Perry Lane Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel

Hotel was great! Randy the concierge was particularly exceptional- he went above and beyond to get us even tickets. All of the guys at the front door were also amazing- every last one of them!

We just had an absolutely incredible stay at Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah, and I honestly don’t know where to begin because everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the people here are what make this hotel truly special. From the moment we arrived, Reign at the front desk made us feel genuinely welcomed. She has this incredible warmth and infectious energy about her. She is sweet, caring, personable, and genuinely seems to love making people feel at home. She is exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when arriving at a hotel. Reign went above and beyond for us from the very beginning, even helping me find some great late night vegan snacks and making sure I had something for breakfast the next morning because I was leaving early. It may sound like a small thing, but that kind of thoughtfulness and personal attention makes such a difference when you’re traveling. She immediately made us feel like we had a new friend in Savannah. We also have to recognize Christian, the manager at Perry Lane. Christian went above and beyond to make sure our entire stay was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly gracious, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. What impressed us most was that we never felt like we had to ask for anything. Christian took the initiative to make an already great stay even more special. That kind of hospitality is increasingly rare. It’s one thing to stay at a beautiful luxury hotel, but it’s another to have people who make you feel genuinely cared for rather than simply being another guest. Freddie at the front desk was equally wonderful. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction we had with him was such a pleasure, and he continued the exceptional level of hospitality we experienced from everyone at Perry Lane. It really says something about a hotel when you find yourself wanting to recognize so many members of the team individually. Reign, Christian, and Freddie each made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for in their own way. Perry Lane clearly has some very special people working here. And as exceptional as the staff is, the hotel itself is equally impressive. The rooms are absolutely stunning. Everything feels beautifully designed, luxurious, and incredibly well maintained. Our room honestly looked brand new. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was perfectly clean and spotless from the moment we walked in. The location is excellent and makes it incredibly easy to enjoy Savannah. The amenities are top notch, and the entire property has a wonderful atmosphere. Perry Lane manages to feel luxurious and special while still being warm and comfortable. We also found the hotel to be an excellent value, especially when you consider the quality of the rooms, the amenities, the location, and, most importantly, the extraordinary level of service. And one thing I always appreciate when staying at a hotel, we slept like babies! Our room was wonderfully quiet, and we had absolutely no issues with noise whatsoever. Perry Lane truly checks every box: stunning rooms, impeccable cleanliness, an excellent location, top notch amenities, excellent value, a peaceful night’s sleep, and some of the best hospitality we have experienced. But ultimately, it’s the people who will bring us back. Reign, Christian, and Freddie turned what could have simply been a beautiful hotel stay into something genuinely memorable. Thank you Reign, Christian, and Freddie for taking such wonderful care of us and for making us feel so welcome. You are incredible ambassadors for Perry Lane, and we hope the hotel knows just how special each of you is. Perry Lane has completely won us over. Whenever we return to Savannah, we already know where we’ll be staying. We absolutely cannot wait to come back!

The concierge service from Kathryn Parker prior to our arrival this week has been outstanding. We look forward to our stay and anticipate tremendously wonderful service.

This is a beautiful hotel, but the hallways and our room smelled terribly of ammonia and smelled like cat pee. We changed to a different room and had the same result. They offered a room purifier, but that did not cut the smell. They need to replace all the carpets!!!!
