Exceptionally nice hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large, comfortable, quiet and very nice. Really couldn’t have been happier. Bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities were deluxe. Bathroom was large and luxurious. Large shower, two sink vanity. Hotel location is great, with all of Savannah walkable from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a luxurious spot.

We LOVED Perry Lane. From the moment we drove up, we were warmly welcomed by the valets and Mimi, the front desk staff member. This southern hospitality attitude continued throughout our entire stay. Mimi was always there to help in any way possible. The room was lovely, and breakfast very good. I would like to particularly mention the Concierge, Randy, who was remarkable. Having stayed in many 5-star hotel, I have never seen such amazing combination of friendliness, competence and ability to make things happen! He is a gem - simply above and beyond! For example: when we were faced with a full day of rain during our stay, he designed an itinerary based on being inside. He secured a hard to obtain dinner reservations for us and was instrumental in our ability to see the most of Savannah despite the inclement weather. He is hands down one of the, if not the, MOST fantastic concierge we have ever encountered in our travels. Overall, we would highly recommend Perry Lane not only for its perfect location and amenities, but for its fantastic staff!

What a wonderful welcome to Perry lane this weekend. The complimentary champagne service is amazing! We absolutely loved our stay at your hotel and can’t wait to visit again soon! All of the staff was amazing and so friendly. The ladies at the front desk were always so helpful and accommodating. The complimentary car service was also fantastic when our feet were sore from daytime walking. We adored the champagne and cold water at entrance while on breaks from exploring the city. The beautiful tray of sweets was divine and we loved snacking on it throughout the weekend.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah and would give it 5 stars without hesitation! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every detail made our stay feel special. A special thank you to Reign at check-in, who immediately made us feel welcome. She did an excellent job explaining all of the hotel’s amenities and offerings, and she genuinely took the time to ask what we were celebrating.She showed such sincere interest in making our stay memorable and seemed to know everything about the hotel. Every evening when she saw us, she remembered what we were celebrating and would greet us warmly. She even offered us complimentary bruit or rosé. Those thoughtful touches made such a difference! We also had a wonderful experience at The Emporium , Nilsa, the hostess ,was incredibly kind and helpful with food recommendations, and every recommendation was right on point. . It was an added bonus that she spoke Spanish She provided such warm and attentive service. A big thank you as well to Lita, our assistant waiter, Rachel, our waiter, and Alonso in the kitchen. The food was amazing, both at dinner and breakfast, and the entire dining experience was enhanced by the beautiful ambiance and wonderful service Charlene, who served us in the morning, was also fantastic and made breakfast such a pleasant experience. Love breakfast and brunch until 3 pm so no hurries to wake up Early . The valet parking staff was amazing as well friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time we arrived or left. We absolutely loved the pool area and Peregrin rooftop bar. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and it was such a great place to unwind.Our room was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, and very well kept What really made Perry Lane stand out was the people.Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The attention to detail and personal service turned a wonderful hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. 5 stars all around ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be back!
