Perry Lane Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel

My sister and I visited Savannah for a “sisters trip” and stayed at Perry Lane. We can’t say enough great things about our visit. The entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive and sincerely wanted to make sure our stay was memorable. The room was very comfortable. We liked the location - it was a quiet location in a nice part of the city but still walkable to shops, restaurants and attractions. We absolutely loved the rooftop bar - great place to grab a bite, cocktail and watch the sunset!

We were impressed with your wonderful staff and their attentive service.  Our arrival started with a friendly greeting from your front desk staffer: Precious. She explained all the features of your lovely hotel & then poured us complimentary champagne or rose (and available any time we passed through the lobby).  Then a bellman escorted to our beautiful room and reviewed all the features for us. Your staff's friendly & attentive service continued throughout our stay.  From your excellent restaurant dishes to your rooftop bar, to your courtesy drivers & complimentary car service, and to every interaction with your front desk, bellman & restaurant staff, we were always provided with friendly and attentive service. Your hotel location is perfect for exploring downtown Savannah on foot. Your car service was also a great help when the weather turned cool. Our food in your main restaurant was consistently excellent. The optional Chef's Dinner Menu with wine pairings was wonderful. We enjoyed your rooftop bar, a comforting place to hang out & enjoy the quiet setting & views. Clearly you have a well-trained and well supported staff.  I look forward to staying at your hotel again.  Highly recommend! -- Bruce Krefting

Had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect — walkable to so much, which I loved. The hotel is beautiful, and both the rooftop bar and Wayward were highlights. Service was truly impeccable from start to finish. Special thanks to Julian for being so welcoming and helpful — the recommendations and extra care really made a difference. Can’t wait to come back.

Randy at the Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah is truly one of a kind. I was visiting with my mom on a mother-daughter trip, and he’s one of the main reasons we chose to stay at the same hotel two years in a row. He’s incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and always happy to share recommendations for both new and classic spots around the area. You can tell right away that Randy genuinely loves his job. He’s thoughtful, great with guests, and consistently goes the extra mile. The hotel itself is wonderful, but Randy really makes the experience special. He’s a true gem and Perry Lane is lucky to have him.

My partner and I stayed at the Perry Lane Hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday. Ahead of our arrival I asked the hotel concierges (Kathryn / Randy) if they could help me with a special request (delivery of flowers, balloons,etc.) ahead of our arrival. Randy and Kathryn were most helpful with my request and ensured everything was tastefully arranged for us ahead of our arrival. Thank you both and for the rest of the staff being extremely accommodating and easy to work with!
