This hotel is overpriced. We were there as a group, for a wedding and the rooms were to blocked together. None of them were. Would have chosen a different hotel had we known that. One elevator, for the entire hotel, shower was on again off again experience, lighting was poor, in the room as well. The moss growing on the balcony, with ferns growing on the “door”, was less than desirable. If check out time is 11:00am housekeeping should not be knocking, at 9:15am. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

The common areas, restaurants and bars inside and next to the hotel are great! Rooms are older and less up to date. The elevators are older and only one was in operation when we were leaving so it took us 20 minutes to get downstairs.

The people were great the room was not. the bathroom was small you could not shut the door if you were on the toilet, the bathtub had 4 or 5 BIG chips out of it. the towel rack fell off the wall when I reach for my towel. the bed was not comfortable. We had a king bed but it was so hard I could not sleep through the night. I sat in an uncomfortable chair for 2 hours to give my back some relief. For the price I paid I was very displeased. The people at the front desk were great, the valets were pleasant and the breakfast staff was wonderful. Oh and only 1 elevator was working so you had to wait sometimes 2 trips to get on.

The hotel looks nice, and has an older boutique hotel charm. The age of the hotel means issues with the elevator and plumbing. The central location makes it appealing and overall I had a nice stay.

Elevators were slow and needed more. We did enjoy the breakfast and the room was nice. We would have liked chairs on the balcony
