Best Stay Ever-Excellent Staff Especially Randy and Robert!!!

Everything about this hotel is above and beyond!! Location is just perfect in downtown Savannah. The best part is how friendly and helpful the employees are. My personal favorite is Randy the concierge who was just amazing and was even able to get us in to The Pink House even though they were booked. Robert was my other favorite who checked us in early and offered us champagne! Both were exceptional in every way!!!

Beautiful hotel, great location, and a top notch staff. Randy, the concierge, gave us wonderful local tips and always had a friendly smile & a welcome wave as we passed by his desk. Savia, the cafe barista, greeted us with a positive demeanor & a smile that was as warm as their coffee. Finally, Jeff, the bartender at the Emporium Kitchen took great care of us when we took breaks at the bar to watch some of the Olympics. The entire staff was fun, friendly, & welcoming. Great trip!

Hotel that checked all the Boxes

Our stay at the Perry Hill Hotel was wonderful. Perry Hill Hotel is excellent, rooms immaculate and staff very helpful. The Restaurant on site is wonderful. The Concierge, Randy Rodriquez was outstanding! He had the pulse of the city at his fingertips. Randy always directed me in my where can I find, where can I go, how can I get there inquiries never to fail me. And always with a smile, even when he had it repeat it 3 times. Kudos to Randy, thank you We will be back to stay at the Glen Hill Hotel and to see Randy Rodriquez as he plans my next adventure. Marianne

We had such a wonderful stay and part of what made our stay so special is the staff. Matthew the Valet was very personable and prompt. He helped us when we checked in and when we checked out. Reign did a lovely job of checking us in and offered up a good suggestion of a place to find beignets. Freddie helped us secure a mini fridge for our room and he also sent up a beautiful charcuterie board during our stay. He really helped make our stay memorable. Savia at BowerBird was so sweet each morning when I went down to get my cup of coffee. We ate at the main restaurant downstairs twice for dinner and Cali was our server. She was exceptional! We did have an issue Saturday evening when the Rooftop Bar was closed for a private event, but Rebecca, the Manager on duty, took care of us and we appreciated that so much! She really made us feel like valued guests. The Rooftop Bar is by far the best in the city. Teresa was our server one night when we made s’mores. She did a very good job. The last night we were up there, it started to rain pretty quickly, but Tyler and Friska immediately jumped in and moved us to the bar area under cover. We were extremely impressed with how quickly they handled the sudden rain, getting guests and their drinks under cover. Now for the room… he stayed in a corner King suite. The linens (sheets and towels) are of a very high quality. Although the lighting in the rooms is not great, we loved the dimmer switches that most of the lights had. There was a safe in the armoire. There was plenty of hot water and very good water pressure. Also, the AC worked very well. Love the complementary Perry Lane bottles of water that were provided throughout our stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, although we did have to call the front desk twice to get washcloths because there either weren’t any or only was one. The bathrobes and slippers provided in the room are really wonderful! I would actually buy one of the bathrobes if they were for sale. Hyle recommend treating yourself to a stay at this property. We hated to leave, but we will be back very soon.

Nice but not luxurious

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Nice hotel but not “luxurious”. For example there is no turn down service offered automatically. No coffee in the rooms — who wants to go down at 6 am to the lobby to get coffee. Breakfast- which cost extra— is fair at best. Our room was nice but nothing “luxurious” or particularly special. We waited 15 for valet to bring our car. No one at the front opens the lobby door and the cleaning was good but nothing extraordinary (the crumbs from snack were still there the next day).
