Amazing experiences
Traveled here for the first time and I want to specifically point out that valet did a phenomenal job. Chas was very understanding of my hesitation , helped me with unloading as my anxiety was everywhere. He was very professional and polite. His staff were a representation of him and I just want to share this positive experience. Thank you

Treat yourself!
My wife and I absolutely love this hotel. The service is exceptional, and we’ve admittedly gotten a little spoiled lately—so we tend to look for finer lodgings when we travel. The Thompson Savannah by Hyatt certainly met our expectations. The front desk staff was spot‑on for a hotel of this caliber. Our room was comfortable, well appointed, and made for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed breakfast at the rooftop restaurant for three mornings. The food selection was excellent, and everything we tried was thoroughly enjoyable. We also had dinner one evening in the main dining room, and the lamb was fantastic. The hotel’s location at the end of the riverwalk made it easy to stroll into the main strip and take in the sights. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience
It was a great hotel, 15 minutes walking to river street restaurant and bars. I felt safe, the staff was great and friendly. I enjoyed the house car that was a great perk. Must stay there

Fantastic Experience!
I had to make sure I made time to share how wonderful of a stay I had for a business trip earlier this month. Everything was extremely smooth from the valet to the check-in process and the check-out process. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable and quiet. Its an easy walk from the hotel to the hot spots and the roof top bar has incredible drinks and views! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.
