Wonderful Stay Riverfront
What a wonderful find! I highly recommend this hotel for its location on the river and great hospitality. Dinner here was amazing and the rooftop restaurant for lunch had incredible views of the river.

Loved it!
Makayla drove us around in the hotel car. She was absolutely fantastic! We were greeted by another lovely woman upon check-in. The hotel is very clean and has a great vibe. The rooftop restaurant was enjoyable for breakfast and an evening cocktail. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful and Friendly
Beautiful hotel. Great views and area is inviting with a river walk and shops and spas within walking distance. Very nice and would recommend!! Friendly staff..

We Would Return - Very Happy with The Thompson Hotel
How nice it is to be greeted by friendly staff. It's so important to feel welcomed. Love the look of the hotel - especially the artwork. Our room overlooked the Savannah River which was great watching the large boats go by. The room was very clean and loved the decor. They have a car service which made it easy for us to go the Elizabeth on 37th. No complaints about this place.

The Thompson does it simple ‘ but elegant !
It started with the hotel supervisor ‘ I had to cancel and then rebooked the same day.The supervisor went out of his way to assist and did it with the ease of professionalism. The hotel staff were equally complimentary when my friends and I arrived. My friends and I felt extremely special and well received. We were advised of all the areas of interest. This hotel visit was really on time for what we were going through at that time in our lives.The visit brought joy and we all wished we could have stayed longer.This will be our -go to hotel in the future for Savanna.The staff and hotel made this the best trip ever for Savannah Ga! And not to forget -the rooftop restaurant was awesome and represented Old Savanna in its day of luxury 🤓
