Only the Kempinski name, quality is missing
The hotel is beautiful, fragrant, and clean, the beach is wonderful, and the beach restaurant is excellent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The main restaurant – a disaster: bad food, bored staff without a smile. Parking confusing – promised free outside, but in the end charged. Forced tips that are automatically added!! Only the bar and the beach restaurant worked perfectly – fast service and a smile. Otherwise, average to below-average services that have nothing in common with other Kempinski hotels. Conclusion: A beautiful hotel, but a huge disappointment.

The perfect solo escape
As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind than Kempinski in Istria. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and safe. The staff was incredibly kind and professional – always there when I needed something, but never intrusive.😊 My room was elegant, spotless, and had a breathtaking view of the sea – I spent hours just relaxing on the balcony with a book and a glass of local wine.

I had the most amazing stay at Kempinski – everything from start to finish was just flawless. 😃 The hotel is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful area with stunning views of the Adriatic. Kempinski at its best on Croatian coast
I heard it was a nice 5-star hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range and quality of service and amenities. A real 5* treatment! PRIVACY - best RESTAURANT - Amazing selection of Healthy and Popular choices + amazing wines BEACH - private, spacious, luxurious with great food & wine STAFF - excellent SPA - spacious with many choices and privacy GOLF - beautiful 18-hole course LOCATION - many small towns to visit SUMMARY: An amazing getaway for anyone wishing 5-star treatment with great food & wine and all in a very private surrounding... also great for families, but due to vast areas, you don't really notice the children...
