Excellent Hotel. Very good location with large rooms. Brian was a big help to me at the front desk. Definitely worth a visit.

We like Kimpton hotels, as generally meet our expectations, with really nice decor, bedding etc but our room in this hotel was slightly ‘knocked around the edges’, fridge cabinet door broken and large corner of veneer off, as was part of the bed surround veneer, the hand basin cracked. We also hadn’t expected so many dogs, woken up by one yapping and crying in room opposite for at least 30 minutes as owners had presumably gone out, the nice outside seating area had a very bad odour maybe dog? All the staff at reception, front door, housekeeping were lovely, friendly and helpful. A good location right on the edge the historical area and riverfront. Great to have coffee and tea in the mornings and a wine hour.

Always a beloved stop on my annual drive between Florida to Vermont. Service can be a bit glacial at times, but the rooms are clean and modern, the pool is lovely, and the location is in a historic part of town with awe dropping architecture. Added bonus are several destination chargers in the hotel's paid valet parking lot, where you can charge your electric car overnight. Even though you have to pay for parking, the charging was free.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Hotel lacks adequate food services with no options for room service. Also parking is high at $49 daily rate. It is a quiet accessible neighborhood near the River Walk .

Other than the location and employees, this hotel is not worth a second look. They tell you they include free on site parking, but don't tell you it is on street then they hit you with a crazy valet fee of $50+ on top of the $300+ you've already spent!! Our room specifically had black mold on the window sill (that stared at an outdoor wall) and weird stains on the floor. I tried to contact corporate and they basically told me they couldn't do anything but give me some points as I am an Honors Member. And if you're allergic to pet hair, this is not the place for you, trust me. Heed the warnings... stay elsewhere
