Perry Lane Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcomed, as if we were long lost friends. From the valets who went out of their way to be helpful to the receptionists attending to our every need including a Welcoming Glass of Champagne on arrival. The check in process was quick and in no time we were heading for our room. The hotel is as you would expect from a Luxury collection hotel top class and has every amenity you can wish for. The rooms are Luxurious, functional and were immaculately clean. The location of the hotel is excellent for everything that you may or may not want to do whilst in Savannah and as others have commented it's a short walk to the shops and the riverside. Top tip, Take Bull Street for lovely parks, squares and shade as you stroll towards the river. There is also a complementary limo service (gratuity based) that will whisk you anywhere in a two mile radius of the hotel. Coffee is available just off the main reception area in the hotel which then links to the restaurant for Breakfast or other meals. It offers free coffee all day to residents and makes up for the lack of coffee making in the room, although I would say that I almost prefer the free coffee aspect to the sometimes, "dodgy" coffee makers, that I have come across in the past at other hotels. However, I can't complete my review with mentioning the stand out quality of all the Staff and naming them all would be Completely justified. However Randy really helped us with all our sightseeing and tickets, Precious and Reign at reception. Along with Kevin, Freddie and Iverson on the front door. Our room was also cleaned daily to a very high standard. This is, in my opinion, thee place to stay in Savannah and I would highly recommend it to you.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing.!They could not have been nicer or more polite. We were there celebrating our anniversary and they left a card, macaroons & wine in our room. The concierge helped us with restaurant recommendations for our anniversary. They also made and cancelled, at our request a walking tour. Housekeeping was also amazing, they went above and beyond! Front desk was so kind as well and love the complimentary bubbly. My only complaint is they didn't have coffee machines in the room, but I here they are working on that. I highly recommend this hotel when in Savannah.

We truly had a wonderful experience at Perry Lane during our two night stay in late August. From the moment we pulled up and were taken care of by Iverson, and directed to our room by the on-site manager, Freddie, we knew right away that we had made the right choice. The room was charming, the view from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset over the city. This hotel is perfectly located just a walk away from the river district, great food and beautiful parks. Our night time ghost tour was arranged with the help of Mr. Rob Rodriguez, who was so helpful and a pleasure to meet. Thank you also to Daniel, another exrremely professional valet, who shared a spooky tale with us along with evidence! Thank you also to Tyler and Jasmin, who took care of us during our wonderfully delicious late night dinner and drinks.

The Perry Lane Hotel is intimate, yet offers a full complement of services in an atmosphere of traditional Southern hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable; the restaurants and bars, delightful. The rooftop bar offers spectacular views of Savannah’s skyline, excellent vittles and cocktails crafted with creative blends. But perhaps, the PLH stands out for its superbly trained staff-a bunch of young men and women who seem to exist to cater your every wish or need. From the moment you drive up to check in until even after you’ve departed and are miles away. I’ll illustrate. Upon arriving home in Virginia, I realized I’d left my passport locked in my PLH room safe. Panic-stricken, I called PLH and spoke with guest relations representative, Rebbeca Deloach, who made it her mission to rescue my passport and relieve my dread. Rebecca and her colleague, Freddie Ross, teamed-up to overnight the passport to me. Within an hour from my call. Kudos and gratitude to them and their management team. If you want to enjoy Southern charm and hospitality, and excellent service, the Perry Lane would top my list of Savannah hotels.

Amazing stay at the Perry Lane. Service was impeccable. Rooms were gorgeous! The valet manager Louis was top notch! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we already booked our next one!
