Quaint hotel with very friendly staff
Valet Staff was very attentive. Welcoming and full of smiles. Frank gets a special shout out. Raven at the front desk was prepared and helpful. Smiles and also welcoming. Lobby is gorgeous. Vibe is upscale. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was amazing. So comfortable. 2 negatives: 1. A/C- oh my - would not cool past 73 even with the setting lower. It was hot in the room. Lobby was cooler. I get that it’s an older building so likely a factor but that’s too hot in September. I had brought a fan thankfully so that helped. 2: hallway to room needed to be vacuumed. It was dirty with visible things. Almost like construction was done along the hall. All that being said- I’d stay there again. Just bring a fan!!! Highly recommend.
