Had a lovely stay. The highlight of our stay was Miss Gigi, in the restaurant. She is a treasure. Her southern charm was so welcoming.

We booked a king suit with a balcony.. they put us in a king suite without a balcony and said that they no longer had a king suite with balcony. But that’s what we paid for!! Complete bait and switch. Ended up in a double bed room with pool view. It was cheaper than the other room and they never gave us the difference in price. Just said that’s all they can do!! The bathrooms sink doesn’t work and it’s filthy!! In the morning at 8;00am they decided to do some construction in the neighboring room!! This hotel sucks .

Was looking forward to a fun overnight trip with my daughter in Savannah and read many good reviews about this hotel so we booked it. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected. The building is very old, I'm always down for things with old charm, but this has not been well maintained. The rooms were not great, there was obvious wear on the floor boards, the TV was tiny with wires hanging from not, not installed well. I didn't think it was overly clean, there were several towels in the bathroom with dirt on them. The worst part of our stay was the elevators. There are 3 total but only 1 or 2 were working while we were there. This caused long lines to wait for them. Since we were on the 9th floor, stairs weren't a great option especially with all the luggage we had. While we were there we saw fire fighters there prying people out of one elevator and heard from another guest that this is common, people getting stuck. We were thankful it was only a one night stay and we would look for another hotel the next time we visit. The valets and front desk staff were very nice, though, wanted to make note of that. I think there are many other good options in the city, this hotel needs some work to be a contender.

I was here for a conference. I’ve stayed at better hotels and much cheaper than here. They only have 2 elevators and only on was working. Many people including myself had to wait 15-20min for the elevator and going up and down the stairs is a no with luggage. My phone always had issues connecting to the internet. The rooms were average however they didn’t have mini refrigerators or microwaves. The valet support were so nice and helpful all the time. It’s close to a lot of popular attractions both walking and driving so that was nice. Overall, I’m sure there is nicer hotels for the same if not cheaper.

The valet staff are wonderful! Frank G. And Charlie F. Are very sweet people and are hard working! The building is clean and beautiful. It’s peaceful and quiet aswell. I will definitely be coming back
