Beautiful hotel, the room was very nice and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Front and back porches for outdoor seating, beautiful pool area, bar and breakfast cafe!

Very nice hotel, clean well appointed room . Everyone was very helpful, Howard at the concierge desk, the doormen who greeted us, the bartender and our waitress, Shannon at the in-house restaurant, all such lovely people. Great location, easy to catch the hop on hop off or to walk to all the main attractions Bed & bedding were super comfortable!!!

The DeSoto is in a great location! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel desperately needs LIGHT. It is outdated and dark.

Think twice before returning.
Good location Housekeeping was very responsive and helpful. Valet was friendly- very busy Restaurant staff was very nice, food was average at best Some of the desk clerks could have had a better attitude For the cost of a room, we expected much more than a small bar of soap Slow close toilet seats and room doors should be considered as we were woken several times by slamming doors
