Beautiful evening
At the suggestion of our friends, we decided to visit the Masseria and spend an evening there. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and filled with a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. We had dinner at the Carosello restaurant — the food was tasty and beautifully presented, and the setting was calm and enjoyable. We also visited the bar. The service there was excellent: the waiters were attentive and welcoming, which made us feel truly comfortable. The highlight of the evening was the live music from the extremely talented pianist, which created a wonderful atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We hope to return soon and spend a few nights at the hotel.

Authentic Luxury in Puglia
This is a special property. In the context of charming, rustic Puglia, this property is one of the few truly elevated options and, in my view, the best luxurious option that still manages to capture the authenticity of the region. The staff are genuine, professional and well trained. The property is beautiful with local flowers and architectural design and very well maintained. The food and drinks - best we had in Puglia. We had a suite with a pool both times - yes both times because after we left the property to explore other parts of Puglia, we ended up returning because Torre Maizza is the best of Puglia and we wanted to finish our trip there. We have stayed at many elevated properties in the world, but few capture a sense of place alongside truly exceptional services. This property certainly does.

Absolutely amazing Hotel. The staff is exceptional and the attention to detail is unlike anywhere else. Our room was impeccable and the Hotel grounds are as well. We can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel with all the amenities
Lovely, spacious room, gracious staff and excellent restaurant and bar. I especially loved how quiet and peaceful our room was. The gazpacho at the pool restaurant was another highlight. Thank you for a relaxing few days at your beautiful hotel.
