My partner and I stayed at the Perry Lane Hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday. Ahead of our arrival I asked the hotel concierges (Kathryn / Randy) if they could help me with a special request (delivery of flowers, balloons,etc.) ahead of our arrival. Randy and Kathryn were most helpful with my request and ensured everything was tastefully arranged for us ahead of our arrival. Thank you both and for the rest of the staff being extremely accommodating and easy to work with!

Great location and front desk staff. Find a different restaurant and bar.
Special shoutout to Reign at the front desk. One of the best check ins ever. Her smile goes perfectly with the level of service you expect from the Perry Lane Hotel. Quaint boutique hotel in the heart of historic downtown. Would have given 5 stars but the Emporium restaurant falls way short in selection and quality for the hotel of this stature. Find another restaurant for your stay. There are plenty and wish we picked another restaurant. We should have known better when we arrived at 7 pm and we were the only ones there.

Perry Lane: Pure Class
Our trip was delayed because we had a funeral we had to attend. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t let us have a credit to come back another time. That being said, we didn’t pay for a refundable booking and their policy is their policy. Once we got to the hotel, we quickly put any negative feelings aside. Everything was first class, from the service to the rooms. To give our experience anything less than 5 stars would be wrong. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.
