Beautiful hotel in a great, central location. Room was spacious and had all you need. Stayed in bar one night as weather was wild, cocktails were fab, staff were attentive. The pool area is good but we arrived to a dj doing a drum and bass/house set which was unexpected and we were glad when it stopped as it wasn’t a relaxing vibe for us ! If you had a pool room on the second floor the music would have been intrusive. Didn’t seem to suit the hotel vibe but each to their own with music ! We had a small issue which was sorted quickly and with grace. It is a beautiful place to stay, we would stay again.

Very nice. Overall staff was great. Food was very good. Exceptional breakfast. Hotel bar was fun and the drinks were very good with a wide variety of liquors available. Central location with at most a 15 minute walk to most everything in downtown Savannah.

Staff were very friendly and patient with me checking in. Hotel lobby was very clean. Valet staff was also nice. My room had a nice view of the pool area. My room was clean. The food from the restaurant in the lobby was good as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The Good: bed is comfy, great location, decent view of the city. The lobby is beautiful which leads you to think the rooms would be too. The Bad: room is mid at best, I’ve stayed in better. Bathrooms were moderately clean. Hotel only offers valet parking which is $48 a night (outrageous). TV in the room is easily worst hotel TV I’ve ever had with burns on the tv which altered the picture. The elevator outside the room wakes you up in the middle of the night because the cables are so loud. The Ugly: we requested a room with a view and a balcony. I was quite excited for the balcony but when we entered the room… no balcony. Went down to ask about it and the front desk lady told me that they found something wrong with a couple of the balconies so all those rooms were closed. Okay fair enough I thought and she gave us a $60 voucher for the 1540 room because of the price difference. If I didn’t complain, I don’t think we would’ve gotten anything back. Well second night here, what do we see? A couple in the room next of us on their balcony. I mean wtf, why you gotta lie like that. Some ideas for improvement: - get better TVs - don’t lie to your guests - fix your balconies if there even is anything wrong - please god, fix the elevator
