Such a great location, beautiful property and really welcoming and kind staff at the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Jason at the front desk and Maria helped make our stay very special.

Internet went down, it sounded like someone was dropping a bowling ball above our room at 2am, the pillows are so so sad and we keep asking for more to no avail, and the room had no air conditioning for the first day and was so hot when we got there. Idk how they can charge so much and not meet the bare minimum that most motels seem to meet.

I stayed at this hotel from October 3 to 6, 2025, and booked it using my IHG points as a platinum member, thinking the stay would be complimentary. I arrived and check-in was seamless, and we got our room. The room was fine. Small but fine. As a platinum member, I receive complimentary upgrades. They were aware this was an anniversary trip to Savannah, yet made no attempt to upgrade my room despite my platinum membership status. I have several food and beverage credits as a benefit of being platinum (each is worth $20.00). My wife and I each had one drink in their bar each night for a total of three sets of drinks. I redeemed three of my food and drink credits ($60 total). I checked out very early on October 9 and got a receipt that showed a significant balance. I called the hotel later when I got home and was advised that they screwed up and charged me for the room and would be issuing a credit. I also asked about a "convenience fee" of $30.00 each day and what that included. I was advised it should have included food and drink credits, which I was never advised of at check-in nor credited with. They allowed me to use three of my own credits from my platinum status. Brian, the front desk manager, advised me that I would be credited for the mistakes. Several days went by and I had two charges showing on my credit card from the hotel and one credit, leaving me a total of $122.22 for the stay. I contacted the general manager, Adam, by email who promised to look into this and get back to me. He never did. I called the front desk again several days later and spoke with "Edina" I believe. She assured me she just issued another credit and I would be seeing it on my card. Well, no such credit ever appeared. As it stands, I've been charged $122.22 for a "free" stay I booked with points. I have no idea what the two random charges are on my card because they are not for the price of a room and I have had no contact from the hotel despite numerous emails to try to get an answer. No one can explain these charges and no one seems to care enough to actually discuss them because they have ignored me. So, for $122.22 and blowing $60 in drink credits from my account, I got three nights "free" after blowing points on this fiasco. NEVER AGAIN at this hotel. NEVER. It's not nice enough to deal with this type of treatment by staff.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating but the hotel itself was just ok. For the price I expected more. If you take a car be advised it’s $50+ a day for parking.

Fabulous hotel. Front desk folks Jason and Adrian super helpful and full of great recommendations. Super location to walk everywhere especially excellent restaurants, museums and tours. They even have a yoga mat for stretching in the closet!
