The Kimpton Brice Hotel

Incredible. Cyrus was the most amazing server.

Kimpton Brice hotel is perfect location to walk Savannah and there's hop on/off Trolley tour for exploring. The hotel is near the riverfront walk and Chaqueria took such great care of our family visiting.

TLDR: Better than your average hotel, but not worth the price. The Good: Rodrigo was a great server at the restaurant, and the breakfast was tasty. Wine hour is fabulous. Nice beds. 2 queen room was plenty large and clean. Shower was good. Outdoor pool was enjoyable. Got a great deal with The Edit credits. Reasonably walkable to most tourist attractions. The meh: Half of the staff was great, but the other half was inattentive. Service at the restaurant was slow, and it is overpriced unless you have credits to use. We lacked towels in our room on arrival. Coffee took a while before being replenished each morning. Staff also couldn’t give me a clear idea on our credit spending, and there system was down when checkout came, so we are still waiting on an itemized receipt.

Outstanding Service We had such a wonderful experience at Pacci Italian, and a huge part of that was because of our server! Cyrus was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. The service was outstanding without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. He had great recommendations, made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal, and went above and beyond to make our evening special. You can tell when someone truly takes pride in their work, and our server absolutely did. The food was delicious, but the exceptional service is what really made our experience memorable. We will definitely be back—and we hope we get the same server again! Highly recommend Pacci Italian!
