found the food to be very good and in over-sized portions. You won't leave hungry from breakfast!! They even have cold bottled water at the front door, to take with you as you walk around the lovely city. Overall we would highly recommend the hotel.
