The hotel is beautiful and stylish with the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The beds and linens make for a good night’s sleep. The most impactful lasting impression of this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived, every staff member treated us professionally and respectfully. Going above and beyond from check in with champagne (Joyd) to valuable details and information from the concierge (Randy) to the valet with convenient and quick service (Jack).The complimentary car rides were appreciated leaving us feeling valued and safe.

Wow! Truly a five-star experience. Check-in was fast and helpful. Champagne flows all day at the front desk. Doors are opened for you. The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant were fantastic. The design of this hotel, from the architectural details and accents to the minor touches that most people appreciate but probably don't notice, were noticed. It's not everyday that you get a new hotel property so well-thought as this one- it's a gem! The first floor restaurant (emporium) was great for breakfast and dinner both (the trout for dinner and the artichokes, too) were delicious. The in-room minibar well-stocked. The bed and pillow very comfortable, everything was clean, and the bathroom very comfortable and well-designed. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Pool attendants even circulated with complimentary beverages and ice cream several times on Thursday afternoon! The management at this hotel is experienced, engaged and a product of great leadership, and it shows. A late checkout request was honored due to later flight plan changes. If I was going to offer the hotel any comments at all, I'd suggest that the pool waterline needs scrubbed daily. That's it!

It was truly one of the best experiences I have had w/a Marriott property. From my first encounter with Sy (on the phone) to address all my questions/concerns as a solo traveler for business, to my follow up with Freddie after booking the night, I could not have had a more sincere, genuine conversation with both. The details that I provided were not only heard, they were addressed before I arrived. As I pulled onto their street, Steve warmly greeted me and provided assistant with the bags, directions, and the parking of the car. He ensured that he was aware of my departure time and time that i would need my vehicle. Next he offered and provided a beverage while i was checking in with Jennie. Once again I found a level of personal interaction that has been almost forgotten in my weekly travel experience. She ensured that was received an introduction to the property/services including water in the room, food options, coffee service, etc. Next Steve was there again to assisted with my bags and reviewed the features of the room. During which time Thomas delivered in abundance of room temperature water to my room as Steve had already noted my preference. To my delight. I found a lovely note from Sy along with flowers and macarons. The room was gloriously cold (one of the items discussedprior to booking with Sy), spotlessly clean, and handsomely appointed. The mini frig had been provided ahead of my arrival and was already cooling. I could not have asked for more, and only regret that I have not been staying with them for the past decade. Then to order dinner with Becky at the Emporium. She was fantastic, provided guidance based on my questions/needs and was there to greet me when I arrived to pick up my order. I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan when I returned the steak knife that Becky had so thoughtfully included with my to go order. Before turning in for the night, I also had the pleasure if meeting Itu and Jakari who both helped me with my frozen water bottles (needed for the next day’s travel). The following morning, Natalia and Thomas was downstairs to assist as I enjoyed my morning coffee, followed later by Jullian and Jack who managed my bags and car. Alex was also there to retrieve my frozen water bottles, and regrettably I had to depart. After leaving, Rebecca took my call as I shared my complete satisfaction in their care and service. Above and beyond – already booked additional night through July and looking forward to meeting Joyd who provided excellent assistance when I followed up with him via the phone. What a marvelous group of people working at the Perry Lane. Truly grateful!

The Perry Lane offers all around excellence. From the moment we stepped into The Perry Lane, no, from BEFORE we even arrived, we experienced a genuine commitment to ensure an optimal experience in Savannah. The staff was beyond wonderful and went out of their way for us continually throughout our 4-night stay. Rooms reservations manager Elise took care if us as if we were family- exuding charm and effervescence. Concierge Randy delighted us with his local knowledge and humor. And “Pops” the hotel’s driver extraordinaire transported us from point A to point B with style and grace. The hotel itself is beautiful, styled with elegant eclecticism- (ask about Adelaide, the muse behind the hotels design). The rooftop bar and pool area is stunning, featuring birds-eye views of the city. And so much more! (See pics). Oh, little extras like free-flowing bubbly, gratis, and ice-cream sandwiches poolside added an extra WOW factor. Our “college-friends trip” was a tremendous success thanks to the Perry Lane.

Had an amazing stay primarily because of 3 individuals. I travel all over the world and this was truly a 5star experience. Firstly, Elise the room reservation manager, could not do enough. Randy the concierge, worked with me for months to create an amazing itinerary.Pops got us there, no matter what! The one common thread, for all of these three amazing people was that the only word they used was yes! No matter what! We had a girls trip with all our college friends, and we were really sad to leave!
